Paid for expedited shipping and at checkout was told the items would be here in 10 days. It is now way past those 10 days and still nothing. Tried contacting them through live chat no response, tried calling and number is disconnected. Finally got through with a support ticket which they did not answer any of my questions and gave partial answers to things that were not relevant. For the people that had good reviews you must have gotten paid from them, because no one in their right mind would order from this company, due your due diligence, i did not do a good enough job my first time around. I give this company negative stars and wish there was a way to push harder and get this company out of business.

This company is not deserving of any stars. Rosegal takes your money, fails to deliver the goods, promises a refund via paypal and then does NOTHING. This is an example of the bs email I received from them re chasing my refund: "There need some time for they refund you, it is out of our control. Could you please wait 2 weeks for the refund appear on your account?"
What a joke - 2 weeks for paypal to refund? I talked to paypal, they refund instantly. DO NOT, repeat DO NOT order from these criminals. They will take your money and run. 6 weeks now since I ordered and have received no product from them, just a bunch of excuses. HORRIBLE people. AVOID AT ALL COST!

I purchased an off-the shoulder top and ripped pair of skinny jeans from Rose Gal. At first the top wasn't available but they did locate and send it and I'm so glad. This top has become a wardrobe staple, it's great for summer, goes with just about anything and the elasticized sleeves are super stretchy, making it even easier to wear. The jeans are slightly too small but I should have got a size up. The stitching on them and colour are great though. I'm looking forward to my next purchase from Rose Gal.
I ordered from them and unfortunately the sizes were untrue, the material was horrible and thin and smelled like a freighter soaked in gasoline, what you get from them is a knockoff compared to the pictures they show. DO NOT BUY from this scam.

I paid extra for exprsss shipping. I received an email fairly quickly to say my dress had be shipped, but the tracking number did not exist in Australia Posts website. When I tried contacting Rosegal about this issue I received no reply. I received my order 2 MONTHS after ordering with no apology, explanation or reply from Rosegal. To top it off the dress was the wrong size and slightly different from the picture. Will never use this online store again.

I ordered an outfit for Halloween on Oct. 1st. I got expedited shipping because I knew it was coming from overseas & would take a little longer. My ordered arrived on 10/25. I was getting nervous that it wouldn't arrive on time. That is the ONLY reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. My order was exactly what I expected. SO CUTE! I read the sizing and ordered a 5X. I usually wear a 2X. It fits perfectly! The material is great & I will definitely be ordering from this site again. Just make sure you get expedited shipping so you can track your order, and always order several sizes larger than what you wear!
I ordered 3 brooches-two for Christmas and one for Halloween. This was in Sept. And Halloween is in 4 days and I still do not have them. I really wonder if I will have the Christmas pins in time! I've been ordering from Rosegal for a good 3 yrs now. It helps to have a profile to keep track of orders and disputes. This year I learned to not order multiple orders at once. I had issues with not receiving some, items being out of stock and eventually either replaced or refunded. As a bigger girl, I appreciate the cute and affordable bigger sizes they carry. Sizing can be a little off depending on what kind of fabric was used, but everything has always fit. I had one order never make it even after they said they'd ship it again, took 4 months to resolve and ended up in a refund but customer service was pleasant. Jewelry is fantastic at those prices and I get a lot of compliments on the bathing suits. Definitely a great store to buy from.

I ordered 2 dresses, both 3xl. I am a 1xl or 2xl depending on brand. I figured I better go a size bigger when I ordered from this site. Well the dresses still didn't fit. They were very poorly made. After waiting weeks for a Halloween tapestry and other items, I FB messaged multiple time to no avail. Finally live chatted someone who informed me the tapestry was not in stock. OK, so why not inform me, your customer, who's money you have already taken that something is not available and cannot ship to me before Halloween? I mentioned stock was available when I placed my order etc. She responded with: Stock quantities can change in the time of you placing it in your cart and actually completing your purchase. So I replied, explain to me why it is showing as in stock right now on your website? No reply. I will wait for my full refund which was promised back into my Paypal account in 48 hours. Terrible, horrible customer service and poor practices. Don't buy from this company.
