Déjà, les deux articles sont arrivé séparément; les bottines sont arrivé le 3 octobre 2017 MAIS ce n'étaient pas les bonnes! J'ai écrit au service client pour les retourner mais ça ne valait pas la peine, les renvoyer m'aurait couter plus chère que les chaussures au final! Je n'ai pas pu trouver de solution avec eux. Après ça, j'ai attendu le pull pendant presque deux mois, vu que je viens à peine de le recevoir fin octobre. J'ai vraiment été choqué et déçu.
Comment dire? Ce n'est pas que je ne vous recommanderai pas RoseGal mais je pense qu'on ne peut qu'acheter que certaines catégories d'articles dessus. D'après moi, évitez les chaussures (rien que pour la taille), favorisez les vêtements (mais en faisant attention à la taille et à la matière, gare au polyester!), les bijoux, les accessoires, les perruques et le maquillage!
Malgré ça, vous pouvez faire vos achats en toute sécurité sur RG (en payant par Paypal), la livraison est gratuite et leur système de R points pour économiser sur vos commandes est génialissime ainsi que les nombreux code promo que l'on peut trouver sur le net.

I was weary to order from Rosegal because I'd had bad experiences online shopping for clothes in the past, but when I got my 1st order, I was amazed! The clothes were GORGEOUS! Lots of options to order from too! Make sure you check the sizing chart though, because in the USA, I am a different size than their clothing, unless I go off the sizing charts that they provide. I did that and everything came perfectly!
As a blogger I have been happy to collaborate with Rosegal and also buy merchandise from their company. I own about 4 shoes, 1 earrings, 1 shirt and 1 set of mermaid brushes. Which I am very pleased with. I think it has very economic clothing and shoes you will not see anywhere else.
Ordered 4 tops Sept 6 still waiting on one to arrive. I find them of poor quality, threads hanging from them, the material so thin it's see through. I also only used my visa debit on this site and it was compromised, someone tried to book two trips from Hong Kong, fortunately my bank flagged it and didn't let the purchase go through

I ordered a backpack over a month ago and they took my payment on sept 30. It has not been shipped and the customer service number does not work. I sent them a compliant via messenger 2 days ago. It said that they usually respond within 1 day. No one has seen or responded to my message. I want to cancel my order and get a refund but I can't even contact anyone to find out why I haven't received it in the first place! Stole my money.

Ordered a bathmat set for Halloween on September 14,2017. I received emails advising that payment had been received and my item would be shipped. On September 26 I had not received confirmation of shipping so contacted support. At that time I was told that my order was unavailable. They had my payment but at no time did they indicate that the item was not available. I was told it would be shipped in the next 10 days and delivery would be 10 to 25 business days. Decided to wait. Received an email on October 11, that my order had shipped. Today, November 2nd I have still not received my product. I would not have placed and paid for my order had I known that the item was not available. I will never order from them again or recommend them.

My order number Z************** contained grey long wig and a woman`s shirt plus size. The order came really fast. I have to tell that the wig can be used every day, it looks very natural. The shirt is beautiful and as described online. I will order more shortly, this shop is great and not expensive at all. Great.
I have made numerous orders from this company. They say free shipping yet when it gets to my door the courier costs are outrageous and are more then the cost of the items. DO NOT BE CONNED BY THE FREE SHIPPING! IT IS FAR FROM BEING FREE! I requested my order be sent by mail but they still ship by courier. If items are shipped by mail ONLY duty and taxes are charged not COURIER CHARGES. However these companies continue to fatten the pockets of the already over priced courier companies. Unless they agree to ship by mail DO NOT ORDER!

I like Rose Gal because they have quite a large choice. I already bought clothes, kitchen equipment etc. My only problem is that sizing of bra is very different from what they describe.
