I ordered from this company before and never received my items. I messaged them and was told it had shipped but couldn't be tracked because I didn't pay for tracking. Stupid me gave them another chance. I paid extra for priority shipping with tracking for 5 day delivery. Order showed never paid for after the 5 days so I contact them and was told my item is now out of stock so can't be fixed. Got email saying I will get refund but could take up to 30 days?!? Stay away!
I paid for two tops and have heard nothing since I ordered it. However I had a second order and they say they havent been paid but I cant cancel it. Guess I will have to wait until my charge bill comes in. This company is in China and sends to the US from there. So guess I wont order from them anymore. This order number says it was paid but have no clue when I will get it.

I never received my order and cannot get hold of you via phone. And you never would give me a Fed EX number so I could track it! AND the crowning blow was you charged my account MORE than the price that was quoted when I ordered my merchandise!

I ordered some jumpsuits this summer. They all arrived, and are so cute! I am very happy. The price was great.
In fairness to Rosegal, I got a message from Rosegal team in answer to my ticket: I shall get a refund for the missing/delayed and defective items and I can keep the item as a gift once it arrives. I hope that if the next time around I make purchases, service and product quality is excellent and hassle-free.
Ordered from Rosegal, received all items in a jiffy except for one, which was supposedly sent in a second parcel... and I was told to look for it in some post office in our area, without any reference number or anything like that. Why separate an item from the rest, I wonder... and leave me all the hassle of looking for it somewhere else other than at my doorstep. Plus, I ordered plus size items but two of them had "plus-size-bodies-but-kiddie-size-sleeves... whoa! This experience made me decide not to order again from Rosegal.
