I ordered from this company before and never received my items. I messaged them and was told it had shipped but couldn't be tracked because I didn't pay for tracking. Stupid me gave them another chance. I paid extra for priority shipping with tracking for 5 day delivery. Order showed never paid for after the 5 days so I contact them and was told my item is now out of stock so can't be fixed. Got email saying I will get refund but could take up to 30 days?!? Stay away!

Poor service.

I paid for two tops and have heard nothing since I ordered it. However I had a second order and they say they havent been paid but I cant cancel it. Guess I will have to wait until my charge bill comes in. This company is in China and sends to the US from there. So guess I wont order from them anymore. This order number says it was paid but have no clue when I will get it.

YOU ARE A SCAM!

I never received my order and cannot get hold of you via phone. And you never would give me a Fed EX number so I could track it! AND the crowning blow was you charged my account MORE than the price that was quoted when I ordered my merchandise!

Вчера нашел в соцсетях купон по акции -12дол на покупку. Сделал заказ, а сегодня пишут что я должен заплатить еще 5 дол либо они отменяют мой заказ. Вот же наглеци какие. Пускай их заблокриет пейпал, пейпал все может! Хотели ведать мои деньги прокрутить в банке пару раз. Первый раз таких вижу. Вот давненько ЖД дал купо 10дол, так без обмана все было. Эти же rosegal.com плохие!

Yesterday I found in coupons a coupon for shares -12dol for purchase. I made an order, and today they write that I have to pay another 5 dollars or they cancel my order. Here are some kind of nuggets. Let them zaplrrietet paper, peypal all can! Wanted to manage my money to scroll in the bank a couple of times. The first time I see such. Here, a long time ago, ZhD gave a 10-dollar coupon, so it was all without deception. These are the same rosegal.com bad!

In the run-up to 11.11 to attract customers threw social network coupon, did not send anything and began to extort an extra 5$ for something to not cancel the order. BUT! In this store the prices are so high, and with the coupon was great, but + 5$ = more expensive conventional stores in a sale

Canceled all 3 orders, and on the ticket, why, because they wanted to cancel only 1 - do not answer
Suggest! - do not waste your time here, even if you find something here at a bargain price - and they will cancel

I ordered stuff with coupon received from shop. Later they contacted me and asked to pay extra $5 (amount of coupon, wtf?). After my decline - they refunded my order.

The shop is really slow and cheating its buyers. Bad!

Ordered a dress for Halloween on oct 22nd, paid the 10 plus extra dollars for expedited shipping... 16 days later still no dress... all I was offered was 5 dollars back... and still no dress...

In fairness to Rosegal, I got a message from Rosegal team in answer to my ticket: I shall get a refund for the missing/delayed and defective items and I can keep the item as a gift once it arrives. Ordered from Rosegal, received all items in a jiffy except for one, which was supposedly sent in a second parcel... and I was told to look for it in some post office in our area, without any reference number or anything like that. Why separate an item from the rest, I wonder... and leave me all the hassle of looking for it somewhere else other than at my doorstep. Plus, I ordered plus size items but two of them had "plus-size-bodies-but-kiddie-size-sleeves... whoa! This experience made me decide not to order again from Rosegal.

Disappointing

Ordered for Halloween well in advance. Arrived the week after. Ordered a dress that was nothing like the picture - a cheap piece of tissue paper. I wanted to return the whole order but the postage back would be cost more than i paid for it and no doubt it would take months to get the refund. I guess I'm stuck with it.

I like shopping with Rosegal

I love the blue color, and this Casual Scoop Neck, 3/4 Sleeve Dress in Purplish Blue color is my favorite. I like shopping with Rosegal, because of their variety of choices. The 3/4 Sleeve Dress is superb in quality. The dress is apt for small events and parties. I found a great collection of woman clothing at Rosegal, and I usually do my shopping from Rosegal only.
