I ordered a dress for Christmas. Went back to the site when I saw a cute rug I liked, and found out that they have no record of me ordering that dress. I guess it is time to prove I already paid for it, and request a refund. Wow.

Just received part of my order. The stripped shirt was really a small, it would not come close to closing the sleeves were tight. The other piece was a costume which I intended to wear as a house dress was also tight around the arms, this was an xl but for like a medium. I'm still awaiting one more item, a blouse i hope fits since the sleeves are bell sleves. I will NEVER buy from them again and yes it took almost two months. Also I just read that Rosegal operates under different names. I saw a couple of sites that looked familiar and now I know why. I hope this helps others that get impressed by this site. I have no idea where their location is but my guess is China. The sizes are based on oriental women... These don, t fit American sizes AT ALL. *when something seem to good to be true in this case it really IS*

Good but bad

So I have ordered 2x from them and got my items. Thing is, I got them about a 5 weeks after I'd ordered, despite a 2-3 business day promise. Luckily I ordered my halloween stuff in mid Sept. So it came on time, but this is no place for any hopes of a speedy order!

A good thing (I guess): When they say a dress is 2XL, they're not kidding, it was actually too big for me, not in "Chineseium size". So if you pay attention to the sizing, you might actually get something you can wear. Note that a size L on one item may be a different size L in another thing. Know and look for your size in numbers. (XL=14 in one case but XL=12 in another case).

However. I just tried to place a 13 item order with them last week and their shopping cart isn't working. I wrote a support ticket and they said to please send them an email with each item and description and price, etc. Uh, NO. You want my money? Fix your site. I want receipts and confirmations and such, and I'm not spending more of my time trying to give you my money. Ugh.

THE WORST
November 14, 2017

I ordered a costume for Halloween on this site and payed for fast shipping. It's been over a month and still hasn't arrived, it processed for over 3 weeks and when I messaged them about it they took DAYS to respond. They were basically like, you can buy another product or wait. I decided to wait, still waiting for my $40 purchase. I'd also bought a necklace off their site, and for unknown reason they refunded me half of it. Sizes run super small. Not plus size at all. My worst online shopping experience, don't waste your time and money.

The costumer service is terrible and will not help with anything. The clothes are made from very cheap fabric and looks awful after 1-2 use and wash.

Do not recomand.

Unbelievably bad
November 14, 2017

I purchased a Christmas tapestry early September. By mid October it hadn't arrived so a second was sent. This never arrived either. They now are only offering a partial refund or I can pay more money for a third attempt at delivery.

Bogus!

I ordered few small orders worth $82.00. I was suspicious when I received no email from. Them after placing my order. I tried contacting them from phone numbers I found on Google but they're all fake bogus phone numbers. I messaged them through Facebook, haven't received a response as of yet. I finally called my bank, explained my complaint, they are now investigating and disputing Rose Gal. Please, I advise everyone to block this bogus company! You will be violated and let down BIG time!

I purchased a top from Rosegal and unfortunately it was not suitable. I advised I would like to return my item for a refund. They told me that if I have a local charity or a friend in need to give this to them instead of returning and they would also refund my money :D I have never had such good customer service. I would highly recommend this company to everyone. I have purchased other items and they are fabulous.

This company should be shut down for business, from all these reviews. If you buy here, please review the Consumer Right ACT of 2015 and please act accordingly and swiftly. More people will go and continue to purchase from this company and they will get away with it. There is rights as a consumer and a business has to follow that.

I have purchased 3 items from RoseGal. All arrived well packaged and as described. I often have trouble purchasing online, because I am not sure if the sizes will be ok, but with RoseGal the sizes were very generous. I might even go down a size next order! I was excited to see all the cool-looking plus size clothing, and I excitedly ordered some overalls. But after I ordered, I had an uneasy feeling about the site, so I came here and read all the reviews. I went back and checked their sizing chart and learned that the 4X overalls I'd ordered would be equivalent to a size 16.

The reason I'm giving them two stars and not just one is that when I contacted them to cancel my order, they did get back to me right away and issued a refund to my PayPal account.
