I would like to share my experience with Rosegal as I am always satisfied with their services and of course the items I am purchasing. This is not my first time purchasing to this online shop, actually it is my 3rd time. The dresses I ordered from them are suits to me perfectly; the silhouettes they were using are superb! I truly love it, so much! And guess what? The price are so affordable! I highly recommend this online shop since I'm highly satisfied! I will absolutely order Rosegal again!

I know this was some time ago but I ordered a dress back in February for prom and never received it I called and called to see what was going on and to get my money back... till this day I never received the dress nor my money... this website is bull$#*! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

I ordered a large size coat and got a coat labelled large, it was not large far from it. I am not a large man, medium at best, so even allowing for this, the item was far too small. Again quality has to be mentioned, very poor.
You have now asked me for an order number. I never issued one, nor was I asked for one. If there is an order number, you created it and must have it.
I have an SKU number and a shipping number.
I was charged a import tax, never ever have I had to do this and I order from all over the world, you need to address this, it is nonsense and wrong.
You have offered to refund the the import tax, thank you, that is appreciated and means you must be at least decent people.
However, now I have to refer to yet more return policies and forms and links. I order on line for ease and as I am busy and travelling. This is far from easy, extremely difficult in fact, as I am now away from home, the item is not with me and I am not sure I want to put my family through the irritation.
I normally do not complain, I try to be reasonable, I pay my restaurant bill and leave a tip and complain to friends, but your complete set up is a mess, a complicated, tangle of totally non-user friendly systems.
Such a bloody shame.
I will be in touch as I am determined to see this through.

I always receive all items ordered in less than 2 weeks. Nothing ever came damaged. Quality is ok. Sometimes the items are packed in those nice little zip bag for extra protection and quality. Very nice of them to do that.
I ordered a Christmas shower curtain 2 weeks ago and it still has not even been sent to the post office yet and no text or emails letting me know whats going on. The contact number given doesnt work and their chat with a person always says our agents are to busy to answer your chat. I took a snap shot pic if this. SOOOOO DISAPPOINTED

I should have heeded the warnings, but unfortunately in the time it took for the "customer service" department to get back to me, the order had already shipped and I had no recourse. They conceal the fact that they are manufactured and shipped from China, so if you want to contribute to staggering pollution and human rights abuses, then by all means, purchase from this company. I have yet to even get my items that I paid for because I got an email from the courier service that I needed to pay additional fees in order for them to release the items to me. So essentially my paid goods are being held for ransom. Any interaction I have had with their "customer service" department have been at a snail's pace, and communication is sparse. Basically every email is prefaced with "we are sorry for this inconvenience" (yeah, really seems like it) "but it is your responsibility to do a, b and c".
The bottom line is, yes their stuff is cheap (and I am sure the quality will reflect this), but it comes at a price elsewhere. If you want a headache and to contribute to the atrocious business practices that China allows, then go for it. Otherwise do yourself a favour and STAY AWAY.

I am pleased and thankful that they have honoured their commitment for this reason I will upgrade to a three star rating but would have been happier not to fight to have an outcome.

This company is a fake money robbing organisation. I placed & paid for an order that has never materialised. I contacted them through their email & was told that the order had been delivered, having disputed this with them on a further five occasions and still not receiving my order they finally told me that they would refund my money (guess what) I never received the refund either.
I would suggest to everyone do not buy from this company you will lose your money
They have very unique items. I purchased two tops and a swimsuit and I loved them. Exactly what I ordered for and quality was good! Great prices too. Only set back was the delivery which took 3 months! Left me frustrated but I blame the courier company used. YES I will definitely shop at Rosegal again!
It is evident Rosega is working for top positioning in the marketplace. My experience is I had a couple items that did not fit properly, however, Rosegal.com did everything and in good time to replace the items, so all resolved satisfactorily. I am especially impressed with the scarves collection. If there is something sent that is not as pictured, they do what is necessary to establish good customer relations. In the international market, this is appreciated in building good relations between companies and direct consumers. Thank you, Rosegal, for taking these "building trust" measures. It really pays off in the end, for repeat business.
