I ordered a Christmas dress a 5x as I order 1 to 2 sizes bigger always so I can alter it to my body I received the dress a week late the dress is awful the colors are almost neon which in the picture they clearly are not. Second, the fabric is awful its thin and I could hear stitches poping as my friend tried to put it on. And finally, after finally finding the size chart, it says 5x dresses are a size 22 American ummmm no I'm very upset. Yes, the size thing is partly for me. I should have spent more time looking for it but I am utterly displeased with the dress.
My girlfriend did order a dress on this website 3 weeks before Halloween and paid 20 bucks to receive it within a week, they were not able to send it in time so she asked for a refund and cancellation of the order before they send it.
They told us that they were going to send it anyway, that's how they proceed and that we have to refuse the package when it arrives home.
We refused it and now they do not want to refund the 20 bucks of shipping fee.
This guys force you to pay their shipping fee, that's it.

I ordered a swimsuit and was kinda skeptical because I couldn't try it on and the quality of course but when it arrived it actually looked better than in the picture. Not to mention the quality was great. I'm definitely going to order from RoseGal again.
I really enjoy shopping here, I have quite a wishlist and I've not had any issues regarding fit, shipping and the prices are pretty reasonable. I started shopping with them in the summer starting off with a simple bathing suit, I find myself on Rose Gal first before some of the more well known stores on the market. And as a plus size woman I'm content with the selection and they seem to have expanded their sizes a bit more, which gives me some over sized options with some pieces. The quality is fair, for the price and have no qualms with it.
Ordered two shirts. One arrived late and the second shirt I never received. They said it got sent back to them don't know why if I got my first shirt with no problem. I'm assuming they sent the second shirt to the same address. Well they asked me to help pay for shipping to ship it back to me because they don't make money on shipping. Stupid me I help them pay for shipping and still didn't receive my shirt. I will never order from thrm again. Should be ashamed of themselves! Taking people's money and not sending their stuff. Very disappointed.

I purchased a dress that was larger than I expected when it came in so I contacted customer service to exchange it. The sent me a new dress in the correct size with absolutely no hassle. Loved the service!
I wish Id seen this review site before I order some things. The sweat shirts I ordered, Id seen on a different sites for twice as much. The pictures looked identical, so I ordered them. 4 weeks later I got them and they are the cheapest, smelliest, pieces of clothing Ive ever recieved. And they are so small and short. The pictures makes them look long and I even ordered larger because I figured coming from China they would be small. By the time I return it, it would cost me more than I paid, so Im just eating these. Save your money and dont bother with this site. The clothes arent what they appear in the pictures. Im going to see if I can find a 12 year old to give them to..

I ordered a Fleece jacket, the price was good, the pictures on site nice... 4 weeks later I received the package, when I open the plastic bag, the inside content was so dirty and yellowish that I immediately went to wash my hands :) Also the Jacket stinks so much that I'm afraid to put it into washing machine, probably I will throw it away...

I purchased a V-Neck flowy top for my wife from RoseGal in June this year.
The quality was excellent and the size guides were accurate.
Really happy with this purchase.
I would never ever, ever use RoseGal again. I ordered a Christmas dress from them and they took the money immediately. Over 5 weeks later the dress still hasn't been delivered. I contacted both Rosegal and their courier company and nobody wants to know about it - they have both told me to contact the other which, in itself, is hard enough to do. Thanks for nothing I will be telling everyone I know about this.

Rose Gal is one of the few e-commerce sites that is up to date with trends for a great price. Quality always align with the description.
I understand that it should take sometime to respond the sales return upon the quality issue since they need to investigate. I live in ontario canada and was never told about the duties charges and also did not know this is from China stay away Canadians pay more and get it in canada or usa.
They never sent me my rug that was part of my order and no refunds. They stole my money and you cannot phone them only in the usa. Can they call. I have yet to hear from them so I m out my item and money beware of this website

I never received my rug that I ordered. I contacted paypal and put a dispute. Rosegal said to email them directly. They said item was on its way. Its been 6 months or so and I never received it. I contacted them again and no reply. I contacted paypal and was only given partial refund. Do not order from this company.

Bought this for my holidays and it was a brilliant fit just a little tight around the bust but it was fine after the first wear. The straps could be removed for tanning. Would buy again off this website. Sizing is correct.
I often purchase online and from overseas site be aware and avoid this one. Sizing is nothing like the sizes they give you on their chart. They say compare I went larger and still can't even get it anyway near me.
Quality is bad, I don't know what type or where they source their materials from but horrendous. Just spent $175 and got one piece wearable and that is a christmas top so not something you can were all year round. Problem being it's going to cost me as much to return items... stay away.
