I recently bought some wall tapestries at Rosegal. The most difficult part for me was choosing only 2. They have so many great items, it took awhile to decide. When I did finally order, my order was received and shipped out very quickly. It arrived sooner then expected and the tapestries were intact. I was worried about the quality of an item offered at such a low cost however, they were fantastic. I could not have asked for more.

Prices for the clothes are very good. The variety is fantastic. I realized though you have to be patient when it comes to the shipping. Sometimes it can take up to a month for orders to arrive. Also if you order from the US, I usually wear a 2X but I order 4-5X's on this sight due to most, if all, clothes come from China and they run small. My overall experience has been great though. If I needed refunds due an item that took too long to process or damaged they didn't hesitate to credit my account. I most likely will continue shopping from Rosegal
I ordered on the 15th of Nov and my order is still showing as processing, I've tried contacting the company and no response. I ordered a Christmas dress, which very likely if it is shipped at all will not arrive in time for Dec. The site now has a message saying there are going to be delays due to black Friday sales, as I ordered well before this, my item should have already shipped. Now gone through Paypal to see if I can get my money back. Disgusting customer service, they were very quick to take my money!

First? A customer service rep, Gabrielle, told me that my information was not safe with them. And I have the screenshots of the live chat to prove it. It took me over an hour to try and check out with one item in my cart and never was successful. I tried calling their phone number for customer service and got a message that the phone number was invalid... Try it yourself and you'll see what I mean. Also, I chose a quantity of one for an item and it kept automatically trying to bill me for two when I got to the stage of trying to pay with PayPal. Even though the quantity was listed as one on rosegal site, what they submitted to PayPal was for two of them. I would not trust this site as far as I could throw them. I ended up getting the same exact item and paying less from another store. Plus, I went to that store through Ebates so ended up getting an extra two bucks cash back put into my Ebates account. Don't even bother with rosegal.

This is a gorgeous cat wall sticker and looks wonderful on a fridge or door. It's a great talking piece and visitors to the home always ask where it's been purchased from. I've given one to a friend too and she has the same response from her visitors

Their products are absolute crap. You have a better chance of getting someones garbage than an actual useable product.
