I ordered 3 blouses, 2 for myself and one for my cousin. We both adore our blouses and I am saving one of mine for my 8th anniversary date with my husband. So very pleased with this site and the plus size options they offer.

I started shopping with Rosegal this October as you know it takes up to five weeks to come i put in many orders after my first order which was perfect. I must have got at least twenty items ok they came in small parcels but everything was better than expected for what they cost, all items have now come by end of November. Timing is everything. FROM SHOES DRESSES MURALS TOYS ACCESSORIES PERFECT.
The site won't let you write a bad review. Never received my full order. I ordered 4 item and received two. You can't contact them cause the US phone number is busy 24/7. I'm glad I didn't spend too much money..

I ordered 15 items a total of $214.90 I received 15 items and not one item was what I ordered. I returned them and them they sent me only 4 of the items I did order, and Rosegal refunded me 14.65 for the other items I did not received. I should have been refunded 133.82. I will never do business with Rosegal or Sammydress which is the same ripoff company.

I figured this would be a simple order online, try on the clothes, if they don't fit, return them. I've been trying to return my items for 5 days now and all they keep telling me is that I only get $15 back on my order. When I tried to clarify how to get a full refund, I ended up only getting $15. Still trying to get my money back. Apparently there is a large language barrier and poor customer service and poor quality of clothes quite frankly.

I had a wonderful experience they help me with the sizes but I need for my body type and if there was something wrong with my order they respond to me really quickly and help resolve either giving me a full refund or exchanging the item for me. I recommend this website to everyone very good shopping experience.
Ordered a 3x and got a size 14. Their solution was to send it back at my expense. Twice I wrote an email telling them that it was their mistake and send me a return label at their expense. Never an answer. Never will shop through them again.
