I ordered from Rosegal not sure what I could expect, but the tapestry I ordered is exactly what it said it was when I had purchased it. The tapestry is strong and sturdy and I fully intend to get more home decor from RoseGal.
The clothes look great and cheap! Until you get the duty fees which are always more than the actual item. So do you save money buying these cheap (and some cheaply made) outfits. I just ordered two dresses for Christmas and got one delivered. It was really ugly. Fit like a potato sack. And it cost over $20.00 in duty fees. The other item I ordered at the same time, has not arrived. This was what I was going to wear for my Christmas party on Dec 9th. I ordered it in November. And it had not arrived. When it does, I'll have to pay duty AGAIN. Not impressed. Also the sizes are for Barbie dolls. I'm usually an X-large. I have to buy a 3XXX. Ridiculous.

Absolutely loved rosegal. App and website were easy to use. Appreciate the fact they accept PayPal so I know my info is safe. Items were true to pics and descriptions. Shipping was a little timely but nothing was damaged and came with working tracking number.
It took some getting used to before I could give a 5 star review. This was due to Rosegal being in China and working through some brief communication differences. It's very much worth the effort. A major point, make sure you pay attention to the difference in sizing. Their sizes run much smaller than ours do. BUT if you pay attention, each and every item gives the dimensions and they have very thorough sizing charts. So don't just automatically pick a size 10 if that is what you normally wear. Go through their charts, take your measurements as instructed, then choose the correct size from their charts.
I have ordered over twenty items from them so far, and have had nothing but the best service, even if my problem was my fault for not sizing properly. I have had immediate response to every question submitted. I've been immediately reimbursed each time there was a problem of any kind. I have never been asked to send something back, before reimbursement or after. I have been reimbursed without ever asking to be at the rare times something was not able to ship before I even knew it could not be.
Give yourself plenty of time to receive the shipment as "a slow boat from China" finally made sense! I choose to use their free shipping, so it can take a very long time. If I needed something for a special date, I would give at least two months time, if not more. I received one shipment quite fast. I believe it must have come from within the U.S. All others have been very slow. I do not order if I'm going to have any problem waiting for the item. It's worth the wait at these prices and free shipping. AND huge selection!

If you don't click that, you don't get them. I had many, many logins I did not get points as I was not aware of this. Also for every day you consecutively sign in, you get increased points each time. First day you get five points, second day 10 points, up to 40 points. Thereafter you get 40 points each time you login. It has to be consecutive though, or you begin all over again with 5 points counting as day one.
Another great way to save money on Rosegal is by installing the "Honey" app. When you have 'Honey" installed, once you have an item in your 'bag' it will pop up offering to automatically check for discount codes, ending up showing you the best deal. That along with using your points, the end price is usually way less than their already great price in the first place!
There are more ways to save money and earn points or deals that I have yet to explore. They seem to be never ending! I find their site to be quite addictive. Beware! But it's loads of fun!
So normally I'm very hesitate to order lingerie online just because you never know if it's going to be true to size but I took a chance and ordered a See Through BabyDoll as a surprise for my wedding anniversary. I was so happy when it arrived cuz it fit perfectly. It is now my husband's favorite thing for me to wear to bed.

When your item never arrives you cant reach them, they give fake tracking numbers, and if you carefully read their "positive" reviews, you can see theyre written by the company's own employees, who don't have a very good grasp on the English language. The BBB reviews on this site are not good. I researched just to see before I ordered. They gave them an f on the score card. They have not tried to settle debts with their customers and have had several complaints on their shipping and people not receiving their items. I dub rosegal a scam!
