Well what can I say about Rosegal? At first I was very hesitant on shopping with them, after all, I think everyone is weary about spending money through a website that they may not know. But after receiving a few items that I bought, I absolutely love them! Even tonight I did spend hours looking through the huge variety of woman's clothes they have to offer. And what's great about it, is that they sell themed clothing too! So when Christmas comes around Rosegal has got you sorted. Not to mention they also sell plus size clothing for us bigger girls, so we don't miss out! I for sure give Rosegal a big thumbs up for the service and quality of there products and will continue to be a happy customer of theirs.

I order a few items from this company on 11/20/2017 and I pay extra 11 dollars for the merchandise to arrive between 3 to 7 days, after several calls and chats with the customer service, after 16 days I finally got the whole order and no one responds for the money I pay for that delivery

I paid extra to have my item delivered in 8-11 days on the 11th day no item. I emailed the company to ask what happened they told me the item was out of stock and that I would have to wait longer or order something else. I do not want to do either so I requested my money back and I still have not gotten a reply about that. I'll stick to online sites that I know like ebay.

I love rosegal have ordered quite a few times now. Love the clothes great value for money and comes in larger sizes too.
I ordered 2 shirts November 22nd, paid extra for shipping and still have not received them. It's ridiculous that they can't send a product when the payment was taken so quickly. I will not be ordering anything else from them

Nice tapestry, great price, reasonable delivery time. I would buy from them again, I got the largest size might get a smaller one next time.
This company is a scam! They don't update the availability of products on their website and don't communicate with you. I tried calling the *******188 and my cell phones caller ID says it belongs to a company called Nice Touch Massage! I emailed their customer service and they said I didn't call during their business hours... because the time of day I call is going to change where to call to going to? They told me to try calling at night and that one of the items I ordered was actually out of stock. I don't do business with crappy companies like this, so I requested my entire order be refunded and now they get to tie up my money for however long they want and they can just blame it on slow bank processing. Don't bother with this company!

I placed an order and the payment went through but the company is asking for me to send a copy of my driver's license, copy of the credit card or a government ID. I have placed orders from many companies but have never had such a request. Plus, I tried to call their customer service and the number is a non-working number. Do not order. I called my credit card company right away to cancel any payments. Beware!
