I order wall tapetry for Christmas back in November 2017. It is now 2 weeks before Christmas and I still have not got my order. I have call. Number no good. Email. Messager. This is the worse company I have ever order from. And will never again. Really I don't care if there is good reviews. They all fake. Don't order from this place.

I ordered 2 dresses on December 21st and paid extra for faster shipping to receive it in time. I have attempted to call the customer service number WHICH DOESN'T WORK and the chat is now conveniently down and not working. I am attempting to request a refund seeing as my item has been in the "packed" stage for over a week. I do not advise anyone to order from here. I mistakenly didn't read the reviews and am now out $50.00 and no items.

Everyone in this company should be in jail. This company is scamming people and most reviews will warn people, but the company is sending in good reviews. PLEASE read ALL or MOST of the reviews. Don't get cheated. They steal your money and send you crap, IF they send anything at all.
The item was cut too short for an adult woman (pair of swimmers). Then Rosegal denied ever having received the item back when I posted it SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY! A big waste of money all round. Steer clear and only buy from Australian webstores. Avoid overseas sites like the plague.

I have put in three orders now, and I have been happy with all of them. The clothes are not top quality, but they are good quality, especially for the price. I have had several wears out of each dress of purchased.
One dress was delayed, and I chased up what was happening. They were very helpful, answering all my questions. I was told it was temporarily out of stock and that I could replace the order or wait for it to come back into stock. I asked how long that would be and was given a date which proved accurate. One month later, my dress arrived.
Rosegal saw my review and have given back my money in full. I appreciate the effort they went through to return it. I have to give them credit first I ignored their emails, but they persisted and refunded, thanks you
I ordered a shirt from Rosegal, and after waiting months; I received an email to say my parcel had returned back to them. They said if I wanted my product I needed to pay another delivery fee. I never complained but paid my delivery fee. I sent them an email saying I had paid and a copy of the receipt attached. So after purchasing my shirt and paying two deliveries I still did not receive my shirt. Oh did I mention that they said if I dont pay another delivery fee they were going to dispose of my product, and saying this is the best they could do. Thanks for that Rosegal :(

The one-shoulder black embroidered bodysuit I ordered was a total bomb! When I wore it, everybody loved it. I looked hot and classy. I love how the material makes me feel sexy.
The strapless floral maxi I order makes me feel cool and laidback. The colors are so cheerful, making me a crowd stealer. I look like Ms. Congeniality with this one. Perfect for garden weddings or a stroll at the beach.
So satisfied for my purchase on rosegal, all the products were well packed and I was surprises by the quality, they were just like on the pictures. So because of all that I am 100% satisfied and I will buy again and again on rosegal for sure.
Please think twice before you order from this company. This company is a scam, they do not return emails, the 888 number is disconnected, and the chat is always down. Luckily I only spent about 65.00 which is all I am out, but that is a lot of money to lose. The quality of the clothing is pure junk. I ordered about 5 tops and two of them are unwearable because the arm holes are so tight the are like wearing a blood pressure cuff on your arms. Another top is clearly flawed with paint from the coloring in other areas and smudge marks on other parts. Please do not waste your money. I wish I had read other website reviews instead of just theirs. This company needs to be shut down for fraud. I cannot get my money back now and I have not gotten any response back from them.

I love the clothes and it is a grate place to shop. The customer service is grate. Shipping is a bit long but that was ok.
I am so impressed by the support given by Rosegal. My orders were for numerous bits and pieces, but they followed up on any item immediately if they thought there might be some delay in delivery. Everything arrived and I was delighted by everything!
I made my order and waited one month but I didn't receive it so I contacted them they told me sorry the order is not shipped yet as we have a financial problem. I told them I paid on the same moment of my purchase and the money was drawn from my bank. They told me sorry for that and we will try to make our service better next time. They promised me they will ship my order within three days and till now no email received from them as they promised for the shipment data. 2 month now still not shipped and didn't receive it.

As with all ordering online, you have to pay close attention to fabric, measurements, and sizing charts for each piece of clothing. I'd say my Rosegal purchase was ok.
My favorite piece was a floral kimono. I loved the print, the lightness
Of the fabric and the fit. It is a little long for me, but I'll probably wear it with wedges or hem it up myself in the future.
The dress I bought was not quite the color I expected. It did shrink in the wash, but this fabric usually does shrink, so I prepared for it by ordering a bigger size to allow for possible shrinkage.
I bought a coral kimono was also brighter that I expected, but I think
It will work fine as a cover up in the summer.
Lastly, even though I sized up on a caftan, the sizing was smaller that I estimated.
When I bloused it up to shorten it, it worked out okay, but the side seams were then higher.
I love the ties and the side fringes, but probably should have ordered
Even bigger to get a more flowy caftan look.
