I ordered two packages. I should've read the reviews. Nothing yet has been delivered. I paid EXTRA cash to have the items to me by the time I go on holiday. I actually don't believe it. I feel so stupid. On top of that, the packages are coming from CHINA? What the actual EFF? I want my hard-earned money back. My entire holiday is ruined. I did not have any trouble with this retailer. I received all my items in a very timely manner. Yes, it didnt arrive all in one shipment BUT they all arrived quite fast. It took about two weeks but since these items are shipped (I believe from China) I found it really fast. The items I received are accurate to the photos on the website. The size charts are accurate and I had zero issues with the products I received. I will be ordering from them really soon.

I place an order on 11/27/2017. They took my payment immediately. It took them 1 week to send me a DHL Tracking number. Couldn't phone them because the number on their site doesn't work, can't on-line chat because it always says they are too busy. DHL Deutsche Post has not received my shipment from Rosegal and today is 10/13/2017. I wish would have read the reviews.

I have ordered twice from here.
The1st time i ordered i had 5 prodducts. Only recieved 3 out the 5.
Stupid me... gave them a 2nd chance. Ordered 9 products. Got the 1st 7 quickly in one box. The clothing is extremely cheaply made and nothing like the descrption, that made me mad to begin with. Secondly, i received an email on Dec 03,2017, stating the other 2 products had been shipped out. 10 days later... and nothing... they sure were quick to take my money.
I understood that products were coming from the States... NOT from China... made me even angrier ******* then tried to get company to rectify this, and their Contact Us button is not activated... their facebook does not take comments... no way to get a hold of them! I am more than livid! A minimum of $150. Of MY money is gone...

There things a good but the time u get it takes to long. I guess they have to work on that. Would like to buy more of there things.
Never received my clothes & accessories. The tracking number they gave when put into the website they provided doesn't exist apparently according to the website. The customer service number for the website also does not work. There are hundreds of other complaints i've now come across.

I ordered in Nov paid for expedited shipping and for the past week have been getting the run around. The first the tracking number given says info received but upon calling shipping co. They said nothing has been picked up. Second shipping number was delivered and signed for in a different country so basically I paid for some stranger to get my items this was my first time ordering from here. Like many others, I didn't check the reviews before ordering from Rose Gal. It's been a month and I still have not received my package despite them saying that it shipped out on 11/26. DHL says that it was never physically handed over to them and Rose Gal says it was delayed because of a holiday in Dubai. Well, it was a one day holiday that occurred 4 days AFTER my package supposedly left. The next response a week later was that it was indeed shipped and that it would take a couple of days for it to show up on DHL's tracking. Another week has passed and it still doesn't show up on DHL's tracking. Can't wait to hear what the last support ticket comes back with! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY! YOU WILL MOST DEFINITELY REGRETT IT AND BE OUT MONEY, TIME, AND PATIENCE!

This company replied to my last review by talking about their delivery times and totally missed the other issue I had which was the poor quality of their products. Not only is this an issue, I still have not received one of my paid for items and they tell me Ive received all items. They are fraudulent. The product quality you get is not what you see advertised. This company has managed to make me feel so disgruntled at a time when we should be celebrating. Absolute rip offs. They sent a message for me to ask my neighbors or check with DHL myself.
