I ordered two dresses for Christmas on December 1st and paid for the expedited shipping- figuring they would take a week or possibly two. But I never figured they wouldnt arrive in time for the holidays! When I inquired why I hadn't received my order yet last week I was informed that it was sent to the shipper and the delay was on their end. Well- the website shows the order wasn't filled until 12/6 and wasn't sent to the shipping company until 12/10. So the order sat in their hand for a week and a half, before being sent to the shipping company! Then I received an email stating that due to a 3 day national holiday and the high volume of orders- my order may require additional shipping time. Thats the reason I paid for special shipping- to avoid my order being delayed. They gave me a 10% off coupon from the company as an apology. As if saving a few dollars is worth not having my holiday dresses... as if I will ever order from the company again! I requested a refund of the cost of expedited shipping. Ive already learned the company is untrustworthy. Why would a coupon for 10% off be an appropriate response when I already explained I will not purchase from you again? Every email has been fraught with poor English and generic platitudes claiming customer service is their top priority- but I have yet to receive decent customer service! Save your time, effort, money, and purchase from someone else!
This is the worst company with the worst customer service in the history of the world. My package, order on 11/23, has been "ready to be mailed" since 11/26. Currently 12/18. These were Christmas decorations the werw supposed to take a maximum of 8 to 15 days. They refuse to tell me anything other than "please wait a week and then we can help you. They've telling me that for 2 weeks. They literally could have resent it and I would have gotten it. Please don't order from them.

It wasn't until after I wrote this review that I was FINALLY able to get some good info about this place... did you that your orders are going to CHINA? Not some warehouse here in the states or a country closer but all the way to godforsaken CHINA! THAT'S WHY SOME OF YOU ARE GETTING CLOTHING THAT DOESN'T FIT! I looked my butt off before I even sent the first order in and couldn't find anything to indicate where this stuff was coming from. I ended up just clicking on everything and finally clicked on the LEGAL page and THAT'S where I found where all of us are sending our money to. I am so angry with myself I could spit frigging jingle bells! I NEVER buy anything from anyone until I at least have the address for the company! NEVER! My eyes got a look at all the pictures of what they try to make us believe are beautiful clothes and nearly fainted at the prices! We could never find stuff this gorgeous at such low prices here! I should have known and I'm kicking myself over it now! This Christmas was supposed to be the best in years for us because for the last few years we've been struggling financially because of the costs and my illnesses... my husband just couldn't find decent employment for a man of his age. But, lucky us he finally found a wonderful job that he not only loves but he is so appreciated for what he does and it brings in a lot more money! This was going to be my best Christmas in at least 10 years and now all I'll have are guilt and anger at myself for being so stupid! Please everyone spread the word about this place! We have to stop what's happening STILL to other consumers in this country!

Ordered from them twice now. The first order took about 2 weeks to get to me with expedited shipping. About what I had anticipated. What I received was exceedingly low quality product, cheap material. Cute - but crap. Buttons fell off within 1-day of receipt; not disappointing as not a single button matched the other. WTF? I knew I wasn't getting top of the line stuff here, but really - you can't match a button?
Bring in the second order (what was I thinking - SMDH). Again I ordered with expedited shipping and received an email that the order had been sent to DHL. Two weeks go by and I get an email that states it's all DHL's fault and some 3-day holiday delayed my package. Wow - for 2 weeks I had thought it was already winging it's way State side, but apparently it's still sitting in Dubai. I find it VERY difficult to believe that a 3-day holiday delayed this package - not after it supposedly was sent to them over 2 weeks ago. How nice though, they offered me 10% off my next purchase. OH... and I only have a month to use that 10% off. I can tell they're really tore up about the screw up (sarcasm). That's not even an apology, what a joke.

I ordered 3 items and paid for expedited delivery. Two items FINALLY arrived at 9 PM on 12/15, even though I was originally told it would arrive by 12/13, then told it would be on 12/15 by PM. They use DHL which is a poor shipping company. The other item is sitting in Dubai! I checked the shipping tracker and saw this a week ago and sent a message through their service center, advising them of what I saw. THEY RESPONDED THAT I DID NOT KNOW HOW TO READ THE SHIPPING TRACKER (I guess I wasted all that money earning a Masters degree). After receiving the 2 items, I re-checked the shipping document. It is still sitting at Rosegal in Dubai. So far, no follow up response to 3 messages. If anyone from Rosegal actually ever reads this, please rename your support center to the CUSTOMER DISSERVICE CENTER. That would be more accurate. Finally, in all fairness, they are very efficient at collecting my payment. They did that quickly.

I ordered on the 14th Nov. Still not got it. This is now the 16th Dec.
I contacted the support center on the 3rd Dec, they advised me that the product has been delayed due to lack of stock however it was in Stock at the time of order! Support actually told me this too... Again why did they not contact me to advise this, I was given a choice to wait or take a different design. They said, the est dispatch would be the 4th Dec so i thought i may as well wait. Its only another day! Yea Right...
Got an email about the item has been dispatched with tracking info on the 12th Dec. 8 days later than the estimate.
Now its the 16th and the tracking info has advised that they still do not have the item yet!
What terrible service, wont be purchasing again, it was for xmas too.

It took a little while to receive my order, but the quality of my item was good, especially for the price. I think the prices on the site are amazing! The company even checked in with me several weeks after I received my item to make sure there were no issues, and to see if I had any concerns. Besides the shipping being a little slow, it's OK, as long as you don't need the item right away.
Just received an email from them. I ordered pajamas 9 days ago. Phone number is disconnected and all other contact methods are inactive. According to their email, there was a 3 day holiday in Dubai and it will be a while for the package to ship. Looking over past reviews, I saw that this has happened several other times. Like others, I wish I'd read the reviews BEFORE I'd ordered! I ordered items on Novemer 28. My order showed shipped on December 2, so all good, right? They still aren't here (12/15). Their site says "ships in 5-10 business days". What they FAIL to say (until you've fought to get in touch with them and they finaly disclose) is the items are being shipped from China, so who knows WHEN they will arrive. So, if you really don't care when you get your order, go ahead and order, otherwise, beware!

My shopping experience with rosegal.com was fantastic. I found they're clothing to be well made and of a generous size, postage was reasonable and delivery prompt. They also carry one of the largest plus size ranges for all ages that I've found online.
I ordered a holiday dress a month ago and paid for expedited delivery. Company stars item was shipped. December 2nd. I need the dress for work tomorrow, which is December 15th and no dress. Called local DHL the state they have no record of this item, being handed over for shipment. Now I am stuck with no outfit and the kids were excited.

Reached out to Customer Service and got an answer that my order has shipped. I replied asking for them to track it no response.
