After first review, they sent me a coupon of $20. I've tried to use it but it never worked... can't use it toward their "promotions" and guess what, everything is a promotion. I don't understand why they exist except that they dupe first time customers. They still suck

Buyer beware! If it is made or shipped from China the only thing you will get is a charge on your Visa. Trying to get in contact with Customer Service is a joke.

Amazing prices

Rose Gal was a great find for me, their customer service can be a little slow but they will reply eventually. Shipping/processing time is very off for international (specifically to Australia) but if you aren't in urgent need of the items it is perfect and they have great prices. Very happy with my purchased products so far.

I ordered 4 items from them in October 2017. 1 item came immediately. Today is December 20 and still have not received the other 3. According to the company, 1 shipped Oct 31 and 2 shipped Nov 9. They are refusing to do anything about the missing packages until Jan 9. They told ME to contact customs. Ummm NO! I paid YOU to handle shipping. These are Christmas related items so guess I will never see them. Thankfully I paid through PayPal so I will be filing a complaint through them.

NEVER GOT MY PRODUCTS

First off I live in CA and I have tried to call the number on the website and I cant it will not go through. So I have contacted them through chat 4 times I ordered 3 shipments. It took 45 days for most of it to come, I never got 3 of clothes they kept telling me it's on its way. I ordered in October. So now they got paid and I am left with never seeing my clothes. RIP OFF! Thieves!

Hi guys, I ordered two separate orders the week of black friday/cyber week.
They have very cute merchandise, and I thought the price was great.
I paid for expedited shipping and was not aware that I may have to pay extra taxes and customs.
my original orders were well priced, however adding 50% of the cost I spent on the items to customs and taxes with DHL , is just not worth it. My packages came between 3-4 weeks later. Everything I ordered was there, and in good condition, just as expected from the website. Not to mention, I found it to be pretty good quality. However, I won't order again, because of the long shipping times and because of the astronomical customs and taxes. It comes from dubai. I was not scammed, although I read about other peoples experiences. Rosegal did respond back to me to update me about the shipping status when I emailed. However, just too long and more expensive than what it seems.I was told by friends, that anytime DHL is used, to expect high custom and tax fees. Just as an FYI. I'm going to stick to my usual amazon buys.

I ordered on November 28th and was informed that my order had shipped on the 3rd. I was told I would receive my order on the 12th in time to wear it for Christmas. What a load of BS! Ive contacted them multiple times and have informed me that rest assured, your order is in its way the tracking information says its still in Dubai... ummmm what? I paid for expedite shipping and nothing! Customer service is a joke, full of boldface lies and just completely horrible! Looking at all these other reviews and noticing Im not the only one going through this. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

If I could give them no stars I would. I ordered two rugs and one came after weeks and weeks. They were snow men rugs. Well the biggest most expensive one is still not here I have contacted them three times and get the same respond a bunch of crap. Yes this stuff comes from china that is why it takes so long. I ask for refund and nothing I have contacted pay pale and reported them pay pale will stop using if everyone complains

After contacting PayPal, my bank, BBB and this website, and after several conversations with Rosegal, I did receive a full refund from them. The item is a month late and has still not arrived despite paying for expedited shipping.

First, read the reviews. Many unhappy customers with their false shipping charges. Expedited means from your bank account NOT their actual shipping. Ive contacted my bank to disputed charge and am going on multiple review websites to prevent others from being scammed.

Don't order

Like many others, I wish I would have read the reviews. I ordered a dress, and it came in a timely manner. However, I apparently ordered the wrong size. I let them know right away, offered to send the dress back, but because I ordered the wrong size, "as a gesture of goodwill, they will give me a partial refund" Does not tell how much they will refund me. Never received any information about returns. They told me me I could keep the wrong dress. Now what am I going to do with a dress that is way to big for me. I will even pay for the return. I liked their clothes so sorry their

I ordered a watch a month ago and never got it. I paid with Paypal and all Rosegal does is send robo emails that the order was shipped and they will respond in 24 hours. It never happens.
I got charged and never got the watch. Their 800 number is busy 24/7 and forget the chat line. You have to open an account to chat. Never.!

Christmas Hoodie

Like others, I wish I had read the reviews on here prior to ordering from RoseGal. I ordered a Christmas Hoodie on the 25th November 2017 and paid $12.98 for the shipping within 6-8 business days - I still haven't received my item (which I needed for the 15th December 2017) and have been told after numerous emails that my deadline delivery date is 31st January 2018! Can't stress enough not to buy from this company - all they have offered me as compensation is the shipping fee. They gave me a tracking number for Yodel, and according to the Yodel website, the item was last updated on 1st December 2017 and it was still with the Sender.

Totally unacceptable!

Yes Ive called the joke hotline that answers with a good bye and hangs up. I have submitted a help ticket. I placed my order on Nov. 5 got an email that said it shipped Nov. 8, it is Now Dec 18th and still no product. It took them over a week to respond to my help ticket with a most ridiculous email Ive ever read. They took my money as soon as I placed an order. The response said its any where from weather to Santa Claus being overwhelmed at the busy time with my recent order! November 5th is not a recent order! This place is simply a joke and making money off people with no intention of good customer business. Save your money. Spend it elsewhere! Please see their response below: Dear Customer,

It's a SCAM!

Do not dare buy from them. It's deceiving. I bought from them twice, day after day, they made a mistake at the address, claiming that my mistake was mine even though the address was on the site. And did not agree to return the large amount of money they stole from me.
