DO NOT PURCHASE FROM #ROSEGAL I am Very disappointed in this clothing. The quality is garbage, it probably won't make through a cycle in the washer. The colors are not as described, the fit is weird, the labels almost all say dry clean while saying do not dry clean! Which is it? The maxi dress that I purchased is more like a slip, the orange shirt was supposed to be red and every single one of these items said dry clean but then it contradicts itself and says don't dry clean. The fabric is lousy and the quality is poor. I spent over $80 USD there and only got part of the times I ordered as well. The phone case and qi charger have not arrived and the other phone case and the screen protector were terrible quality. I am very disappointed
I ordered items on 12/05 and still havent recieved a darn thing. Tracking really sucks, i will never buy from here again.

I bought 2 nature tapestries. They arrived seperately and the colors were slightly different. One of the tapestries had a hemmed binding that looked really nice, the other had a surged binding. These were two of the same tapestries. I just have to have a positive outlook and say well on one the sun is shining through the trees much brighter. The are covering my bookshelves that are in the same room side by side. Oh well. I still like them.

I even made a "customer care ticket" which say's they will contact back within 24 hrs which is completely FALSE. So at this point they took my money and I have no idea where my order is.

The quality was not bad and worth the Money except for the Post which takes quite longer. Tracking is little bit average.
I ordered Christmas decorations on Nov 11. Site says 7 to 10 business days for shipping. Its been over 6 weeks, Christmas is tomorrow and I still don't have all the Christmas decorations I ordered. No point in the Christmas decorations now. Wonder if they'll get here in time to be packed away or if I'll have to pack them away after I've already put out the other decorations that I had this year.

Bought stocking stuffers on 12/5. $80 total order. It is 12/24 and I don't have my items, and tracking says it is being handled. Had I known that they took a month or more to send my order, I could have saved the $80 to make sure my kids get Christmas. Now they get an orange in their stocking. Santa fail thanks to RoseGal. I wish I would have read reviews before I ordered from this company. I ordered Christmas items. It's been 6 weeks and their tracking site is awful. It doesn't tell me a thing about where my package is only that it left Hong Kong three weeks ago! Very disappointed. I will NEVER order or recommend this scam company again.

Ordered first week of Dec. The delivery was scheduled for Dec 20-22. Christmas dress for party on 23rd. Tracking from rosegal's site showed it made US on 16th. Now the delivery company says package is still in Germany, it has been there since Dec 23th. RoseGal says "Date is only approx. Please give us 25 days from order date to deliver. Just give us more time"

Do not waste your time with this company. I order Christmas PJ on Nov 24th. It's Dec 22 and they just shipped this morning. They won't even make it here by Christmas. My kids are very sad and disappointed. Rosegal has lied and said it shipped several times already, but the shipping company had never received the product til today. Our family Christmas pj tradition is broken this year. So sad.

I love the items I find on Rosegal. They're very unique and not the sort of items you can find in clothing stores in my town. I've had many compliments on many of the tops I've bought.
The sizing is a bit tricky, I have to purchase items 3 sizes larger than what our sizes in Canada are. I love the fact that if you hover over the size on the site it will tell you the "American" equivalent.
I just wish that they would sell "tall" sizes so I could buy pants etc.
