I ordered 2 Christmas presents on December 14th. I paid extra for expedited shipping to get it before Christmas. When I didn't receive it when it said I was supposed to I looked it up to see where it was, it hadn't shipped yet and it said it wouldn't be in until the 27th. Now it is the 29th and guess what? They are still not here and now it is saying it will not be delivered until 1/7/18! I am very upset and VERY disappointed! I will never buy from Rosegal again! I was actually going to order more items but NOT NOW!

Ordered a Xmas dress on the 5th of december and paid extra to have it delivered before Xmas, they promised me 10 business days.

I have ordered from Rosegal several times.The shipping time is always smaller than the estimated, in well closed packages. All the cloths I got fitted well, as expected, very similar to the photo. I am very pleasant with my purchases.

I ordered a coat and several dresses. They arrived before xmas which I was very surprised to see, thank you for that. But, the quality of one of the Holiday dresses was of "home economics class" material. Very thin. But, I did not read close enough as to what it was made from. The other dresses I ordered were of cotton and cotton/spandex material and they are good, just need to iron the cotton dress. Over all, I would read carefully what the material is first, then order. I haven't ordered shoes and cannot due to my feet, plus I do not trust the material.
I placed an order with rosegal for a nice looking pair of legging pants and shirt to go with it. They were both ordered on the same day which if im not mistaken was around dec 12th or so give or take a day. The product arrived on the very last day before christmas the leggings that is the shirt never arrived. When i opened the package there were many loose and un attended threads hanging off the rose decal at the bottom of the pants they looked NOTHING like what was advertised on the website and upon further inspection you can tell the decal of roses that had been poorly attached is now wanting to come off as all the edges are sticking up the clothes they show on their website are beautiful however having them up close and personal shows me they have no pride in their workmanship on these articles of clothing i highly doubt i will ever order from them again sorry to say

I purchased a beautiful purple Christmas sled dress. It arrived on time, it fit the description perfectly. I wore it to a family and friends Christmas party and won first place for best holiday outfit.
My experience has been great! I researched and did make sure that when I ordered, I knew how to order! I found that I needed to order 3 sizes bigger which was fine! Everything fits! Just ordered again!
