I have bought clothes for myself on RoseGal many times but I wanted to try buying my boyfriend some from the mens section and I was not disappointed! The were all so soft and well made. They shipping was very quick and the items came well packaged.

I got the DIY Wooden Family And Friends Birthday Calendar Board for my boyfriend's mother for Christmas. The item looked exactly as advertised and shipped in a timely fashion.
I placed an order in November 2017 - it is now January 2018. I doubt if the Fingerling Monkey will ever get to its destination. I was such a fool. Never again. As long as people keep ordering - they will continue with their business practices. They take your money and forget you. I believe whomever is giving them 5 stars are employees or someone being paid.

I ordered a Faux Fur Insert Plus Size Asymmetric Cape Coat and it's really cool! It's a great item and though this is a plus size (XL) it's really fit. Came in perfect conditions, no cuts or damage to the item or package. Thank you very much!

Love this site.The clothes sizing is accurate and they have larger sizes. I have had no trouble with the fit. I have also bought wall hangings from RoseGal which have been great. Delivery has been very prompt although the first time I was worried as one top arrived but not the second however Rose Gal promptly answered my email and the 2nd top turned up a day later in a second parcel.
Paid extra for quick shipping. Expected a week before Christmas, but didn't get it until almost New Years. The package was slightly tore up but the clothes were fine. The sizes were too small even though I ordered a larger size due to the sizing chart. I will make them work because I don't want to deal with trying to return. In all, I love the clothes and the prices!

I bought a makeup palette a long while ago When I opened it up all the crumbles of makeup dropped out of the case. I quickly wrote them for a replacement or refund and they never once replied back. I have emailed them several times.

I ordered several items third week in November, some items were received in a week the remaining items (which some were Christmas gifts) were received December 28... over a month later and only after I completed 2 tickets on their website and no actual personal response other than a generic THANK YOU FOR SUBMITTING YOUR TICKET response.
