I bought a nice goth/witchy style blouse in a plus size. The material is nice. The measurements on the site were accurate. The item was shipped fast but got stuck in customs for a while (like almost always happens with these products so I'm used to it). The clothing was nice for the price and since the measurements are accurate it's easier to shop.

I love shopping Rosegal because you get SO MUCH for your money. They have the cutest clothes and the prices are amazing. I wish that there was an option for less than 1 star because what I've gone through wasn't even service. I ordered a dress for some holiday parties on November 25,2017 and paid for expedited shopping to get it within 7 business days. Well it's January 4,2018 now and I don't have a package. I followed up with them regularly, I followed up with the shipping service, DHL, regularly and every single time I'd get a different story and the complete run-around as to where my package is. Now I received the following message from Rosegal:
We are extremely sorry to inform you that the delivery of your package was unsuccessful and your items have been destroyed due to hign return fee.
This is a delivery error that is unfortunately beyond our control.
Please understand that in such case we can only compensate you partially as shipping fees are charged by the shipping agents.
Kindly note rosegal does not make any profit on shipping.
As a gesture of good will we can offer you the following 2 solutions to resolve this issue:
1) Resend your order today.
In that case we need your help to cover a handling fee to resend you the parcel. The cost is 20USD. If you choose this option we will send you an invoice via Paypal in the next email.
2) Partial refund to your original payment account
We can refund you 22USD to your original payment account.
Again we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Please inform us of your decision, we look forward to hearing from you soon.
So now not only do I not get my package AT ALL, but in order to resend I have to pay shipping AGAIN and if I choose not to they won't even refund the retail portion of my purchase (not including taxes was $54.62 and they're offering me $22)
I warn you, don't shop here unless you want to pay a whole lot of cash and time and receive nothing in return.
