I paid for 'expedited shipping' to Australia, close to $19 extra for a gift. I think the tracking is a complete hoax. After following the tracking advising that my order was 'with courier for delivery', I waited but nothing arrived. The next day I checked and it stated 'Delivery attempted. Please contact customer service Port Melbourne'. The time stamp was 5.58am! There were 4 people home (in bed), so there is NO way we weren't there to accept delivery. Contacted Rosegal at the end of that day, and while the live chat appeared helpful, the contact details were completely bogus. There is no customer service in Port Melbourne and the link to the 'courier company' does not exist in Australia. My order still may arrive, so I will reserve judgement on the product, but don't pay extra for shipping. Total waste of money and big disappointment.
Items were ordered in November and here it is January and they haven't arrived. Some of the responses I received were "We kindly ask you to continue to wait for your package and in the meantime Santa is doubling up his elf-power to get his sleigh loaded and presents delivered as soon as possible." And now today the response it for me to give my name and address to the post office and wait another month for the package to arrive. Bullsh*t, worst customer service experience ever.

Also from the first moment that you receive the package you will see the professional wrap which one is holding the quality of the items during shipping, that is what I appreciate, coz sometimes when I order my item they gets some damages during shipping. Horrendous experience. I received no confirmation of my order, money was taken out so I contacted them to cancel the order as the items were gifts and wouldn't be delivered in time for Christmas despite being ordered well in advance. They then sent some of the order the next day, and the rest a few days later. Costing me more at customs, which I didn't realise I would have to pay. When it arrived late and i contacted them, the customer service was terrible. It will cost me so much to return it to them, I will probably end up keeping 3 items I don't need.
