My order took 2 months to get (from China) The quality was inferior and the fabric uncomfortable - sizing was also off - SUPER junky earings, too - going straight into the garbage. Never again.

There are some amazing clothing items on this site and they come at insanely good prices. I recently bought a sweater for only $11 and it came quickly and exactly as I expected. The clothing fits true to size and I've never had to return anything that I ordered from Rosegal before. I also always have a hard time finding bathing suits, but I've been able to find cheap suits for good quality that actually fit me on Rosegal, which I love.
Half of my order wasnt shipped for 3 weeks after I placed my order and I never got notification it was shipped until I contacted customer service. I was told in the beginning that I would get free credits due to my complaint and its inconvenience but then at the end found out that I have to leavfe a positive review that rosegal didnt tell me to make when you did. I find this unethical therefore will not be shopping with rosegal since I know know its untrustworthy.

I ordered several items on this one order. They all came separate times, some took 6 weeks or longer, so did not arrive in time for Christmas. Some I paid $37.00 for duty which I had not expected to pay. Paid this twice for products not worth the duty. The rugs O rdered are very cheaply made ordered 4 of these. Some items never came. The sizing is way off. I order a XXl for a gift and it barely fit me, I wear a large. Too expensive to ship the items back. Their on line respnse is pretty efficient. Will see how long it takes to get my refund for items not shipped.

If you bother to pay attention to what you are ordering this site has wonderful fashions.if you have problems with any of their merch they will gladly help if you open a ticket. Some things have required a wait but in the end totally happy with my purchases here. I continue to order from this site with no fear. Actually for Christmas I ordered a certain item from Amazon, Ebay and Rosegal because I wanted the so bad I didn't mind if I got multiples. I purchased a dress for myself. I am very picky since I am plus sized and do not like if it is too clingy. The dress fit great! The sticker's are amazingly fun on the toilet lid just like it is shown on the website. The apple candle was going to be a gift but I loved it so much I kept it for myself. The item's showed up before Christmas.
My item came within 10 days like they said and I was able to track it. I am satisfied with my service.

It was my first order from that page and I'm quite surprised how it went. I ordered in November and I was quite afraid I won't get my package before Christmas, but I did. The order was properly packed, products looked as they were presented on a page. The support team replies fast and contact is quite personal. I decided to order again and probably will do that in the future too.
I ordered from RoseGal for the first time, early in December. Half of my order arrived, and it was satisfactory. However, the other half of my order has never arrived, and tracking it tells me nothing. Today, I tried again to contact them by email and I could not log in, it said it had redirected me too many times! Really?! It was my first attempt! I tried to call the toll free number and nothing, no sound, dead phone! Please just refund my money, and I"ll never bother to order from you again!

I will buy from Rosegal again and again. The clothes are awesome and unique and it beats going out shopping and trying on a million things just to end up depressed and nothing new to wear.
