After shopping at Kohls for 28 years, this morning I tried to get into my account and was informed I had to use my husband's info to access MY account. After over 1 hour trying to solve the problem, I cancelled my account and will not shop there anymore. And Sephora is a big mistake in Kohls, too. Just a waste of space! Customer service is horrible at Kohls and I can't get a straight answer from customer service.

I had to contact this company at least 6 times to get my order. All I got from them were insipid answers. When I finally got my order, the items were cheaply made and I wouldn't give the away! Steer clear of the scam company!

I ordered a "free" backpack in August, 2018. Despite multiple requests for an explanation of the lack of a product, I have not heard diddly squat from them. This is the worst customer service of any company I have ever experienced. Do not fall for their ads, you will receive nothing. It is almost Christmas-five months later, and I have nothing to show for my efforts.

I ordered 3 brooches-two for Christmas and one for Halloween. This was in Sept. And Halloween is in 4 days and I still do not have them. I really wonder if I will have the Christmas pins in time! Getting an answer from their website is a nightmare and when they finally do answer, it is filled with platitudes and vague help. I would not order from them again and recommend that you don't either.
