I ordered a "free" backpack in August, 2018. Despite multiple requests for an explanation of the lack of a product, I have not heard diddly squat from them. This is the worst customer service of any company I have ever experienced. Do not fall for their ads, you will receive nothing. It is almost Christmas-five months later, and I have nothing to show for my efforts.
