Like several other complainants here, I too ordered bras from an ad that came up on my phone (4 of them). After nearly 5 weeks, they arrived. I opened and tried on one. It did not fit at all. There was no packing slip and no address. No return instructions so I emailed. The only answer I got was that they would NOT take them back (even the unopened ones) for "sanitary reasons." Bottom line, my credit card company also would not permit a dispute, even though the company's "terms" were not stated anywhere during the ordering process, so I paid $40 for bras I cannot wear. This is a very unethical and unscrupulous company. Do not buy anything from them!
I can't even be bothered to go in to any major detail as my story is every other customers review apart from the fake ones on the company's website! I so wish I'd checked reviews from sites like this first and I would have saved myself a lot of anger, an argument with PayPal and three bras that are only fit for use as dusters! Lesson duly learnt and I saved myself from another fake retail site and an expensive dust cloth!
Bad quality, I ordered 3 xl and its like a small, now i lost money and cant use these bras, i ordered three the beige one had pen ink on the inside, I will never order from facebook or instagram only reputable companies! The instagram and facebook advertisements are gimmicks, these bras are not true to the video they show, they are tiny you have to be very thin to wear it, to go around your back.
Scammers. I was waiting for my bras for months. Have written over 20 emails. Tracking number is not valid. They take your money and give you a fake tracking number. I honestly hope that these scammers not only get shut down, but heavily fined and jailed.

They tell you the shipping time is 10-20 days, but this is not the case. After this time had passed I reached out and their response to me was to be patient! After contacting them a few more times as 60 & 90 days had now passed (and asking for a refund twice!) their response was please be patient and here is a 20% coupon for your next purchase! I finally received the bras over 100 days after I placed my order. I told them I don't want the product on numerous occasions, but their answer is no refund will be given as the product is not defective. Well guess what the sizing chat they post is so inaccurate! I order a size larger to be on the safe side and it's still too small! That is false advertising and means it's defective! What a scam!
I ordered bras from Surreal Unicorn FOUR months ago. They refuse to send a refund and keeps claiming they've sent the items. DO NOT order from this company! You might as well throw your money in the trash!
Do not spend money with this company - all the reviews on this company reflect my experience - paid money for goods not received and a refusal to refund the money. Shipping codes not recognised - this is clearly a scam. I have written an email a day since July for goods ordered back in May. Do NOT purchase!
You will wait months for product if you can call it that. The bras I finally got where nothing like described or shown. No refunds or returns. Ridiculously cheap crap and too small. I won't be ordering anything off Facebook again and niether should you. Anothe Chinese scam!
This company is a SCAM! They take your credit card number, charge it, and send you nothing. I ordered June 9 and it is now August 8. They have sent me emails with fake tracking numbers and false apologies. They will not refund my money eventhough I have emails saying they know I have received nothing. Save yourself. Stay away from this company!
The bras are to small and no way to get in touch to het my money back. Do not order. Their add looked great but the bras come several sizes to small. Also no way to get to them for a refund or place to return them. Just kiss your money good-by! Totally awful.
I ordered a black bra, but received a leopard print one in error. (FYI - I do not like leopard print anything). I contacted seller. They asked for a picture of the item and delivery/tracking label, which I immediately supplied. I asked for a pre-paid shipping label to return the item &/or a refund. After 2 weeks of back and forth emails, they basically only offered an apology and did nothing to try to correct the situation. They never advised me the item I purchased was unavailable, and never requested authorization to send an alternate pattern. So now I am left with an item I will never use. I don't think I should have to pay for their errors.
I ordered some bras from this company. When I got them, they were not as described and didn't fit. I contacted the company to return them and was told they only replace damaged goods; they don't do returns. I had only tried on one. (I bought six.) The other 5 were unopened, still in the original packaging and they wouldn't do a return. I will never order anything from this company again. It's people like this that make me afraid to purchase on line. Shame on Surrealunicorn.com!
HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIFIC
Product smells like chemicals, an XL measures 24 inches in circumference, shipping at least a month since this crap is made and shipped from China which is nowhere mentioned on the website. If you ask to return an item you are ignored! PATHETIC
I cannot believe that I didn't read these reviews before ordering from this HORRIBLE, DESPICABLE, as many explicative names you can give this company! Everything that you are reading about the bras are exactly what happened to me! Took 3 months to finally receive, was way too small, they asked for photos, which I provided, then asked for more photos. When I finally told them that I had enough and that if I didn't receive a refund or a bra in a bigger size I would write bad reviews, they simply told me that they would not be able to process my request without the proper photos. Guess there are so many bad reviews, they could care less!
I purchased a bra from this company paying $20.96 USD. It took 5 weeks to arrive. I was surprised to see a product received that was defectuous and missing a series of hooks on one side making it impossible to wear. I wrote a first email to the company with picture of the problem. They answered, asking for picture of the packaging and a clearer picture of the problem. I sent that with a video to show it better. No answer... wrote again, no answer... I opened a dispute on paypal which was my way of payment. They finally answered to offer to send a new item. Since I purchased the item on April 29, received on June 4 th and that we are now June 25 at this point I have no interest waiting another 6 weeks to get an item I since purchased elsewhere. So I asked for my money back. I offered to send the item back but at their charge. I received the answer this morning they will pay me only when the item is sent at my charge. Knowing the cost of shipping from Canada to HK it will probably cost more or close to amount of purchase to send back so I will just learn from the experience and stay away from this company and their attractive publicity that shows a product looking much better than the actual thing. I buy a lot from internet and this is one of the first time I deal with such a problem I could not find resolution.
I had to contact this company at least 6 times to get my order. All I got from them were insipid answers. When I finally got my order, the items were cheaply made and I wouldn't give the away! Steer clear of the scam company!
Charged me beginning of May and still mid August I have received nothing. They keep saying the same apology and that it is in transit.
I got sucked in by a Facebook ad offering cute bras at an affordable price with a lace support that crosses in front and hooks with traditional bra hooks on the side. I ordered them almost two weeks before I had a vacation planned.
After ordering I got a confirmation email followed by an email asking me to order more and they would add it to my order. This annoyed me as I wanted them to process my order quickly and get it in the mail so I could get my bras before my trip. It took five days before I finally got the confirmation email that the items have been shipped. No timeframe was given and no refund process explained.
IT TOOK 4 WEEKS FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE. All excitement for my order was gone by the time it arrived. My vacation was over. By the time I tried them on and realize the product was cheap, the clasps on the side are extremely hard to hook (nothing at all like the ad demonstrated), they were cheaply made with no underwire and absolutely no way to offer any kind of support and the sizes run small. 14 days from the date of delivery I sent an email informing them that the bras did not fit me and I wished to start a return for a refund. I quickly got a letter back that was politely written that they only offer refunds when contacted within 10 days of delivery. (I was four days beyond the return window and therefore they could not help me.) I wrote back letting them know that it took four weeks for my product to be delivered and that I thought I should have at least that much time to preview my item and I only needed half that time. They did not respond. Buyer beware. You will pay for your product upfront, not get it for a month, you'll be disappointed when your items finally arrive, and if you do not jump through their hoops and play by their rules which they will not tell you about before hand you will not get a refund and be stuck with unless bras.

Answer: Big Scam! Don't think PayPal will help you when your order doesn't come because when they offer FAKE shipping info PayPal sides with them and closes your case. $40 lost but a lesson learned well! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE
