I ordered a "free" backpack in August, 2018. Despite multiple requests for an explanation of the lack of a product, I have not heard diddly squat from them. This is the worst customer service of any company I have ever experienced. Do not fall for their ads, you will receive nothing. It is almost Christmas-five months later, and I have nothing to show for my efforts.
This is a big cheat! They'll take your money and you will never get a product. Do not order from them. I wanted to offer the bag to my brother-in-law, but never got my order.

This is a scam site don't order from them they will take your money and run they took my credit card information and ren with it, and still know product
