First of all, the back pack came in a box filled with Styrofoam peanuts. Seems a little unnecessary considering the back pack is not a fragile item. Additionally, I would not think a forresty supply company would use such Un-environmentally friendly packaging. Next, not really important but the back pack straps were not attached correctly and needed redone. I was able to figure out the correct way but some other customers may not.

The website was functional and well organized. I received one damaged case of paint through shipping. The timely response from Forestry Suppliers and ultimate resolution was much appreciated! Thank you for your focus on Customer Service!

I like ordering from Forestry Suppliers because they usually have the equipment I need in stock and ready to ship. Their site is easy to navigate, checkout is super simple and shipping is usually fast. I've also saved my profile as tax exempt so zero hassle with calling for every order.

I place an order via email. Then I have to answer the same questions... for each delivery...via phone call regarding delivery. Sometimes phone response is several days, Should be easier.

You and me can save on shipping costs by reducing the size of the shipping container and by using less packaging material.

I had no idea that an extended handle version of the very useful and well engineered Swedish Bahco tongs existed until stumbling over them in the FS catalog. Extremely happy with them. Even less bending over and it's also useful to be able to skid smaller logs manually.

A pair of chainsaw gloves on back order held up the entire shipment. Displayed lack of urgency in delivering my order. I had to eventually tell Customer Service to drop the gloves so they would ship the remaining order placed on November 6, by mid-December. If I hadn't prompted them I think I would not have had this PPE for this season. As it is I feel whatever savings I had was lost on a month of good cool weather.

The soil thermometer I ordered arrived in damaged condition; it was clear this damage occurred during the package transit and was not the fault of the company. Customer service was wonderful, they quickly shipped a replacement and simply asked for some photos of the damage for their records. Usually claims like this can be a hassle with a lot of back and forth and multiple days of talking with different people, all while still not having the functioning product you needed for work. I was very grateful for this experience.

A great purchase for quality field notes. Delivery was prompt and the books arrived in good condition. I have found these to be as good as name-brand all weather notebooks at a much lower cost.

I ordered some landscape staples and was alerted that the number of boxes I was purchasing was more than we're currently in stock and some would be back ordered. That was acceptable so I purchased them. The back ordered quantity was shipped the next day and arrived first both were a fairly convenient delivery. The regular freight delivery was a little unclear when exactly it would be delivered but the driver called the day of actual delivery to confirm.
