Easy site to manuever. I like the merchandise ordered. I will do business with them again.

I ordered a human hair, lace front, gray wig. It's not a lace front. I tried to part and there was nothing but seam showing. I cannot wear a middle part. I paid for 140% hair... but did not get. The very worst of it all is that the hair won't curl. This is the first and last time I use them. Buyer beware... their
"lacefront" is not like ours...(see photo, inside, hairline, side thickness)

I've taken several courses online and enjoyed them. I recommend anyone taking online courses to go through IOA.
The site is very easy to navigate and the staff is professional.

I ordered a kit for nails that should have included fiberglass extensions and gel to put them on with. I only got the extensions. Their customer service email is no good. Finally Igot
Someone that said maybe ordered ONLY the extensions. I checked their entire site and they don't sell just the extensions. Finally, they were to send me another kit. I tracked it and it's been somewhere in China since July 22nd.
