I placed an order on November 24 and was promptly charged on my Visa Card. After several attempts to Live Chat, Message, and call this company... I've come to the conclusion that I will never do business with them again. I still have not received the item as of December 22nd. I was told they didn't put a tracking number on it. Well, how long should I wait for this package to never arrive? Nobody will give me an answer from this company.
They have such cute clothes to lure you in, but DON'T BUY FROM THEM! I ordered and paid for tracking 3 weeks ago. You have to email Rosegal support to even get the information you need to track it with. (By the way, they use Postnl.) Postnl states my order was "delivered unsuccessfully" 3 times. The problem with that is I've had other items delivered just fine to this address, AND there was no notification of any delivery at my door, the office or mailbox. I contact Rosegal yet again only to be told to contact my nearest post office, who of course, didn't have my package. Now I'm waiting on a refund... Please save yourself a headache. It's not worth it.

I bought from them and had a positive experience! Yes, the sizes are smaller than US sizes, but they provide ample info on sizing on the website - they give equivalent US-sizes and more important the measurements - they even state that "one size" fits up to US-M (and that is on the smaller side of M = if you are M towards L, don't buy it!)... why some people don't pay attention to that before ordering, is beyond me... Also, the items do take a long time to arrive but the shipping is free = items come by ship most likely, not airplane. We all know that cheep prices and free shipping does not equal best quality and fast arriving time! Mine got here within the specified time - I knew they will take a long time when ordering and did not panic before getting them :D. And yes, my order did not include 2 items, so I sent them a message. They replied within 2 business days to my questions, but in their message board - so make sure that you keep that confirmation number they provide when you submit your claim, because that's how you can see their feedback (not in your email). I was told one of the items shipped separately and should arrive (it did) and that they can refund the other one (because is out of stock momentarily) or I can choose something else of equal value - I opted for refund and they did!... but again, communication is via their claims/message board not email!

I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I ordered 2 pairs of the boots online (Just Advertised) and received an email that they are on back order. I wont receive them until January sometime. They advertise things that are not in stock. I have no gift to give BUT rosegal got their money. I think this is a scam. TRY to call the phone #. That's a joke. Go to their "Chat", thats a joke. This whole thing is a joke. Don't order unless you want it for "next" christmas. I didn't have luck with them... Never Again!
They sell merchandise that comes from overseas. What they don't tell you is that their sizing is not like ours. I ordered 3 blouses and deliberately made them a size abouve what I normally wear. It took almost 60 days to receive and I tried tem on a few weeks later and low and behold, they about 2-3 sizes too small (obviously it is Chinese sizing-where they came from). I have tried to contact them since Nov. 18th and have left my info. Including my phone # and they have not answered me at all. I want to return them but their so-called return policy is none existent!. Don't buy from them!

This is the worst company ever. I created an account and purchased 6 items right away. They never sent me a password so I could track my order. If I read the reviews first, I would never do business with those stupid and cheaters. Ii spent more than one month sending email for them to provide a password for me, Pearl always replied that s/he would ask a colleague to reset the password for me, which has never been done. When I finally received the package, few items were missing and the items received were not similar with the pictures they have in the website. This is robbery and Rosegal's owner should be sued and judge for stealing people's money.

It's been nearly 30 days since I have placed my order and I still haven't received my goods. Their website says this:

After I sent a complaint the reply was this:

We have dispatched your order on December 08 and you will receive the case within 7-25 business days(=15-35days). As you selected Flat Rate Shipping which is unregistered mail, no tracking number is available with this order therefore the shipping progress cannot be traced online.
Sorry for not calling back. Because we are not the same subsidiaries with the phone call service.

After 7 days my order still read 'still processing'. Tried to submit an e-mail request - have not received the promised answer within 24 hours. Live chat never seems available and their phone lines in the US and the UK are never available! Starting to think using this company was a real mistake, should I checked the other reviews before - you need better customer service than that to do business in the US! Will update if I ever figure this one out... credit card has been charged. Truly disappointed because the items looked very nice.

If I could leave no stars for this company, I would! It has been over 50 days since I ordered my product and they now finally tell me they are out of stock. My only options are to get a coupon for 1 1/2 times of what I paid to order something else or to do an even exchange. It is now too late to file a dispute with Paypal! I ordered two bracelets and two bags from this company just a day ago or so for my mother for christmas. These reviews are honestly concerning due to the price i paid. I am hoping that the concerns are just within clothing and not accessories but if someone could review on accessories it would be most appreciated. I used expedited shipping, but with these reviews I feel concerned about whether or not my items will get to me in time. Hoping for the best though, as everyone makes mistakes. They refunded my money and I ordered again in the end all worked out.
Do not even think of purchasing anything from this store. I ordered a jacket which on the website looks lovely. After 6 weeks it finally arrived. Where to start! It is a much lighter blue which can be forgiven as colors in pictures are not always accurate, however it is so badly made... none of the seams are straight or match up, there is frayed stitching all over it, no seam has been finished properly, there is no lining inside and the trim is damages and in places falling off. I obviously complained was asked to take photos which I did then offered only 20% of my money back. I know this store is cheap so you dont expect top notch quality but what I received was just horrendous! The only way I may get my money back is to return the item to china where it has no doubt been made in a cheap factory/sweat shop and then they will look at it. It is not worth my time, packaging and shipping costs to do this... the jacket will be posted to trading standards with a link to their website and hopefully something will be done about this misleading sham of a company!
