This company is absolutely horrible at customer service. They say they are committed to resolving the issue but basically they are going to keep responding to your issue (in my case damaged clothing) with "can you send a picture?" or "we can refund you $4." I finally got someone to give me a return address and directions but they just said "the cost of shipping it back isn't worth it. You should take the $4". They took forever to respond at first, until I filed a dispute and then I got responses from 5 different people asking what the problem was and could I send pictures (again). Horrible, horrible store.

I have ordered 3 separate orders from this company and I do have to say I love all their clothes and how cheap they are. I also have always done the fast shipping though yes it is usually $10 more than regular shipping but I always get them in a week. I have always received a tracking number in my email and I use it to actually track them. I think a lot of people don't realize we are buying stuff from a different country where stuff is made for women that live there which is their sizes and height. So yes when you order stuff always check the size which tells you exactly what size to buy so then you are not buying something that is too small or to big. At the bottom of every item it will tell you how to compare your height, the length of your arms, the size of your waist and bust line. By me doing this I get great service, all my stuff on time, everything fits me and I go back and keep buying more. I have received everything from leggings, shirts, hoodies, dresses and accessories. If something was to look cheap or they do not have the exact size I did not buy it. Just be careful always read the sizes and make sure that they match so they will fit you and always do the faster shipping and you will get them in a week. I hope this helps to give people a better shopping experience.

I wish I would have read reviews BEFORE ORDERING...! I ordered and PAID a month ago and my order is still "processing". God only knows what I'm going to get and when and Customer service is a figment of my imagination because they don't have customer service. UGH!

Absolutely the worst company I have ever done business with. I received my order, which came from CHINA. There was no paperwork included which would have enabled me to immediately send it back. The sweater is poorly made and ill fitting.
The order was placed 10/29. I sent an email to rosegal and received a response that not only did not make sense merely thanked m e for my response Response to what!?!
I h ave tried again and again. Still nothing. Do not do business with this company. The customer service sucks!

Omg am nervous after I place my order I haven't even get a tracking number, should have read the reviews before, I called the number which is a magic jack which is not in service what the $#*!.

Do not order from these cheap clothing internet sites from China. They change their name every couple months because they keep getting horrible reviews. By doing so, they can trick you into buying from them until people catch on. Just don't.

The website is a complete waste of time and a bunch of scammers. I placed an order the beginning of Nov and my items still have not arrived. Customer service is a complete waste of time as well as incompetent. It seems almost impossible to receive a refund for items that were never received. Totally cheated and disgusted at these scammers.

Extremely impressed! I always have a great experience shopping online with Rosegal. There is a huge variety of items all so very stylish. Very easy to chose what you want, in the size and price range you're after. I have shopped 4 orders since September and will continue to do so. So far what i've ordered is exactly what i expected, great quality. Very secure and the support team are there with a very prompt response. GREAT service, value & Quality. Shipping is fast also. Haven't returned anything, cos i don't need to. Cannot fault Rosegal!

Ordered a product back on 12/8/2014 as a CHRISTMAS present. It is not processed thru DHL until 12/22/2014. 14 days later. Now today, 12/24/2014 my CHRISTMAS present is not due to arrive until 12/29/2014. Poor customer service, poor processing, POOR BUSINESS! I have been looking and looking for the owner/president of RoseGal and cannot find him/her. All I found was thousands of posts of how bad their business is. Thanks for ruining Christmas RoseGal, may you have Merry Christmas and a "GOING OUT OF BUSINESS SALE" in EARLY 2015. Close your doors and save people the grief of doing business with you!

Ordered 3 items from Rosegal in November. It's 12/24/14-Just left my post office for the second time in 2 weeks. The postman told me they have no idea where my package is, and Sorry. The postman told me to contact the sender(Rosegal) to file a claim.

Worst place to buy something from.
I ordered something Nov. 11th, and i still have not received it Dec. 24th.
Waste of money and no gift to give to my mom for christmas.
I tried calling, there phone is off.
I tried their service, no one can help me, after 40 DAYS of waiting for this gift, they tell me to wait or try my local post office.
I do not recommend at all! THIS website is a pure scam

Very disappointed
January 5, 2015

Very disappointed. I ordered this nice clip and a pair of pants over a month ago. They were supposed to be here by now. They're for a wedding in a week and now thanks to losing my money on this site and not getting my package. I have to find new things for the wedding. Very dissapointing.

After reading all these's reviews I need to find some that can broadcast is national with the news all over the world so people can stop buying from these creeps it got to be a law against that for real if I can get y'all to sign a petition against what happened to us we have been rip off and rose gal need to be put in prison for what they are doing, if its a law against steling of any kind it should be the same for their country. I made my order in December, 1/2014 and I still haven got nothing. I contact the better Business Bureau n customer protection and I was told that they never heard of this s company. These guys suck! Order placed on November 14th. They tell you that the items are not in stock 2 weeks later now it is Dec 23rd still don't have my items still no refund just excuses from Donna. They want us to close the dispute through Paypal. This is the only way I will get my money back. They still have the same items up for sale on sale on their website but I still don't have mine. Seems kinda fishy huh! I would avoid this company at all costs! Don't waste yout time or money this place is a rip off!

We processed the refund for this order. It should show up on the customer's account within the next few business days. We expedited the processing of the refund when the customer contacted us. It doesn't appear this was properly communicated to the customer. We will contact them again to assure him the refund has been processed and apologize for the miscommunication.
Again, I am sorry for the frustration this has caused you and hope that this will set things right.

I am really satisfied with my shopping with Rosegal. They have plenty of cute clothing and accessories for really good price. The service was good. The quality of the products are proportional to the price, which is fair. I have ordered about 30 articles (dresses, leggings and accessories) and received them in 3 separate packages, in a few weeks. They were all in good condition. By looking at the size charts for each item, I was able to order the right size for me, even if I am used to buy in US size (take the time to measure your size!). Whether you are looking for something to party, or something casual or formal, you will find something for you. :)

I called customer service re: the sizing is to small. They asked me to take pictures to prove that it was to small. I said that If they were ordering clothes from my country and they were to big I'd just refund them and wish them well. Very unprofessional and bad connection. I'm giving clothes to my grandkids and just lesson learned. Also only go through PayPal never directly. Awful...

I don't know why all the bad reviews! I ordered two shirts and received them in five days. Yes I paid for expedited shipping but it was worth it and the shirts fit perfectly. You always take a risk not trying on cloths and if you don't pay extra for fast shipping then expect to wait. Plus I was able to track the whole shipping process on dhl till the time they got to my door! I would def order from them again
