The clothes looked like cheap imitations from the ones in the website photos. The material was so low quality it looked like the fabric used to make clothes for b arbies. The only item I might have gone out in public in was a one size fits all leggings that only an anorexic 10 year old might fit into. I don't usually review places but this one takes the cake. I had the same experience as everyone on this website. It took FOREVER to receive my order, at least 10 days longer than promised and the item is NOT what was pictured. I could even put up with that if it wasn't 4 sizes too small. I wear a large or a medium in everything I wear. I ordered large because I'd rather it be too big than too small. I'm not even sure this is a large for a Chinese woman! A little warning about the sizes on the website would be USEFUL.

The email says upmtom25 days for delivery, and indicates shipping on December 4. I have not received the item. I am unable to submit a 'complaint ticket' bc it requires a login, and every time I enter mine it says invalid. The phone number listed *******485 says the magic jack customer is unavailable. This is a total scam!

The clothes are 10 times too small (I'm 5'7", 145 lbs & I gave the jacket to my 13 yr old toothpick niece), materials STINK and are EXTREMELY poor quality (a zipper broke the second I touched it) & their response was "please keep", ver batem.
Ok, I have read the reviews and I have a thought, did anyone take a look at the tiny models wearing the clothes? What I am saying is that if the blouse is one size, and the model is tiny, then use common sense to make realistic decisions. I just received a jacket I ordered from this company, but when I went to review it on their site, it wouldn't let me as it said I hadn't bought it yet. It made me doubt the other reviews on there are genuine. On the plus side the jacket was very cheap, but on the minus side; the jacket description says it is cashmere, and in the details it says it is made of cashmere. However, it is just a fleece made of synthetic material. When it arrived the posting label declared on the outside of the parcel that it was 35%rayon and 65%cotton; so not even a hint of cashmere there. It makes out the company is located in the US, but it seems to operate between the UK and China if you look at the facts pages. The actual jacket has no labels at all in it, so no washing instructions or anything. My parcel came straight from China. It took about two weeks to arrive which is OK, but going by this item, I would not feel confident to order again as the description does not match the item to a proper level.

NOT A LEGITIMATE BUSINESS. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I placed an order on 11/21 and received conformation that might items had been sipped soon after. Today is December 30 and I have not received anything. I made contact through their website, a "Maria" responded stating that my items will be shipping soon (mind you I received a shipment confirmation email 3+ weeks prior). When I clarified the discrepancy in their communication, she back pedaled and said that it has been delivered but that it would not arrive until Jan. 26-28. If I didn't receive it then, then they could refund me.

I ordered a very cute baggy knitted sweater form this company. It was supposed to be one of those long, way past your bum kind of sweaters that are super warm. I got it and my 5 year Old daughter could have worn it. I measure it ad it was 19 inches in length. One arm was shorter and fit tighter then the other. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchase a cream color coat with a lace trim at the bottom on 12/20/14 and received the item six days later. The coat was not as the pictured and the button hole was stitched too small. I emailed the company and provided pictures of the defect and their response was "Use a knife to make he hole bigger". WTF?!?! I requested a refund and a shipping address to return the item so, we'll see what the next excuse will be.

I ordered a white coat for my future Daughter In Law (now Daughter in Law) to wear over her wedding gown on 27 December. I ordered the coat on 10 October. When I was going to cancel the order the company told me that the coat had been shipped on 10 December and that I should have it by Christmas. Things look great in a picture. Unless you are a runway model don't order from here. Ordered 2 XL blouses. Had to wait 30 days before I even received them and when I did my 5 year old Granddaughter could maybe ware them. You think your saving money but they got you because you sure can't return them..
Don't waste your time or money. The items that you order will be SIMILAR but will not be the EXACT pictures you see their models wearing. Wrong size? Too bad! They won't send u another one even though they messed it up. Also, you want your money back? No chance! UNLESS YOU pay the shipping charges... even though it was THEIR mistake. YOU have to pay... AGAIN! The customer service is ALWAYS offline and even when you do catch them, they beat around the bush and stop responding. I will be reporting them to the BBB along with the thousands of others.

I ordered 4 bathing suits from this company all in XL as the site says to order larger. 3 of the items came in XL but the 4th item was a M. I informed them of this and they asked for me to send a picture of the size label and suit. I did. Then they ask for the SKU. I got it off my order and gave it to them. Now every response says I must take a picture of the SKU but it is nowhere on the suit and the package it came in was a clear baggie with nothing on it. They say I must send a picture of the SKU but as they don't put it anywhere that is impossible. This was their error not mine. I don't want a refund because I don't like it - THEY sent the wrong size. Quite a scam to require a picture of the SKU and then make sure it is nowhere to take a picture...
