I ordered 4 sets of jewlery, (could have been 5 or 6, its been so long now i dont remember) on Decermber 2,2014 and still have not received anything. I read how long their shipping takes and it says up to 25 buisiness days. Its now January 6,2015 and been way over 25 days and still have not received anything. The day I bought the jewlery I made sure to keep my receipt and tracking number. I have been trying to track it now from fedex, to UPS to china tracking and Hong Kong and they all say my tracking number is invalid and I know for a fact its not cause I have the receipt and have re entered it in many times. This site has more 1 stars than 5, obviously this site is a joke (especially since everything on the website is dirt cheap)! I am very unsatisfied especially cause I was so excited to receive the jewlery cause it was sooo cute, but I will never again come on this website again knowing its all a rip off
Rosegal is a great website for low priced but pretty good quality merchandise. It is fun to shop on this website as everything is affordable and different. The only thing I would like is if the shipping was a little faster but I do understand it is coming a long way. I have been very happy with the merchandise I have gotten. Attempt to work out how to return the revolting items and find returns are not accepted unless something is wrong with the items.

Wish I had found this review website before I ordered. My shipment left on 18th October, here we are 6th January and still no order.
Countless communication with them with no satisfaction. I waited the obligatory month before emailing, only to be asked to wait another week and check my post office. I returned mail, explaining I had waited a month, and checked my post office and that I have been receiving other orders with no problem.
They reply - please confirm delivery address ( which I did in my initial email) and recheck your post office. 6 weeks had passed by this time. Then I was asked to wait until the 15th December and get back to them! Which I did. They responded asking for more money to track an item. I am not happy. No goods, no refund, and continual runaround with response to my email - II feel like they are hoping I will just give up.

The clothes are small, made for kids it seems, the quality is poor. Shipping is free which is good, but it takes a month or more to receive them. I had made 2 separate orders in early December 2014 within minutes of each other. I received the 1st order December 29,2014 and received the second order Jan. 9,2015 even though the orders were placed minutes apart. I got an email from Rosegal not long after I made my purchases telling me the address they had for me was incomplete on one of my orders, even though the address for both orders was exactly the same when I checked to make sure I had indeed given the correct address. I will probably not use Rosegal again, I will do my online shopping in North America, Rosegal clothes do not come from North America, not sure where they come from but the labels on them are not in English. I was only satisfied with one item out of the 6 I ordered. The black cardigan I ordered was very nice and very soft, we will see how it makes out after being washed, although small. The sweatshirts are very small also and very poor quality. I guess when it comes down to it the prices are cheap because the clothes are cheap. You get what you pay for! I will have to give these clothes to a very small adult or child, the sleeves are too short for an average sized small adult. This was my first time buying online and I have learned to be very careful who I purchase items from.

I freaked after reading all the terrible reviews. BUT, I got my stuff. I am not sure what all the fuss is about people - YOU PAID PENNIES ON THE DOLLAR. As the saying goes: you get what you pay for.
YES - it took 30 days to get my (1) sweater (3) shirts (total cost under $60US)
YES - the clothes run small.
YES - they are cheaply made, they were cheap to buy - DUH!
And YES - they are exactly what I expected.
The clothes from Rosegal, once you finally receive them, look nothing like what are pictured on their website. I ordered three Hoodies that, in the picture, were oversized hoodies that came just above the knee. They were "one size fits all". All three hoodies arrived and were cheap material and did not come close to fitting. They fit my 12 year old daughter who is a size 10-12 youth. Ridiculous! Never will I order anything from this company again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM Rosegal.com... it is a joke! I ordered 7 items and only received 4 of the items... 1 which I can actually wear because the Med. Sweater I ordered is actually the size of an X-Small (US sizes). The clothing doesn't have any tags inside the garments and the quality is beyond cheap! I did not receive an invoice with my order, which seemed pretty sketchy and did not get a response when I emailed the company about my missing products! Horrible experience. My mom ordered a coat for me for x-mas it was poorly made, and too small (it was a medium and i usually fit in smalls). I ordered a sweater over two months ago and haven't received it and will not be issued a refund. Their customer service is awful, all computer based and I have yet to speak to a person. On 12/12 they said wait one more week. Then they said I have to wait till January 10th! This company should be ashamed of themselves!

I order two items in this website. First of all, it took a while to arrive. In fact i have forgotten all about it already.
Next, the quality of the item is unsatisfying. It doesn't look anything like in the picture which is really really enticing.
I initially placed so many in my shopping cart just because I got carried away because of its fashionable styles. But then i thought i should try out couple of blouses first and see the quality. Well, it was disappointing. It has nothing that resembles what's in their website. The quality is so poor.

It took over 2 months to receive my 3 items. Which was OK, and I understand knowing that it was free shipping and closer to Christmas. I was just very disappointed in the quality. Two of the items I purchased were white color, and they are so see-through I cannot wear them at all. It looks ridiculous. The stripe long shirt I got is cute. Really weird size though and short on the arms. Even though I did follow the size chart when I ordered it. I really wanted to like this company because there were a lot of cute things I wanted, but I'm glad I didn't waste too much of my money and now I know.
