I ordered a jacket on 11/2/14 and payment was made via Paypal very quickly. Many emails later, the jacket arrived today 1/8/2015. I ordered xxl to be sure it was plenty big. Hah. I could barely get my arms in-far from comfortable. I usually wear a size L or XL. The jacket I got seems to beperhaps a normal medium, may even a small. I can't imagine how I could return this. We ordered 3 things in Nov 2014, for Christmas. The last one arrived today 1/8/15. The first 2 items came 12/30/2014. The company would do better to charge a dollar extra an item and use it to pay for shipping that provides a tracking number and faster shipping service. They provide no tracking number, and then claim they cannot help you. The items were ok only, on one the color was way different then shown. I probably would not order from them again, and if I did I would pay for the shipping upgrades. Be sure to use paypal if ordering, at least then, you should be able to get your money back if needed.

I ordered items as Christmas presents on 11/25/14 thinking they'd be here in time for the holiday. My order shipped in two shipments, the first containing 4 items coming from Netherlands, the second containing one item coming from China.
The first package was lost by the local post office and it's like pulling teeth with RoseGal customer service trying to get a refund, since I paid the extra money for insurance on the products, this shouldn't be such an issue. They still haven't refunded my money and just told me to check again with the post office - who have been rude and extremely unhelpful on their end.
The second package from China says it was shipped on 12/22/14 - almost a month after I ordered it - was on it's way to the US on 12/25. It still has not arrived and the tracking information has not been updated online, so I have no idea if I'm ever getting that.
This whole experience has just been a major headache and I will NEVER order from here again. All I want is my money back. I suggest avoiding ordering anything from here. I'd MUCH rather pay the extra money ordering something from a well-known US company.

DO NOT order from this ridiculous website. I ordered something on November 16, was shipped on the 19th and I STILL have not received it. Customer service told me to check with the post office and to verify that my address is correct. Post office can't tell me if they have it because there is no available tracking number because this company is a piece of $#*!! I asked for a refund and they told me to wait another 5-7 days to see if I get my package. I will never order from them again and I better be getting that refund!

NEVER order from this company. Their business practices are dodgy to say the least. I ordered a hoodie Nov 10th, 2014 and I received an email on November 11th saying they shipped it out and I should receive it within 10 - 25 days. It's January 8th and I have yet to receive it. I sent an email on December 6th inquiring about my order, they're reply was to check with my local post office, I did and it's not there.
I have been getting the run around ever since, English is not their first language.

I am NOT pleased with my experience with RoseGal. The "trench coat" I bought can literally be seen through, so not quite sure how it's supposed to keep you warm. The long floral dress I bought in a size medium is poor quality, doesn't fit over my small size B bust, and hits in the middle of my calf (I'm only 5'5"). Their return policy is that you have to create a customer service ticket to get the return address. I followed their directions and emailed asking for the return address, and the associate didn't give me the address, but rather tried to tell me to give the items to a friend. They offered $6 compensation, when I wanted to return $36 of items... I will never buy from an online company out of the country again. LESSON LEARNED.

I was told my sweater was shipped on Nov 9. As of Jan 7, I still do not have it and have escalated this to a claim with PayPal. I suspect the only people who receive their product are those that pay extra for "tracking information." English is not the first language for customer service. The kept asking me to "wait a little longer" and "go to your post office and see if they have it." After several attempts to resolve, I also complained to PayPal. The last message I received from Rosegal via PayPal didn't even make sense (literally - very poor English). I escalated to a claim and they quit responding. If they don't respond by tomorrow, I will get my money refunded automatically.

I have not read any of the other reviews, but I wish I had before ordering Christmas presents for my wife (2014) The two items looked like they came out of a sweat shop.NO TAGS? I ordered two sweat shirts that were as thin as t shirts and there were no garment tags or size tags. I ordered larges for both and the do not fit even kind of. When I wanted to return the items they said I had to pay for shipping back to Amsterdam from Connecticut, USA. Even then they would give me a coupon for my next order. I can not say enough about how dissatisfied I am.

When I first heard of a rosegal.com I was a little bit skeptical at first because people said that when you order stuff from a site that is from that bunch distance away from where I live you usually don't get good quality items but as I first ordered my first batch of clothes I saw that everything was okay so I order something else to doublecheck and make sure that I could keep ordering and I was not disappointed. Everything that I've ordered has arrived in good shape it's good quality and it looks very pretty color looks exactly like the picture of the dresses or the clothes look exactly like the picture and I love them and I look forward to the next time that I have to place an order. So far i am very happy with everything that i have gotten and i check rosegal frequently for new style and things to buy.
Rosegal.com is a scam company. I ordered 2 dresses on Nov 6th and they shipped Nov 9th. It is Jan 7th and still have not received them. My total was $23.83 and after many emails of wait a little longer or check the post office they said the would refund $20! So if they get 1000 people to order and they ship nothing and keep a portion, that's how they make their money! Rip off. They will be hearing from attny. Messed with wrong consumer.
UPDATE: 2/2/15 - After MANY emails Rosegal was very hesitant but credited back the money I paid them. I told them I would be honest and pay them if I EVER receive the merchandise I ordered in November. As of today, I have not received the merchandise. My experience with Rosegal has been bad. I did get my money back but it was one of the biggest hassles I had to deal with. They wanted to give me part of the money back! Why would I agree to that? Pay them for screwing up an order? I will not deal with them EVER again. If you have an issue with them and want your money back, push for it. They cannot refuse your money if you never received anything.

I ordered 2 items Oct 28th. I received one that is complete junk and the snap fell off day one. I emailed asking where the second item was and was told it was not available. November 28th they claimed it miraculously shipped out and it's Jan 6 and still nothing. Every correspondence says be patient. It's a scam, it's junk, and they have no clue what customer service is. The first package was sent with tracking but the second wasn't b/c they said I didn't pay for it? It was one order. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Horrible! I ordered 3 items in October, received 1 item 2 days before Christmas, 1 in January and was told they couldn't fill that order. Can't get a hold of them now for a refund. This site is a fraud, whatever you do don't waste your money! I ordered three items and received two of the items 6 weeks later. They would fit a 5 year old kid and did not even remotley close to the websites pictures. They offered $10 refund on a $65 order and wouldn't consider a refund. Thank goodness the transaction was through PayPal so I was finally rewarded a full refund after I assume responsibility of shipping this crap back to China at $24.75. I am not pleased with PayPal as I should not be out of any money because of a fraudulent company. The website shows they are PayPal verified so I feel PayPal needs to look into the Omanis they "verify" a little closer.
