Well when I got my product in the mail today I was displeased to find that it was too small. I am a medium and purchased an XL to be on the safe side as it was swimwear.
The suit also looks nothing like the picture on the website where a quite bust girl (like myself) fits into the top of it comfortably. I can tell you it was not comfortable trying to fit my bust in this small suit.
It is too small and after reading other reviews there is no way I am going to get a refund or anything. I am glad it was just a small purchase and I now know not to buy from this company again.
I like the variety of things they have on rosegal, I was particularly interested in the comfortable but cute-looking hoodies. When I asked about the delay of my order, they responded quickly and let me know things were on back-order. The shipping was free too, which is really good.

NEVER EVER EVER order from this company! It is a scam. So far I have waited 40 days for my order. I email daily to their so called customer service and have been told everything from check the post office to "Do you mind just waiting a little longer." It is a total joke. Warn everyone you know to stay away.

I am enjoying shopping through rosegal online. The sizes I normally wear are similar to their size chart.As a costumer, I appreciate the free shipping they have offered. Their prompt costumer service is as well outstanding.
Awful! Don't waste your time or money! Sizing was way off. One of my items never arrived. Customer service number is a Magic Jack number that is not able to take messages. Complaint ticket that I tried to start a dialogue with customer service didn't recognize my order number, so my issues were never resolved. Luckily, I was able to sell one piece to a coworker and give one away as a gift, but I still lost about $70.00. Boooooo!

Dreadful company. Ordered a coat as a Christmas present in November. Turned up 3 days before Christmas. Ordered a large, it wouldn't fit a ten year old. Rosegal refused refund offered 20%. Am talking to my bank and financial ombudsman for help. AVOID.
This is not the only company- I believe they all came from the same scammers creating all different types of fraud companies.
Rosegal and Sammydress are scam companies who use the same photos, same sale pitch, just different prices and company names. And lord knows how many scam companies they have out there besides the two I've caught. Please spread the word so people are aware of these companies intentions and to be weary of "Clothing Lines" online. Here is proof that they are frauds: pictures I've screen shot on my phone.

My mom and I sent emails back and forth between us and the company. The pictures are attached in this review. On top of all these emails, called them four times. Three of those four times I got a voice mail with a full inbox. Finally, one morning, I called again. Though someone did answer, this guy could hardly speak English. He kept repeating himself just telling me to send the package back and pay the shipping fee, just like the emails. There was no address on the package or the website. This has been one of the worst experiences with a company in my life. My daddy also ordered a shirt from them over a month ago and still hasn't recieved it. He ordered this shirt before I ordered the shirt I ordered and am trying to return. I ordered a coat from there as well and if I don't get it, I will raise hell. Do not order from this company! It's horrible! Oh. And I STILL didn't get an address...

I placed my order on Dec. 3rd 2014. It is January 9th and I still have not received my order. This order was to be a Christmas gift for my daughter. They did not disclose that if you use standard shipping the order cannot be tracked. So I have no gift and still no product. The only answer I have gotten is a little more time.

SO ANGRY with them. I place an order early November for 2 items, after 2 weeks finally they sent me an email that shipment has been sent out. After 1 month after i contact them they remember to inform that only 1 item has been shipped because the other was out of stock even thought the website didn't say so when i purchased it. Now after 2 months or so still have NOT received my item and when i contact them asking for my refund they told me I have to wait 45 WORKING days after the item has been SHIPPED for them to give me any refund. Not to mention it took them 2 whole weeks just to ship 1 of the 2 items now they are asking me to wait 1 more month just to get my money back?! What if i am broke just wanted a warm coat for winter and now i have no other money to purchase another one because this site refuses to give me my money back after 2 months and is so unreliable that i am still waiting for 1 of the 2 items.
