Scam!

Scam! Do NOT use them. It's been 6 weeks! I have only received one of three items. It was a coat and THE SEWN ON LABEL INSIDE THE COAT HAD BEEN REMOVE WITH A STITCH REMOVER. I cannot get through to them at all. Cannot be reached by phone. The voice message always says "the person you are trying to reach is unavailable, and MESSAGW MAILBOX FULL"
Live chat is NEVER available! They do NOT respond to customer service email inquiries! They are a scam

Thanks for your message and for telling us about your problem. We are sorry for all the inconvenience. I have checked it for you and find that we shipped the order out in 3 packages, the other 2 items are on the way to you.
Orders are occasionally split for the simple reason that some items are out of stock and waiting to be resolved. Rather than simply waiting until every item in the order arrives before despatch, we despatch the items that we currently have stock on. This is to ensure that customers do not wait an excessively long period of time before before receiving their goods. We apologize if the customer was not perfectly clear on this.

In September of 2014 I purchased a dress. A week or so later I was informed they no longer had the dress but I could either exchange it or get a refund. I of course chose a different dress using the US sizing chart. When I received the dress, it was much too small. I contacted the company and they said to return it in exchange for a bigger size, which I did. (I had been buying from them for a few months without incident.) A month had gone past and I had not heard from the Rosegal so I contacted them and giving them the USPS Custom's. At no point did they say they did not receive it. I over the continued months, I asked when I would receive the medium for which I kept getting run-around answers. Finally, on January 2, they finally indicated they would refund me the money. I have sent a total of 4 emails to them since January6,2015 requesting when the refund would hit my PayPal account and they will not respond. I have lost all hope with Rosegal and I can say I will not longer give them my service.

Scam Company

Scam Company. Terrible. Impossible to get a hold of. They don't use the shipping services they advertise. I never got item and they fought me to refund (not happy with paypal as well) They supply bogus fake tracking numbers that belong to nothing. Rude in emails. They act like it's your fault because you didn't upgrade the shipping. Will never order from China again.

I would not even choose one star if I didn't have to. I would run not walk away from this company! This is the worst customer service and shipping but I have ever seen! I have waited over two months for my package and still have nothing. They just keep telling me to wait more time and I should receive it. They keep eBay been giving me my money back by telling me to just wait more time and check with my post office. I would highly recommend taking your money and business elsewhere!

I would give ZERO stars if possible. Ordered my items 2 1/2 months ago and still have not received them NOR a refund! I have emailed them numerous times. I hear the quality of their items is so poor it is not even worth their seemingly low prices. Stay away from this site! Terrible business.

Ordered a couple of products on November 20th for free shipping it said it would take 10 to 25 days to arrive. Even though that seems excessive I wasn't any particular hurry and I knew I would get it before new years so I went ahead when New Years came and went I wrote the company and told him I've yet to receive my package and asked if they could tell me where the package was they told me that it would take 15 to 35 days to get to me. There is no reason in this day and age you would need 35 days for something to get delivered in the mail. 40+ days later I'm still waiting. No one has yet been able to tell me where my package is.

Less than one star for sure! I ordered Dec 3. Four items on one order. We received one package with 3 on December 24th and one seperate order January 13th. All very poor quality products, thin and extremely small fitting not the correct sizing.
I was told I am to return them unopened and in the same packaging? How does one do that? Very very poor product, I would never order from them or recommend them to anyone.

Worst shopping experience I ever had.
My item never arrived, and I contacted them numerous times to check if it was on the way.

They told me I had to contact my post office and sorting office which I did. They kept evading my messages and asking questions to delay me receiving an answer.

They eventually offered me a refund two months after my order was placed, then decided to only offer me a partial refund, deducting shipping money for an item that was never received. Every time they offered me the refund they reduced the price offered even further, from 13 dollars, to 12 dollars, to 10.

I took the dispute to paypal, and they provided a fake tracking number for my order.

I finally got my refund 3 months after I placed the order.

I recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I ordered a gray t-shirt with lace on the shoulders from Rosegal. The product came very quickly and was at a good price. It washes well, I lay it to dry. I get compliments every time I wear the shirt. Very satisfied.

Hi,
I ordered a vintage coat and the waist wasn't pulled in and the buttons were in the wrong place by 3 inches at least. And there was a rip down the centre back lining. Could I get a refund or replacement please. For this coat I didn't even get an order number.
I also ordered a earring and a ring and they were nothing like the picture and the ring fell apart at every joint. A replacement or refund would be excellent and I would buy again if either of them happened.

I ordered over $60 worth of stuff on this site and they said you get $50 off I had to pay the full amount with the coupon and I'm still waiting on my stuff to come. Smh won't be recommending this site to anyone. They shipped my order out then next day,, still haven't received it yet.

Ordered a bracelet the middle of November, received an email stating it has been shipped on December 1st. It is now January 13th and still no package. I paid extra for the shipping insurance yet they tell me this package can't be tracked? Explain to me why I paid extra money for security to never get the item? Have made three attempts to resolve this and keep being told to be patient on delivery, it's the post offices fault. Funny how everything else I bought for the holidays was here in time. After reading others posts I'm guessing my daughter will never see her bracelet. My advice. Don't risk it and buy from these people

I've recently ordered 2 items from rosegal. The necklace that I ordered is so perfect and simple for everyday wear and outfits. I've recently ordered a jacket and am still waiting on it to arrive.
