I ordered product and never received it and when I contacted the support center they were only willing to do a partial refund. It's a rip off and unless you want to throw your money away I would not order from this site. I should have looked into the site before ordering, I would have never placed an order.

Ordered multiple items from Rosegal.com, the pictures on their website looked great quality, prices were great, but the items I actually received were horrible. Material was NOT as stated on the website, cheap quality, like what you would expect from a costume from the Dollar Store. Colors did not match what was pictured. Sizes on some things would probably only fit a child.

Called the company, first they would not answer, and then they would just hang up on you 3 times. Sometimes when they would finally answer they would just sit there silent on the phone. Extremely hard to understand person and not helpful at all.

I filed a fraud claim with my bank to get my money back. STAY AWAY from Rosegal.com.

OH MAN! I seriously wish I had have researched this company before I spent $100 on crap clothing. All but one item has arrived, which is great but the quality is very poor, loose threads and parts of the clothing not staying together. Well spose i should be lucky i didnt spend more.

DON'T SHOP HERE THEY JUST STEAL YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY...

I ordered a sweatshirt from here on Nov 6, still haven't received it although they said they shipped on the 9th. I wrote a review on here and they contacted me almost immediately apologizing asking to change my review, that they would send out shirt or give refund IF I CHANGED REVIEW, I told them to send refund and when they do I will change review. They then sent me a message stating they did refund to change review, once again I told them I would when I received my refund, well it wasn't there. I contacted them and they said give it a few days it may take a while, still no refund, sent them message asking where it is and they still haven't answered me...

DON'T SHOP THERE THEY WILL JUST "STEAL" YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY, STAY AWAY.

I ordered 2 dresses from Rosegal. One of the dresses arrived after about 3 weeks. It is cheaply made and I will return it. The second order never arrived.

I have been going back and forth with their customer service for over 4 weeks. What a joke. When I told them I would be returning the dress that arrived this was their response: "Sorry for bring you inconvenience. And as your know our company is in China and most factories also provide their clothes to Chinese, so the size maybe different as the clothes you buy in your country. You can check the Product info. We sincerely suggest you not returning the items back to us, because it will cost you much shipping fee.

How about sending the items to your friends or family as presents? Or sell the items? And then we are going to give you a Special Discount coupon. You can use it in your next order."

How about sending the item to a friend as a present? Are you kidding me? I laughed out loud when I read that. That is when I realized this company is a scam company. They take your money and send you worthless pieces of crap or they don't send the items at all and keep your money.

I have sent 5 messages asking about the order I never received. They told me to not sign for it when it is delivered... are you kidding me? It was ordered over 2 months ago. Their policy is I have to wait a maximum of 25 days not including holidays or weekends. That time has passed greatly and they will still not give me back my money. I will be contacting my bank and letting them know this is a fraudulent company and I urge any of you thinking about purchasing from them not to.

I ordered an item from RoseGal on 11. 7. 14 and it has still not arrived. The first time I emailed customer service, they stated I didn't pay for tracking so there was no way to know where the package was & "hope you can receive your package soon". I emailed again a week ago telling them to cancel the order refund my $ immediately and have not heard from them. But I see on this site they have responded to people within the last few days. I've ordered plenty of things overseas that get here in a matter of days, so this does not make any sense. This site is a scam, I'll be reporting them to my bank as a fraudulent charge.

I live in Brooklyn, NY, USA. I order something on this website on 11/06/2014 and never came. Then I email them on 01/14/2015 for more shipping information but they said there is no tracking # for free shipping orders. They told me to contact local post office to find out where the package is. This is crazy. I told them the post office need the shippers information in order to track the package, rosegal didn't give me any shipper's information. Instead, they reply "Since you have not receive it and there is no info at your local post office, so do you want the refund or reshipment?". I think this happen to many customers that is why they reply so fast and don't want to deal with the issue anymore. I told them I want a refund and they email me and said they can only refund for the 50% of your order. I end up accepting their offer but still not sure if they will really give me the 50% refund.

I give them no stars i made a purchase on December 7th, 2014 and today is january 17th i still have not received my order. Ive called the number they give you and nobody answered or returned my call. And from what i see on here everybody else is experiencing the same problems. And from their response they claim to have sent out emails to people. Well i have not received an email from them either. They are a rip off and i will take me business else where

I ordered this December 31st. It shipped out January 4th. And I got it january 16th. I am very pleased with this. Quality is nice, it's a little snug but IT IS Asian sizing. I am a small and this is a medium and it works! And yes it's stinky but come on, it's been in a package! I emailed them and they got right back to me the next day with ALL the shipping/tracking info that I needed. After reading comments on Facebook to not order from this site, I was a little worried but idk if I got lucky or what but I got my money's worth in a very good time. Everything went great!

It has low prices and high quality goods, they have a very helpfull staff, and are quick to help, the shipping arrives in the stimated time frame and without any troubles, you can shop all you want safely. I highly recomend this site

Do not buy nothing from this website I ordered a coat on Dec 1st it is almost February and I still have not received it they are not a good site to buy things from because they will take forever and sometimes you may not get your items so if you want to purchase something online do not go to Rosegal.

I wish I had seen this site before ordering. I have the same issues as everyone poor quality, no tags, long shipping time (this one I understand) wrong sizes and poor effort to resolve the matter. Actually in one of my emails they literally said it was my fault I got a small size (child size) when my order was for a LG and a XL Canada! On top of it one item had no tags and it look like it come from a Trifany store. Off course I got the same lame apologies and offer for partial refund as long I return the items to China! Are you kidding me? The shipping costs plus your restocking fees and refurbished value makes a return impractical.

Bottom line Rosegal stop responding our complaints with a semi automated response and stop the lame apologies and promises of having the issues resolved when in reality you don't care as there is not a single case of anyone been granted a full return for YOUR mistakes and if you really care this issues would have been fixed and we were not having this frustrated argument. My impression about you is that I have been scammed and by the way I donated the clothes to the youth shelter as it would not fit my wife or daughters.

I saw a really nice coat to put on my Christmas list and thought the price wasn't horrible $49.00. I checked the return policy and it was a standard policy. My in laws bought me the coat and was so excited to try it on. And when I did, it didn't fit. It was also did not fit my 11 year old daughter who weighs 96 lbs. I opened a ticket with customer service and was not happy when I was told I would have to return the coat to CHINA. No where on their website does it say that returns would be international. Had I known that from the beginning I would never have asked for the coat. So I go to post office to find out how much it would cost to send back coat and not surprised that it will cost $47. That's $2 less than what was paid for the coat. I follow their instructions of measuring coat and sending pictures. I am told they will refund 10% of purchase price. This is why they don't state on their website that they are located outside of the USA. No where on their Warranty and Return page does it say that items need to be returned to CHINA.

So not only is the return process inconvenient and expensive but the quality of the coat was HORRIBLE. It was made of the thinnest material possible and whoever or whatever sewed this coat together did it unevenly. One arm felt tighter than the other arm. And there were strings hanging off all parts of the coat. Also, the coat was not as pictured. The inside faux fur looked nice and soft. It wasn't. It was scratchy and stiff. So now I have a coat that no one under 80 lbs can wear and my in laws are out their money.

Needless to say, I would never buy anything from this company again and would never, ever recommend anyone to buy from here. Another lesson learned to read EVERYTHING and be sure that the company is US based. But the only positive thing I will say is that Customer Service is prompt in replying back to messages.

Horrible, took a month and a half to get my order in the mail. I only ordered one shirt... when I got it it was the wrong size, and of poor quality, the lace on the shirt was freying and there were pulls in it... they only gave me a 20% refund, and would not take the order back! Very disappointed, do not buy here!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! I ordered something Nov 20 for a Christmas gift and still have NOT received it and they ignore my emails. I submitted a dispute with Pay Pal and they responded a bunch of crap about an accident and I didn't pay for a tracking number. What the heck... to get the item you have to pay for tracking numbers? I did not eve see that option when I ordered. Also the website says 7-25 days. AVOID!

It's been 11 weeks...

It's been 11 weeks... got a partial order and the run around.
First they said it was shipped, then weeks later, NOW it's shipped, still nothing, the one item that DID come was not how it was described. Terrible, terrible. Opened a claim with Paypal and I'm hoping for a refund.
Just this morning, on the TODAY show, there was a consumer report. Here's a link about them and one of their sister' companies. Such a shame.:(
Oops, won't allow me to put a URL here. Go to the Today show website and look up the Rosen report--online clothing from China. It's shocking.

Orders are occasionally split for the simple reason that some items are out of stock and waiting to be resolved. Rather than simply waiting until every item in the order arrives before despatch, we despatch the items that we currently have stock on. This company is unbelievable (in the worst way). I never received my purchase (ordered 12/6/2014). Disputed with my credit card company and the merchant. Both stated I would be reimbursed in full. Somehow the Rosegal found a way to prove they should receive payment and now I am being recharged. If they don't have the ability to track their merchandise or guarantee delivery -- how do they "know" it arrived?! Unbelievable. I am now left disputing with my credit card company a second time to ensure Rosegal does not get a single penny for an item I never received.

New customer. Very first purchase was made on December 6th 2014. Received an email stating it was mailed out December 7th 2014. Today is January 14,2015 and I have not received my order. I emailed their customer service line and they informed me it can take anywhere from 5-25 business days to receive my purchase. They were also kind enough to remind me I did not pay the extra fee to track my purchase. I was not aware that I needed to purchase insurance in order to guarantee my order. I do not imagine it would be wise to make purchases through a business that requires such insurance to guarantee delivery. Note to self -- do not purchase from this business again and if you do, make sure you pay additional fees for insurance. Somehow that will guarantee your shipment arrives and in a timely fashion.

I have rated their service a 2 because they were timely in their responses. Unfortunately, their responses only requested I exercise more patience instead of offering new information or alternatives in regards to my order.

I have rated value, shipping, returns, and quality a 1 because I cannot rate a product any lower considering I have not received the item. Hard to determine the value or quality of the product if it is non existent to my eyes. Cannot comment on returns if the item never arrived.
