Very poor customer service. I ordered 1 shirt in october of 2014 it is January 24 and I still have not gotten it. I have emailed 3 times and i have been asked to wait that items may take between 7-25 days to ship. Pretty sure october to January is beyond 25 days.

I have checke your order carefully and find that we shipped it out on 2014-12-25 vvia China Post surface mail. As we all know, mial post is very slow.
All of our customer orders are shipped directly from China,it is a long distance also you choose the slowest shipping method, it will take a little longer. Also sometimes there is a delay with the post office and customs.

I ordered about 5 things for my daughter and myself. My daughter found Rosegal.com and found some stuff she wanted so I ordered it. I rec'd the package, all the merchandise was in there but my invoice was not my invoice and had nothing on it that I ordered but yet it was in my name. We ordered a dress, it said one size fits all, right, it might fit my 7 year old granddaughter, it is an adult dress, we looked at the dress and it was so thin and such cheap quality. I ordered leggings for us also, them might fit my granddaughter also. There was no way we were getting any of these items on and both my daughter and myself are small ladies. The quality is horrible... everything was so cheaply made... I would not recommend them to anyone. Now I have to try to figure out how to return my items and get my money back and that is gonna be interesting since I don't even have the correct invoice. Hmmm, I am suppose to add an order number below and I don't have an order number. Also the outside of my package says sweatshirts cotton/poly... interesting since we did not order a sweatshirt. I was angry when I found out it was coming from Singapore and not America... The invoice that came w/ my order totals $61.21, I paid $120.73 for my order... oh my, I found my order number after I logged back in to Rosegal.com

Ordered something. Haven't receiver it over 2 mths. Customer service tell me to go to my local offcie to find it. 5 his is a total scam for money. No way to review anything on their websitE. Good luck to those new cusoymers. Please take advice be for you get fooled by those " free shipping"ads!

I am having the same problem. I ordered from them beginning of December and I did not even expect by Christmas. However, when beginning of January came and went, I sent an e-mail to customer service. I received a response like the ones on here that it is coming from China nad they have no control... blah blah blah. Well, that was 3 weeks ago and it is still not here. AND... everytime I go to their website to inquire again, I can't log in. They are "offline". I have tried for 3 days. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering...

I used this site but luckily I tested it with 1 item that NEVER came instead of several. Here are some things to be aware of. If you want the headache of even trying to order PLEASE USE PAYPAL OR CREDIT CARD THAT WILL REVERSE CHARGES but Paypal will fight for you! YOU MUST FILE YOUR DISPUTE WITHING 90 days of your order to get back your money! You can escalate your dispute. DO NOT let them back you up close to the 90 days to the point where you can no longer escalate and I do not believe there is really any "insurance" so when they do attempt or say they will give your money they care KEEPING the money from the insurance BUT if you don't get the "insurance" they will only give you have and pocketing the rest. They wouldn't give me the name AND the tracking number was a falsified number. I tried every shipping company and nothing. I will never order from them again. They also run another site with similar clothing so be careful. Too good to be true on the prices. FINALLY after a month of fighting and them bullying me into closing my case I got everything back. They are SUPER friendly and responsive BUT that is to get you to wait longer or get frustrated so you don't ask for 100% refunds. There is no real insurance or they will say it's on it's way BUT there is no way to track it for real because the tracking numbers don't go to any company. GOOD LUCK! Luckily I was able to resolve my case after 2 months and putting my foot down!

Good luck getting anything you ordered... ever. Still waiting for my order from NOVEMBER (it's now the end of January). They said it was bc the item was out of stock. Told them to update their site so people know what things are out of stock and they gave me a 5% coupon for the inconvenience. Great.

When my clothing did arrive after a seven week wait, all the sizes, styles, etc were wrong and nothing fit right. Tried to deal directly with the company and all they would say is it is Asian sizing and if it doesn't fit give it to a friend. WTF?. Luckily I paid through Pay Pal and after a dispute through them I am getting a full refund. So my advice to all you buyers, if you are going to get something from this company, pay through PayPal only! Better yet, don't buy from them at all.

Spent £140. Disapointed with all 10 items ordered, non of them match the colour or quality and look on the pictures, cheap things from China. Don't want to waist more money to return it to USA. Will never buy again here.

This website is a scam. I ordered on November 7th and have not received anything. Customer Service is a joke. They give you no concrete answers and just ask for more and more time. Well the more you wait the more your chances of disputing the charge becomes unavailable thru your bank. I've been dealing with customer service for 6 weeks. They only offer a partial refund of your purchase price. I accepted the refund and once again I've been asked to wait for it. It's been almost 2 weeks since they said I would get one as of today 1/22/15 I still haven't received one and was asked to give them more time. I've dealt with plenty of overseas companies and my products came without any issues and in a timely manner. I'm sure I was given a fake tracking number and my products were never sent because I asked for proof and CS could not provide any. I'm sure they are making a lot of money by keeping a portion, if not all of their customer's purchase price.

Yes, I see you have responded, finally, to my order and complaint. Yes, you have proved that you ARE in fact a scam. I'm sorry about my order number, I typed the last number wrong. The number is Z**************, not 8! But then you go ahead and leave me a number to call. I'm not surprised that no one was available to take that call and it also says that the mailbox is unable to take any more messages. The icing on the cake. So since you are reading these posts. So I finally received 2 of the 3 pairs of leggings that I ordered on 12/10/14. I did receive a reply from the company after I wrote a bad review offereing me some points on their website. As if I would order anything from them again. Anyway, the leggings I ordered were one size fits all. I bought them for my daughter who is 5'2" and 98 pounds and they were so tiny they didn't even fit her. One size fits all for who? Toddlers? Absolutely horrible expereince. Please check out the reviews on their Facebook page. Seems to be a bit too many positive ones on here. Perhaps they are reviewing themselves. Buyer beware!

I too have ordered an item back in November never to receive it. Thank you God it was only one item. After many written request for a refund they just recently wrote to me telling me to go the post office to see if it's sitting there. I will NEVER order anything ever again and will tell my entire Facebook friends and all my family (and I have many) that this is how Rosegal does business. It was my aunt that led me to this company. Terrible Customer Service!

I wish I had read these reviews first. I ordered a top for a Xmas present, it never arrived and was returned to this company by the couriers. I've only been offered a partial refund, this is not Good enough it's a terrible service and they won't explain to me why I can't have a full refund and just keep stalling. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMANY. I am going to report this to company to pay pal.

I too have ordered from Rosegal on 12. 6. 14 never recieved my items. They told me I didn't pay for tracking so I couldn't track my items. I told them I would dispute with paypal after going back and forth for 3 weeks. They offered me a portion of what I payed refunded. Horrible customer service, horrible company, and whoever the hell Pearl is that email from the csm is a crock of crap too. Good luck. Order elsewhere.

I ordered a sweater for my daughter for Christmas, it was shipped according to Rosegal on November 13,2014. To this date I have not received it. I have contacted Rosegal and was told I did not pay for tracking (when I ordered, there was no option for tracking) so I couldn't track my package. I filed a dispute with paypal, I just don't know why Rosegal wouldn't ship the item again and this time with tracking information. I guess they are not in the business of making satisfying customers. I made a small order to test the website, I'm glad I'm not out a lot of money. I will not be ordering from this site again.

I ordered 4 items and everyone was VERY badly made, I could not have wore any thing, it all went in the bin. I wished I had never brought from them. I sent a report to them but they ignored me and took my reveiws off line. DONT buy from this company your wasting your money.
