I am 6' 1" tall and usually wear a large blouse but because I ordered online I decided to order the X-large just in case. That blouse came and was so small that it barely fit my daughter who wears x-small blouses.

I already ordered stuff from rosegal.com a couple of times, and it was always a very pleasant experience. They have a really huge selection, prices are cheap, shipping is free or very cheap, and overall I never had a bad surprise happen to me. I recommend it to everyone who likes online shopping/ cute fashion and doesn't mind waiting a bit longer for their order if it makes shipping cheaper.
I wish there was a way to put "negative stars" on the rating. I made the same mistake TWICE! I ordered items that never came. They eventually refunded the first order to my Paypal. I decided it may have been a fluke so I ordered AGAIN! That was in OCTOBER and I am still waiting for the item. Messaged them again. They sent a crazy message 2 months ago asking me to wait another week for the item to arrive. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I wish I had read these reviews before I stupidly ordered an item from these people. I even paid the extra for the item to be expedited quickly.
I received the email with my tracking number for Australia Post and of course, it's an invalid number and no such number appears. Instead I get taken to a site with asian writing on it. So I wrote an email asking where my item was and guess what? They advised it was with the customer and that I should contact the customer. I am the friggin customer.
Don't be stupid and order anything from Rosegal, they are dishonest and untrustworthy,
Sadly, I've lost the money, as who the hell do you complain to. The bank said it's too late to stop the payment and it would take too long anyway.
The one good thing is it's under $50 I've lost, but why should I have lost anything.

After being bombarded with facebook ads and emails, I decided to take a look at Rosegal. The prices seems quite reasonable so I ordered a dress and a top in min-November 2014. It is now almost February of 2015 and I have not received my merchandise. The accepted my payment within days of the order and I was aware of the stated "10-25 days" to ship. Rosegal's customer service and I have been passing comments back and forth... think we are up to almost 10 now and the in the latest one they've asked me to pay to have to package tracked. I refused and explained that the money they took from me in November was not a gift. I expected to received, in a good faith trade, goods/merchandise in return. This is how commerce works. I haven't heard back from them as of yet... think I'll get my refund? Right now it's looking like stealing to me. Never again.
Do not buy from this company. The products are complete and utter crap and take months to arrive. No returns either and virtually no customer service. I normally do a ton of research before I buy anything online, but this one time I didn't. And I leaned my lesson. Plus the item SMELLS so incredibly toxic I'm going to have to put it outside to air it out. I'm now trying to contact their virally nonexistent customer service and it won't let me log in -- what a surprise.

I am still going through the website and adding more items each day. I'm planning to do one big order so I can receive everything within a few weeks. Based on how this dress I just ordered fit I will have no problems with anything else.
Clothes are good however i wouldn't be buying from this site again! I had ordered from this site a few times and the first couple of times were fine, i ordered a few items at the end of November and i got them in late December, took over a month to get here and i was wanting these items before a certain date. The items arrived, didn't fit, wrong size, and didn't match the description on the internet. I was told not to send them back because of the shipping cost, but i decided to return them and was told i would only get a portion of the cost refunded to me because the items had been sent out previously before they aren't good enough for resale even though original tags were still on the items! I contacted the supervisor wanting my refund, got no response! Poor service & half of my refund was given to me 2 weeks later after numerous emails.
The sweatshirt I ordered was actually really nice, warm, good quality. The issue is that I ordered a medium and they sent me a small. I contacted customer support to find out how to return the item and they told me I have to pay for return shipping which would be just as expensive as the $50 sweatshirt, be charged a15%restocking fee, and would have to pay for the "refurbished"sweatshirt to be shipped to the next customer who makes the mistake of buying it. And then, after 60 days I would get a partial refund. Absolutely not. Their customer service has been an ongoing e mail war. Such a headache. PLEASE report this company to the better business Bureau for their terrible business practices. They Are taking people's money without any remorse and it's disgusting.

You should send me a new shirt since that's what I expected in the first place. Why would you refund me $5 when I paid more than twice that? What a great business model you have. Customer orders something online for say $14, you create it using cheap materials and cheap labor which may cost about $2.00, your quality control is crap and you send out an extremely substandard piece of clothing, and when the customer complains you want to send a refund of less than half of what the customer paid. Your company still makes a profit of 50%. Genius! Even if I NEVER order from you again there are more than 6 billion people in the world and if you can get only half to order your crap, you become rich. What a pathetic statement.

I didn't do any research on this company, but I guess I should have. Luckily, I didn't spend too much nor did I have to pay for shipping. I certainly can't send it back, since China would be too expensive. I will write to the company when I can get logged in (Facebook is blocked at work), but I ordered 3 shirts. I made sure that the sizing had a US equivalent and only ordered those that I knew would fit. Well, none of the shirts fit properly, and one of them was so small, I doubt any adult could wear it. The neck opening scraped my forehead just puling it on and then off. I even had red marks to show for it. The other two are skin tight but can still be worn under a cardigan or jacket. Definitely not what I would expect for the size I bought. Definitely won't be ordering again.
ETA: They have admitted their mistake. At first they were only willing to offer $4 refund, but since I opened a paypal dispute, they moved that refund offer to $15. Definitely use paypal if you insist on trying these guys out. I will still never order from them again!
