I phoned to cancel a pet insurance in May and they kept billing my credit card every month and never phoned nor emailed me like they are saying they did I have phoned multiple times and nothing I have over paid $97 each month and I was told last phone call it would be paid back from original date of phone call and it wasn't now they say they won't so now they have lost having both my dogs rather than just one. Worst customer service in the history.

When you receive a product you think you'll get help, But no my sponsor doesn't show up or phone me when said then the company refuses to give me another sponsor after phoning and pleading and asking questions so I am going blind and not sure if I am doing it proper, So people think long and hard before you throw over $600 away to a company that is not there for you. I will be weighting a letter to head office and requesting a refund as it is 100% satisfaction and I have absolutely no satisfaction so now we will see how they stand behind their refund.

I measured myself 2x and went based off their recommendations for a bra and underwear and none fit, the Bra digs in and makes the spillage of armpit fat look worst than any bra I've ever owned or wore and well the dam underwear I am lucky to maybe get 1 leg into and they are so tight there is no way to pull them up... I emailed them to see what I should do and never heard anything back from them. So Money was just waisted and they were not cheap... This company is a rip off!

I have ordered from here a few times and each time it makes me angrier and angrier as last time it said it would take a month to ship my order then finally when that day came I sent a message to only find out they still didn't have the stock and it would take a couple more weeks... I don't save enough to shop here and wait months for my order.

Ststes in the question and answer section they ship out after 2 days and I was hoping for this order as a valentines gift for my son and daughter I ordered on the 5th and then on the 9th sent in asking where they were and I was told they were still processing then I sent in again on the 11th cause I seen they still had not left cancelling my order as it wouldn't be here in time then on the 12th I'm told we shipped the order out. No other comment on sorry it took so long nothing. Not impressed and will never order from them again, when you spend over $100 at a store you'd think you get the service they state they give but not me.

Horrible just Horrible to deal with, they send wrong size then only want to give partial credit or you pay to have sent back and pay shipping to get proper size... Worst customer service ever.

Tip for consumers:
clothing is not best work as all sweaters ordered are pillowing and threads hanging out.
