I ordered two items... One was a white top with lace and the other was a orange top. I order two sizes up on the white one because I read a few reviews that stated they run small. Well, they got here after a month and the white top which was supposed to be a XXL was ridiculously small. My sister-in-law is a size 0 and she couldn't even put it on.
The orange one did fit but its made with horrible material. Overall, I am super disappointed with my experience. I wish I could return my items and get my money back BUT the clothes have no tags nor return to sender address. WTH?!?!?!
These Jean shorts are very short but so comfortable. The fit everywhere perfect and I have very muscular legs. Rosegal always know what I need. If the shipping time is shorter, it will be perfect!
DON"T buy from RoseGal! This company is a joke and I can't see why they are not out of business from fraud. When ordering you aren't told that your merchandise is coming from China! I did receive my order MANY weeks later and two of the three items are JUNK. The "large" women's denim vest might fit a small child and the bracelet was broken. The sweater seems to fit but I'm afraid it's going to fall apart after the first washing. There isn't a single tag regarding size, what it's made of, or washing instructions.

I ordered a few items from Rosegal around the ending of Christmas and it is nearly the end of January and I still haven't received them if I don't get them by February then I want a refund for every item.

Hit and miss. I had one successful order, and one that went south (or east!). Please beware of their dodgy shipping and handling and returns. YOU WILL NOT GET THE FULL REFUND. They will charge you the shipping on the return, or if you don't get your package - even due to their mistake and it ships back to freaking CHINA, you have to wait, wait, wait to exchange, return or get your partial refund. Mine was $6 less. The sizes run small. The clothes are fairly inexpensive and of a lower quality. Good for a season and that's OK with me since the price point is so low. I would not recommend the jewelry. Very poor quality. One of the necklaces I ordered was broken from the time it arrived and the watch had a watchband that felt like cardboard. My expectations weren't high for costume jewelry, so that didn't bother me as much as their business practices with regards to their returns, shipping, etc. I dealt with customer service via the online account and my rep was great - very polite, attentive and quick in terms of email response but the company policies are sketchy and I would have preferred speaking with someone to explain how they botched my address and that I shouldn't have to lose $ for their mistake.

Ordered four items in early November, meant to be holiday gifts. I ordered so early because they clearly explained that shipping to the US could take a long time (12-25 business days). A package containing two of my items was received after Christmas ( a bit over the 25 business days mentioned by their site), and the items were not as described or pictured. Very poor quality workmanship and sizing was completely wrong. (I am 5'2,100 lbs, ordered a Medium to fit large, and the item is way too small). I had to open a ticket regarding the other 2 items, which they kept telling me would eventually get there. Now, nearly 3 months after making the order, and not receiving 2 of the 4 items, Rosegal is refusing to refund me the full amount paid for the items not received. They claim that it's the shipping company's fault, but given no email was ever sent notifying me the items had been shipped, this seems like a poor excuse. Either way, I paid for items not received and did not receive a full refund, and the items I did receive were not as pictured or described on their site. Awful experience.

They helped me in finding a new pair of boots that were in stock that i loved more. Shipping was fast and the items came and looked exactly as they were listed and shown! I ordered 5 dresses; One still has not arrived. Two of the dresses were totally different from the picture you ordered from. One of the dresses had a black stain on the back; The 4th dress said one size fits all and it wouldn't fit me 5/7 132lbs. I worked with customer service via email and they would only refund me 20% from the purchase price. I didn't find that acceptable so they came back with 25%; Again not acceptable so I asked to return 4 of the dresses and they said I had to pay shipping and handling; Total 5 dresses w/shipping and handling $90.00. To send 4 dresses back $68.00; I will never use this site again and ask that anyone else be wary of shipping from Rosegal.com

Do not order anything from Rosegal ever in your entire life. My best friend ordered the dress of her dreams for a very special and splendid occasion. She got the order a month later, only to be filled with disappointment and anger. Her dresses looked as thin as can be and were the poorest of quality. Please I beg of you to never ever ever ever order from them. I'll have to comfort my best friend for weeks due to her severe disappointment and sadness!
