DONT BUY FROM ROSEGAL. If it was possible to give it a zero I would have. Bought the product, took 25 days to ship, my tracking number that I paid extra for never worked. Hardly spoke English, finally received the bathing suit I ordered and I am pretty sure this Medium wouldn't fit my 17 month old child... :). Oh and they will not refund you. I would stick to online retail that have physical stores that you can approach and ask for a refund... or at least complain to that care about repeat business.

Hello, I've been satisfied so far! I've received all my orders no problem from Rosegal. There was some excess threading, but that's okay I could cut it off. I love everything I purchase so far!
The one size fits all is like a size 8. I am an 8-10 so felt sure my three items of one size fits all would fit. No way. And far too thin. I bought four items that i will never wear. Would never purchase anything else.

My shirt took months to receive. It was made so shabily that when I held it up is sounded like it was ripping. The stitching is all over the place and I ordered a Large and the shirt came in small with absolutely no tags. This looks like it was made in someone's basement. Sending this back to China would cost more than I paid for the shirt. Absolutely a waste of money. What a shame

I honestly think that this company is a front for scam artists. Their customer service is horrible. They wont answer questions directly and try to put you off. I submitted an order that I have yet to receive. They just keep telling me that it's "on it's way" however they refuse to give me a shipping or tracking number for the package so that I can actually verify what they are saying. It has been four months and there is no sign of my order. I've asked for them to just forget it and refund my money, and again they just skirt past the issue and will not respond to my request. One of their suggestions was actually for me to go to the post office and look for it. Are you kidding me?!?! I haven't actually received my merchandise from them, so I can't directly comment on it's quality. I can only imagine that it is as cheep and misdirected as the rest of their site. I'm going to be canceling the credit card I used to make my purchase because I honestly believe this is just a scam.

So I read a lot of the reviews on this site after I ordered a few items off Rosegal. I was getting a bit worried because it was a full month and I still didn't receive my packages. I contacted Rosegal and the agent messaged me back very promptly. She was extremely polite and said it can take unto to 60 days, so if I don't receive the order within the next few days to re-contact them. I literally got the packages delivered a couple days later, which was great! I tried on all the items and they fit great! I definitely recommend Rosegal (and yes the shipping might take a while because it's coming from China) but I got excellent service from this company and I would definitely recommend them! I just received in two jackets that were ordered 1/16/15. Even though I did receive them in about the time I expected the quality was very poor and one of them smelled like a fish market. I honestly feel that this company takes pictures of well made, expensive clothing off the internet and puts them on their website. Once someone places an order the little Hong Kong woman get busy making a cheap knock offs. If I had done my homework and seen these reviews before ordering I NEVER would have placed an order. I'm sure they have hired people to place the good review to counteract the bad ones as well. Yes their items are priced well but they are not even worth what they are asking. So Please... listen and don't waist your hard earned money. I have not contacted the company for a return or exchange because from the sounds of it, it wouldn't do me any good anyway. I'm just chalking it up to lesson learned and passing on the warning. I will say that as long as you check your email regularly they are pretty good with resolving any issues with your order. But any submittal takes 24 hours since they are on the other side of the world if you live in the US.

In my experience as long as you pay close attention to the sizing guidelines you'll be fine and shipping does normally take about a month but with international shipping, that's expected.
