Buyer Beware with this website. I saw a shirt that I absolutely had to have so I ordered both a Medium and a Large (in the same order). I had read reviews so expected a long shipping wait but was pleasantly surprised that it only took about 3 weeks (free shipping! From china! What did I expect). My smile faded after I opened the package to see the Medium shirt was nothing like on the webpage. On the webpage it was a gray color (no other color options) yet I received an oatmeal sweater with proportions all off, lace in a different shape. Then a few days later I separately received my Large shirt (same shirt) and found it to be the same fit as the medium and to be a completely different fabric all together than the first one I received. The cost to ship back would be more than the shirt. I'm appalled at the false advertising. So disappointed and shocked at how bad this whole situation is.

Rosegal is horrible

Rosegal is horrible. I ordered a jacket and had to wait almost 2 months to get a "package" and they didn't send me the jacket! All they sent was a piece of fur! I contacted the company and they STILL haven't refunded me or sent out the jacket. They asked me for pictures of the product that got sent to me and told me they couldn't view the pictures. So I am still waiting on my order 2 months later and still have received anything. Also, I am a size XS and their sizing runs VERY small. I am considered an XXL to them so be careful on ordering your size because if you are a size 0 or XS (like me) you are technically a size XXL to them. AND that's IF you even get your order! Waste of time and money! They basically robbed me of my money. (I will post a picture of what they sent me)

Ok so after my patience ran out and I posted the reviews I did yesterday, 1 of my 3 items showed up today (52 days later) and I am very happy with it. I still have 2 more items that were suppose to be a part of this order that have not arrived & that were shipped out BEFORE this item because I guess there was an issue with finding it. So all & all the 1 item I have got so far is great I am pleased, now just hope that my other 2 items also show up. So rosegal.com I am still hoping you come through on this, I still stand firm on horrible horrible shipping but as long as I get my other 2 items I will redo my review that you rip people off. Fingers crossed!

The first time I ordered from this site I waited two months and I never received it. After being misled on for so long by their customer service reps with telling me that it should be coming as soon as possible. They were constantly reminding me that since I didn't have a tracking number it couldn't be tracked. Well after a few disputes with them they refunded me in full payment. I had appreciated their honesty and their commitment to reimburse me, I decided to order from them again on Feb 19th, now it has been almost a month and every time I go on their site it says "processing"... what in the hell could possibly still be processing? My debit card was charged on Feb 20th... so y haven't I received my package. I ordered a lot of things on ebay.com on the 24th, 26th and the 28th and I have received all of them already and they were coming from china using the epackage1 so what is the issue with rosegals.com? I tell you this much if I don't receive it by April 1st I will never order from this site ever again because this is the second time this have happened.

Service was very good

Overall service was very good, is a shop with a variety of interezantes items and great prices, not to mention they do ship to anywhere and post-purchase service is attentive. The only but is that in my case, pay for expedited shipping 3-4 days, and received the package about 15 days later, it's not so bad, but the fact of having paid more for a faster delivery, make is an important point.

Bad experience

As with the first parcel I was happy, with the second one is A LOT of problems. I dont even mention that part of the first parcel I never received and they dont communicate about refunding the money for that. The second parcel they lie about the customs form and now the customs giving me very hard time about that and they dont want to give me the parcel. When I wrote the customer servise at rosegal, they just wrote AND? LIke this is only my problem. NO more orders on this site.

Customs is a governmental agency responsible for regulating the shipments entering a specific country or region. All shipments being sent to or from region must clear Customs first. It is always the buyer's responsibility to clear customs and pay the relevant Customs duties. Rosegal do not add taxes, VAT, duty, or any other hidden charges.

I am very satisfied with rosegal's service. I used to not shop online but after my first time, I have ordered numerous items including clothes, dresses, and jewelry.
The shipping takes a little long sometimes but recently it has been faster. If I email questions, they always answer kindly and helpfully within a reasonable time.
The clothes are so affordable and the jewelry is beautiful.

Rosegal seems to be a good idea when you are looking at their website and see all of the adorable outfits for such a reasonable price... This should have been my first warning. I didn't have to pay extra for shipping and received my order quickly, which was great. However, my excitement dissipated as soon as I opened the package. All of the items were made with such poor material, most of them didn't have tags on them in regards to size, material or washing instructions, they had a terrible odor, and most of the items were not true to the "detailed" size chart. I have contacted the company with my concerns, so I'm not sure how their customer service will be, but I will NEVER order from this company again.

I ordered two things this past summer (I know this a bit late).
My order number Z************** was never even shipped to my house. It said my payment was confirmed on 8. 17. 2014, and said shipped out the next day. I waited about a month and then i emailed them saying I never received it and that I was moving. I moved about a month and a half after I ordered two items and never heard anything back.

I was looking for some cute dresses and accessories and I have found good deals on your website. I have ordered about 30 articles (dresses, leggings and accessories) and received them in 3 separate packages, in a few weeks. They were all in good condition. By looking at your size charts for each item, I was able to order the right size for me, even if I am used to buy in US size. The products quality is always proportional to the price, which is fair. I am overall satisfied with my purchase and I would recommend rosegal for anyone who is looking for cute clothing not expensive. Love rosegal!

With the orders I have placed with gearbest (2) there has been no issues. In fact they have arrived well packed and fairly quickly as well and the quality has been spot on for the price which are pretty keen. Overall a very good standard of service and the items I have bought have been all I could have expected and more for the prices charged five stars all round in my book!
