The WORST company in the world to do business with is www.Rosegal.com. The sizes are really small and not wear near true to sizes. To ship back to them because they are located in China is at your own expense and cost more than the order. You can't cancel an order. The shipment takes about 1.5 to 2 months. The clothes quality is HORRIBLE. I would advise everyone not to use the CHINA company. It is an AWFUL experience.

I have been waiting 1.5 months for my package and still have not received it. When the 1 month mark hit I sent them a "ticket" and they asked me to wait an additional 2 weeks and I did but still have nothing to show for the money's paid. So I sent a new message stating I wanted to get a FULL refund or $20.96 and they asked if $19 was ok? No I want a FULL refund I gave your company $20.96 and that is what I want back! This is by far the worst online clothing store I have ever been to! Foot customer service terrible just horrific service all around.

I ordered a dress over a week ago from this company to wear for Valentines Day. I paid for extra shipping to make sure i would have it on time. Throughout the week I checked my bank account and order status on the website to make sure payment was recieved. Website stated "waiting for payment" so I called today to speak with someone and when I called a chinese guy answered the phone. No automation recording like you usually get with legit companies. So right there and then I thought this was a bogus company. Did not even answer the phone saying "RoseGal." As i tried explaining to the man what was going on. He kept telling me that payment was not recieved. I tried explaining MULTIPLE times that I paid with a debit card so my payment should have been automatically taken out or at least went through within a few days. After going back and forth with this guy I finally decided to cancel out my order. He refused to cancel my order and told me I had to do it through the website. So i immediately went online and cancelled my order. My mother also ordered a few shirts as well about 2-3 weeks ago and is having the same problem. I am a little upset as i think the clothing is super cute and very cheap. DISAPPOINTED! Not worth the aggrevation and waiting time.

How do these people stay in business! They need to be shutdown and arrested. I just received the two dress i ordered. One was sewn with bubbles or bumps everywhere. Are these people blind? Second the lace was not evenly sewn. Cheap smelly fabric like it's melted plastic.

Highly NOT Recommended that you buy anything from this site! I ordered a cheap sweater on December 23,2014. Today is February 10,2015 and my merchandise is still not here! First off, they didn't tell you when you choose what you want to purchase that the stuff comes from China with regular China Post shipping, not UPS, fedex or any respectable carrier. So, after you hit "BUY" (that is after your credit card had been ran) they send you an email saying your item should arrive within 7 - 25 BUSINESS days! OK. So, at the 25th business days, sent their customer service a message saying the item has not arrived. They told me, since I didn't pay the extra money to track the darn thing, all she can say was that it's on it way ( someone name Pearl, I'm asumming the seller), and to wait a little longer. 30th business days now passed, so I sent another message saying still not here, it's lost its appeal, please refund me. She said to call my post office and ask them where my package is. I called the post office and they asked me for a tracking number. OFCOURSE... the tracking# is a china post tracking# and our USPS CANNOT track it. So, once again, I messaged rosegal and told them, what is the tracking# I'm suppose to give my USPS? And why can't you just credit me? It's obvious that my package will not arrive. They responded again saying that it cannot be cancelled or refunded, please check with the post office. What a crappy business they are trying to bring to the US! Will NEVER order from this website again. Not worthed! Pay the extra money and buy respectable quality merchandise from a respectable vendor that will get to your door within a week or your money is back GUARANTEED!
