Ordered two separate orders, one being two pairs of boots. The other being shoes and a dress... Well, got the boots on time... I placed an order in November 2014 and have only received one of the 6 items I ordered. The coat that I got was far too small (I am a U.S. size 10 and I ordered an XXL because I was aware that items run small) and it was made of cheap material. Some of the seams have already started to come unsewn, even though it hasn't been worn because it's too small. And, I waited over a month to get this crappy jacket!
Rosegal is now basically refusing to give me a refund on the rest of my order, which they admit they are unable to locate. They tried to offer me a $25 refund for my $32 worth of items, which I felt was totally ludicrous. Please do not waste your time or your money with this company!

I tried placing an order on Valentine's day but they wouldn't accept my card so I emailed them about it, they directed me to a post and I saw all the comments that were saying some orders never came and the ladies couldn't even get a refund, the items that came took months to arrive and they were horrible quality and they couldn't get full refunds, they were offered partial refunds... so I felt extremely lucky they didn't take my credit card. Then today, I miraculously get an email saying my order went through! Customer service number is a magi Jack number, no answer at all even though I've called almost 50 times and the mailbox is full. There is no email for the company and only one phone number in China that doesn't say the name of the place, it says magi Jack! Don't order from here ladies! I'm going to fight tooth and nail to get a refund. If my items don't even come like some of the ladies said happened to them, I will contact a lawyer and see what can be done. If anyone knows how to contact them outside of the one phone number listed, please let me know! I will be contacting my bank today... I don't know how they could take my money today after they declined the card on Valentine's day! My overall experience with this company has been beyond horrible. I ordered 1 item at the beginning of December 2014 hoping to obtain for my baby shower in late January. Boy was I let down. It is now mid-February... and I still have nothing to show for my hard earned money that I feel is just out floating somewhere. I'm starting to wonder if I've been scammed. Please reconsider before ordering from this site. I will do another review if I ever receive my item to let you know how long it actually takes to get 1 item.
First off took over a month to receive just half of my order. One of my items arrived broke. The other was missing part of it. Couldn't get a hold of anyone in customer service. Can only contact via email. Took several emails to FINALLY get a refund. They first offered me a a very small discount on future orders. Now, why would I want to order anything else? They told me that small items will most likel arrive broke! I am STILL waiting on the other half of my order. It has been over two months since I placed the order! I have emailed several times in the past few days to get a refund. And now I receive an email stating that they will be out of the office until the 24th and won't be able to handle my issue until then! Really?... why wouldn't they have taken care of it days ago when I asked for my refund while they were still in the office. Terrible customer service and products aren't any better.

I actually received my 2 items fairly quickly. I made an order error and they reconciled it quite quickly. When I received the 2 jackets I ordered they weren't the best quality, but they are from another Country. So, quality isn't that great. My main complaint is that when I did want to return them because their sizes are VERY small, compared to Americans, they didn't want to pay my return shipping and did everything to try and have me not return it. Suggested I keep the items or give them away. Logically for me it was cheaper to donate the coats then return them. The requirements for returns is above and beyond ridiculous. My suggestion if you only plan on wearing the item you purchase 1 or 2 times and have the body of a young boy then this site is perfect. Quality and medium sized American build I don't recommend it.

I ordered three dresses from Rosegal and I was very excited to recieve them. Only two of them have arrived up and they were WAY to small (I'm a UK size 10, I ordered medium) and of very bad quality. The clothes on the website looks amazing and I thought I would give them a go, but I am very disappointed. My order took over 2 months to arrive. When it did, I was shocked and disappointed by the quality of the items. The items were advertised as costing about $40 a piece, but being on sale at about half price. This suggests that you are buying a quality item, but getting a deal.
Oh no. You not even getting what you pay for at the sale price. They did not look like the same items in the picture. In the picture they look like they are made of thick, soft cotton blends. In reality they were of the cheapest, 100% polyester, most flammable looking material I've ever seen. The kind that balls up hopelessly the first time you wash it. There were several seams UNSEWN. The sizes were way off.
It was a total and complete waste of time and money. I work hard for my money and feel completely taken advantage of. Customer Service just keeps giving me the run around.
This review is a last attempt to get RoseGal's attention. And if nothing else at least warn others not to fall for the scam.

I placed my order on 11 January. I ordered two dresses for my daughter. When the order arrived, only one dress came. The one dress which came was much smaller than we anticipated. We thought that the second dress might come in a second package, but it hasn't so far. We went back to the website and tried to enter a complaint but the website keeps responding that we've entered an incorrect order number. There doesn't seem to be any way to contact Rosegal in order to request a refund. And so we have come to this site and will give an appropriate review.
If a Rosegal rep reads this, we are requesting a refund for the dress we did not receive. That dress is the Ladylike Round Collar Sleeveless Lace Solid Color Women's Dress SKU YM*******. We are requesting an immediate refund. We definitely don't want the dress, because the first one was of such poor quality.
So we request a refund of 17.30 USD.
EDIT OF 28 FEBRUARY: Rosegal contacted us through this website on 14 February, 2 weeks ago, and promised a refund. We have not received anything yet. We have just written back to Rosegal (via this website) and told them that within seven days we will contact our bank and report the transaction. I would also like to mention that it's not possible to contact them via their website. When we tried to do that the website responded that there was no such order number even after using the link to our order which was provided on the website!
EDIT OF 8 March: we finally got the refund for the second item which was never delivered. But we got it only after telling Rosegal that we were going to dispute the transation at our bank. We would still recommend that people not do business with Rosegal. It was only after coming to this review website and warning them that we would dispute the transaction, that we got any real attention from them.

I am not pleased with this company. I order a dress for my daughter age 17. WOWOWOW! What a joke. It was shirt when it came in LOL... Then I was stupid and ordered 2 pairs of legging and boots. The leggings came in but again way to small. The boots have never showed up and I ordered them 12/2/14 and it is 2/13/2015 now and still nothing. I hate that I have to email and not have a 800 # to call. That tell me they have no commitment to there customers.

I just had to write a review about Rosegal because I've seen so many not-so-good reviews prior to trying it out myself. I can honestly say that I love this site! I've made about 10 orders so far and everything has come to me pretty much as I expected it would.
Of course we must keep in mind that their products come directly from some Asian factory, so as you can expect, the sizing usually runs small. I am 5 feet tall and 120 lbs and I have no problems fitting a medium to a small, although sometimes I've had to order a large...
I've been fully satisfied with what I've received so far, I can tell from the pictures if the style or cut will fit my figure or not, keeping in mind that some fabrics will have stretch and some wont. Not to mention every item has individual sizing measurements in the description area below the picture, this has been my savior on their site. You MUST look at the measurements. And let's not forget that the prices are pretty unbeatable. Yes, I admit shipping times can be pretty long, I order my stuff to me here in Northern Canada and it usually takes 3 weeks to a month :( However, they DO say this everywhere on the purchase payment page. And... well it's free so how can I say anything? It still gets to me regardless. If you have a question prior to ordering you can just make an inquiry on that item which they give you the option to do just below the pictures usually. Although sometimes the response is hard to understand due to the broken English...
Overall I have to say I'm impressed with their site. Of course let's not go crazy and replace everything we own this this stuff because we are savvy shoppers and we have to realize that the prices, although super enticing, do often represent quality. So far I've not had any issues with any of my items, if I don't count one broken necklace, likely shipping damage. But hey, I paid hardly a thing for it so I'm willing to sacrifice a bit when I've no expectations of it being Gucci shoes or anything.
