Wish I could rate lower!

Horrible Horrible service and products! Purchased 7 items... received 6. Of the 6 only 2 were as described/pictured. 3 were horribly made and completely different from the site.

The one that actually looked like what I purchased has a stain on it. My items were shipped from Connecticut but if anyone ever even contacts me I will have to pay return shipping to another country and that doesnt seem real fair especially when I already paid shipping etc...

When I tried to contact customer service via email (as they do not have any phone #'s) I got two separate "dispute" reference numbers for the exact same email, absolutely no response and had to fill the form out 4 times before it was even accepted... to top it off... when I tried to leave feedback for the items I was not pleased with, it said they had to be "approved" first and the negative feedback was never published.

The "customer feedback" listed under the items were the only reason I even decided to go ahead and purchase.

And just to add a little "salt"... Ive noticed reading down thru others ratings on here that when the store actually takes time to try and respond they only say... mis-communication OR sorry that number does not exists... well Im sorry but our hard earned money certainly exists when they take it.

Never in my life had issues like this online... just unreal.

This company is Horrible!

I have ordered three different orders from this site in preparation for my upcoming honeymoon. I was hospitalized at the time and I could not actively go shopping. I found the site and loved the prices and all of the style. I paid priority shipping and only received part of my order. The two out of three dresses that had been received were the wrong size and there was a dress completely missing. My two other orders have not been received and were processed over three weeks ago. I have made numerous complaints on the website, tried calling the telephone number on the website and was told that "The magicjack customer you have dialed is unavailable.' I work retail for a major store, if we ever treated our customers this way, we would be run out of business. I feel like I have been tricked out of my hard earned money, that could have been used on a more dependable company.

4 weeks and counting

I placed my order January 18,2015. Today is February 24,2015. Nothing indicated on my tracking has happened since it went to US on January 21,2015. I understand the literal slow boat from China that is the flat rate shipping however sufficient time has passed so I attempted to contact customer service that said there is a Chinese Holiday and they are away from the site until February 23. Hmm today is February 24 and no one is available so too much holiday? I sent an inquiry that if I do not hear back from within 24hrs I will take this to social media. I suspect you received a lot of orders from customers like me who saw you on Facebook. I will personally instigate a Facebook campaign to warn future customers. I want to know a real ETA for my package.

LADIES BEWARE! I ordered what was suppose to be a cute little black rain coat, with a cute little flair at the bottom. What I received was a nylon piece of fabric that MIGHT, just might, do well as a summer robe but with a hood on it. The belt was nothing more than a strip of nylon fabric! A blind monkey could have produced a better "coat" than this. Sorry for the insult to all the blind monkeys! It was super cheap and nothing like what I ordered. Fraud. To top it off there was no return paperwork inside the packaging, of course not. Sooo, so far I have sent two emails with no reply. Buyers beware. My bad, never again!

Horrible rip off

This is a fraudulent company. PayPal dispute in process. These rip off Asians are messing with the wrong people. I am having a lawyer look into all these reviews of false advertisement. I ordered in jan 3 and they are telling me it should be here by March 28. Wth! That's all winter long. Is someone from the company riding a bike from china or a paddle oat to bring it to me! Shame on you guys.!

This is the worst online business to buy clothes from the prices are good but the customer service sucks and the clothes are poorly made! I ordered twice from the only recieving two of my items out of eight! Very dissapointed and will never shop here again i advise you not to also!

Garbage garbage garbage

I received my order in about 40 days, when i opened the package it had a bad smell, also all the sizes are wrong i ordered Large and it came in extra small in such a bad quality.
I suggest not to support them at all as they sell the garbage with such a bad customer service.

I paid for my item and I received a confirmation that it was sent out. After a few weeks I inquired about where the package was. I received an email explaining that the package was on the way and it could be up to 25 business days. At this point it has been over 25 business days even allowing for holidays not to be included. No package... I have been trying to contact the company with no response. I am reporting them to paypal in hopes of receiving a refund. Do not use this company... apparently it is their belief that it is okay to steal your money. I will never use them again. Stay away!

I received my order after about a month, after going back and fourth for information regarding my order tracking updates since the website they provided did not tell me any information. So I was excited to receive my order I opened the package, and immediately I knew there was problems: The dress was discolored and INCREDIBLY, one of the watches spindles was completely broken out, one of the watches when I tried to set the time, the hands would only shake but would no tick properly, and the last watch (a 2 dollar watch) worked fine, go figure. So I contacted the company, explained my issues and they said the dress was supposed to be an off white and never addressed the size issue, they said they would "check into the watches and get back to me." It has been 13 days, so I decided to call, and no answer. I Will never recommend this company or use it again.

My order

I have ordered 2 items from Rose Gal on January 11th was sent an email conforming they got the payment and it has been shipped out. Today is February 20th and no sign of the order. When I call no one takes calls, when I write I get ignored. Payment has been made and received right away but no service. This is a fake company from hell that ripps people off or so it seems. Never will do anything with them again and I'm about to call business Bureau and have them shot these scammers down. $#*!s. Thats all I have to say. Go to Hell.

DISGUSTED

I wish I knew what the quality was of the product I ordered but it hasn't arrived after 2 months of waiting. I am having no luck with customer service due to the Chinese New Year and business will resume on February 24. I ordered the coat on December 22 for the winter season, it appears that perhaps... maybe... I will get it for Spring but not looking forward to it after reading the reviews stating the garments are poor quality.

I ordered two items shortly after Christmas last year. I never recieved my items. I went to the website, found that the phone number listed is not accurate. Went to the "live chat" which is never available. Tried to leave a "ticket", in which it states, "enter the order number here if you have one". I entered the order number by cutting and pasting from the email I had received, only to have it rejected, saying it was not accurate. Seriously, straight from their email! I then tried to track the package thru the tracking number listed in another email. It says the package was sent and delivered but that is not true. Two weeks after putting in a "ticket" again in a roundabout way, they said they are "waiting on me" to respond. I was quite clear in the "ticket" what the issue was. To this day I still have not received my order.
This has been the most frustrating, horrible customer service I have ever experienced! Save yourself grief and don't put yourself through the nightmare! From what it sounds like in previous reviews the clothing quality is terrible too.
