I ordered my two products at the beginning of January. Here we are at the end of Feb. Horrible customer service. I inquired about my items, they said be patient. Rosegal is a scam. I order a dress a month ahead of the date I needed (Valentine's day) and still have not received it. After you order your item, it says a date and then when it passes and you ask what happen, they tell you they "hope" you get your item soon and to wait another X number of days. I have never been more disappointed in online shopping. Bei shi sheng Logistics (where you check your shipping number) isn't even an actual shipping company. It's a simple webpage made to look like one. There's no mention of it as an actual company anywhere but that site.

Rosegal.com is an amazing website. I ordered a dress and a swim suit from there and they both came with amazing quality in a reasonable amount of time. Not to mention that the dress was extremely soft. The sizes aren't the same as the U.S. so if you plan to order from this website you should probably order a few sizes above what you are, but don't let that stop you! The clothes there are amazing, and are all at a very good price!
Still waiting for a response to my refund, weeks later. Order shirts based on size chart and they arrived smaller than stated. Asian size I'm told but a ruler does not lie. Size chart says XL shirt is 15.5 inches but the shirt actually measured 14 inches. I'm told a refund is coming, 7 business days. Ten business days no refund. I send another inquiry questioning my refund. Now their story changes. I'm told they have not received the shirts back. NOW I'm given an address to return the shirts.!?!? Sizes are misrepresented and I have to pay for the return. Bad business practice.
Be warned sizes are VERY SMALL. An XL is equivalent to a girls size 12.

They will say something is on stock so you buy it, then the next day say it is not and they wont send you it until paypal can not help you get your money back. They will finally send you something that is not sized as it says on their website and that is also damaged. I ordered an item on 2/22/15. I paid for expedited shipping and processing. I have tried contacting the company many times. When I try to open a ticket, they say that the order number is incorrect. However, the order number that was put into the ticket was the number provided by the company. I attempted live chat. Very unique and affordable products. And fast shipping. I ordered on September 15 and they shipped it out on September 16, very fast.
I had made in total 4 orders from Rosegal over the past 3 months. On average, it took 1 month for my items to get to me. Some goods were quite acceptable but some were way below average. The products are not made from high quality materials or by professional people. They look homemade like in your good old home economic classes in high school so you will be guaranteed to get mixed results! Overall, I have kept most items but 2 tops which were way too small for a 50 kg 157cm person to wear. I think it's important not to expect too much and choose realistic products. If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. Don't choose items that look like they will only fit anorexic girls and have only one size. At the end of the day, as an amateur sewer, I can't make some of their products at the same costs!
DO NOT ORDER FROM ROSEGAL. I ordered 8 things, paid extra for expedited 5-7 day shipping. I received 4 items in the mail. Three were the right thing just very cheap. One was not at ALL what I ordered. The other 4 items haven't been shipped from the warehouse in singapore and for all I know don't even exist. The phone number is a fake. The live chat never works. The "support ticket" is bull$#*!. They say you'll hear back in 24 hours but its a lie too. Im suing rosegal and will gladly out their scamming, fake asses alllllllllll over the internet.

Jan 30th I ordered two blouses and a scarf, it is Feb 25th and still nothing. Really? They don't have to worry about me again.
