I ordered my two products at the beginning of January. Here we are at the end of Feb. Horrible customer service. I inquired about my items, they said be patient. I waited two more weeks, inquired about it again, didn't hear anything back. Waited again, nothing. There's no order in sight. I went on my account, the product I ordered first is still processing. And the second one says shipped out. Horrible. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. Would never recommend this site to anyone. They're just horrible. I have never hated a site or people so much in my life. I've waited two months and nothing. It's pathetic.
