This place is a huge scam I never received my items or my money back and I ordered on the 26th of January and it is now March 4th. I am going to do what I can to get this company if you can even call it a company shut down you scamers! You will pay in some way! Don't ever buy from this site unless you are willing to throw your hard earned money away!

Total Scam

I have placed my first and last order with this so-called company. There is a reason why their items are listed so cheap, they are so cheap. The two articles of clothing I ordered, one a tunic sweater and the other a black and white summer blouse, don't even resemble what they did on line. I had ordered large to play it safe not knowing their quality and what I received might have fit a 10 year old girl. Material was of poor quality. The scarf I ordered faintly resembled what it did online. When I tried to email their support center, which I am sure doesn't exist or if it does, they are operating out of a basement with child labor, it kept telling me my order number, which they provided was wrong. I am sure this eliminates them from having to receive a plethera of complaints about their clothing. I finally decided to just email support in disguise of asking them a question about one of their items, the email went through but I have not heard back and I am sure I won't. I am sure I am out of the money I spent. A hard lesson to learn, buy cheap get cheap. Gals don't get suckered in. Buy American made.

Buyer Beware!

I received a sweater that smelled like it came from a 100 year old moldy basement. The smell was putrid. I emailed them and they wanted me to send a pic of the sweater. Why? It wasn't damaged, it SMELLED! I tried to reply with a pic and the email keeps sending back an error message. I received a few other things and they were definitely not quality items. You are better off going to a consignment shop.

I purchased $70 of clothing for my girlfriend over four weeks ago. This far we received one of four items. We call the customer service number and its a Magic Jack number that NEVER answers. I tried filing an online complaint and it says my order number is invalid!

This company should be ashamed. My next step is to file a complaint with RipOffReport.com

I placed an order almost 2 months ago and still have not received it. I contacted customer service via email and was told that since I did not purchase a tracking number there is nothing they can do. Worst Purchase Ever

I purchase 2 dresses that look beautiful on the pics. Once I received it, the quality was extremely poor. I was so sorry I had thrown away my money on trash. I also purchased 2 necklaces. One was made of plastic when it looked like metal on the pic. It seriously looked like it was a toy. I will never wear such cheap jewelry! My rate is a 0 but it's not an option!

Still waiting!

I ordered my dress, which might I add I was considering as my reception wedding dress if it looked as good in person as it did in the picture, 2/6 and it Still has not arrived! I placed a ticket on 2/26,20 days later, and have not gotten a reply. They had no problem deducting money from my bank account, but have yet to send me what I hoped would have been a very special purchase. Fraud, fraud, fraud is all I can think to say!

I made two clothing orders about a month and a half ago. I've contacted their "customer service" about 4 times (which is a crappy online ticket line that no one reads) and I have not received a single response. They literally charged my credit card and then did not deliver on the goods, which are probably terrible anyways. Rosegal is straight up stealing from customers. I'm disgusted. NEVER buy from this company if you know what's good for you!

Terrible Quality

I recently ordered three dresses, despite the bad reviews about people not getting their orders. My order arrived within a few business days which pleased me very much, however the quality of the merchandise is TERRIBLE. The back of one of the dresses is all puckered at the zipper and the material is basically see-thru it's so thin and cheap. The other dress is even worse. All of the fabric at the top near the neck is frayed and falling apart. Even if it fit (which it doesn't - I ordered a Large and I would be surprised if it fit my 5 year old daughter it's so small). The third dress is nothing more than a very, very thin piece of fabric that is poorly sewn into the shape of a dress. I will never, ever purchase anything from this company ever again. I would go through the trouble of sending the items back, however I'm just not up to coming back to complain that my return was never processed. I'll cut my losses and learn from this experience. Just be warned that this company is cheap, cheap, cheap. I guess you really do get what you pay for!

I bought 2 dresses from them. I kept checking back to see if they were shipped since I paid extra for tracking! Well two weeks into it, the order still said "processing". I emailed the site and received nothing back for days! Finally I get a response stating what I ordered was out of stock and i could have a 5% coupon and exchange or i could get a refund... it irritates me that they didn't let me know sooner that it was out of stock! So i reply and say I want a refund... NO RESPONSE! So i started a new complaint just yesterday and finally someone responded and my money was refunded back into my account today. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else! They have cute clothes but SUCK in the communication department!

The item I ordered was out of stock and I knew it would not arrive in time for what I needed it for. I asked for a refund and got a response the next day. They said they would refund the money and cancel the order. I got the refund the next business day. I would order from this company again. Next time I will just make sure I am not in a hurry to receive the item. The prices are great so I am willing to wait a while. I thought the customer service was great.

It is my opinion that any 'good' reviews on Rosegal are totally made up fakes.
There are far too many 1 star negative genuine comments which show the truth.
They are dishonest liars.
I took my claim to PayPal and while PayPal was investigating the claim, I received 5 emails from Rosegal requesting that I close dispute and only then will they refund me,
However if a claim is closed on PayPal they close the case and will not reopen it,
RoseGal knew this.

Incorrect Sizing

My top arrived today, in size small as requested. The arms are so small that I can't get my hands through the sleeve! How ridiculous... I am a size 8. The arm holes appear to be for a very young child. I won't even be able to give the top away. Very disappointing.

All I can say is be really sure you know what you are ordering. Triple check everything. Like colors, size and if you want to wait forever as it takes a long time to come. If you have a problem with your order be prepared to not be satisfied. I say this as I ordered an sky blue purse and got a dark blue purse that I hate. It took me four weeks to get any kind of reply and then I was told that it's expensive to return it so after three weeks of going back and forth they refunded part of the cost of the purse. To this day I have not taken it back out of the bag it came in. My opinion of the purse is it is te ugliest purse I have ever seen.
So buyer beware. The items are not what you see.

I placed an order in December, told me it would be about 30 days to receive package. After 30 days I chatted with them and they told me it could take up to 45 days and that they would refund a lesser amount than what I paid and I told them to refund the correct amount and they did, but as of 2/28/2015 I still have not received the package. Just a big rip off! If I could put 0 rating I would!
