I like Rose Gal because is not a complicated website. I can shop very easily. I have many options and style to choose from. But what I like the most, is the fact that it offers free shipping worldwide.

This company is not reliable, your order may or may not arrive. They only make excuses one after another when you do not receive your order. I had to email them several times threatening to take action against them, if they did not get my order to me or refund me. I don't know about you, but I do not have the time to fight with a company that took my money, then obviously did not care to get my items to me in reasonable time. I ordered 2 items from this company prior to the Christmas holiday. It took me over 8 weeks to receive the first which was shoddy and not at all of good quality. It is now March and I've yet to receive the second. My tracking information indicates the package was sorted by China post but never shows it was received in the States. Repeated contact with customer service results in nothing but the run around as I am constantly told the item is on backorder and will arrive soon. I am counting it as a lesson learned (theft!) and will be filing the appropriate complaint and charges.
This company is a total rip off... you send your money in good faith, they confirm shipment, then you wait at least two months and then they send you a rag that doesn't even resemble the item you ordered... BUYER BEWARE! They just want your money with no intention of making anything right...

I stopped ordering from Rose Gal when every single thing I ordered was different from the image on the site. Both in size and cut. The last straw was when we ordered a felt bowler and a straw boater for a university production and they came crammed into a box that was 5 inches by 7 inches, denting and bending the items beyond repair. When I filed a complaint they said it wasn't their fault, it was the place that ships the items and they could only offer %20 back on a $15 purchase. What a laugh. This place sells garbage.

Got a confirmation for my package on January 1,2015, as of March 6,2015 I have yet to receive my package. They were quick to respond but asked me to wait longer the first time i address the issue (about 3 weeks ago). Now when i ask for my money back the claim they are unable to give me a full refund and are not liable the shipping company is! I paid insurance for my package and should get either my package or my refund. How is it that the own company cannot track my package? Took forever to receive 2 of the items I order. I cancelled the 3rd. The clothing is not true to size. EXTREMELY smaller than normal. I ordered XL in the blouses and a little girl maybe the size 6 might be able to fit in them. Also there were no tags in the clothing to verify the size! I did receive 1 refund of $13 for the item that I cancelled several weeks later. I requested a refund of the other 2 blouses and they responded back to me that they needed photos of the items! WHY PHOTOS? They should already know what I ordered. I have yet to hear back from them from the photos I sent! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY!

I've ordered several times from Rosegal and love it
Compared to other online Asian fashion sites, I've found Rosegal to definitely be the best in quality. Their customer service is prompt and their prices are quite fair.
I just love the overall style of everything on the site, it's certainly well aligned with my personal tastes but I think everyone can find something for them here
The only issue I've had with them is shipping speed, everything comes from Asia and from different vendors so I imagine it's hard to A) get everything together (most of my orders have had to be sent separately) and B) with their free standard shipping, of course it's going to take a while
Overall excellent, certainly in comparison with my experience to other sites
Give your money to charity it would be better spent, this company must be make ing a fortune on invisible items that they don't send and a none existing email address and it would cost you more to ring them than the items are actually worth steer clear and spend your money at more reputable companies you can't put a rating of O or I would

I placed an order for a sweater in November of 2014. It is now March of 2015 and I still do not have the item. I let then lead me on, and gave them several opportunities to fix the problem, visited the post office and all that crap, and was even stupid enough to give them an extra $3.00 for tracking on the "replacement shipment" for the one that never arrived. I am out another $3.00 and still do not have a tracking number or the sweater I ordered... These guys are A RIP OFF and should not be allowed to do business in the US.
