I ordered nothing more than a black knitted cap with cat ears on 01/20/2015. It is now 03/12/2015. They stated that my hat would arrive within 15 business days approximately. It has been well over the allotted time period they claimed to deliver my item. I figured I could give them a few more days since we have been having extremely bad weather in NC, but even still, it has been a long time now. I tried contacting someone to ask where they were in the process of delivering my hat, hence maybe something went wrong, but after calling multiple times, it is clear to me that I will not be able to speak with a representative, nor will I be able to leave a message because their mailbox is full. Not only did I pay for the hat, but I also bought shipping insurance in case it were to get lost in the mail due to the fact that oversea shipping always has it's problems. I have my order confirmation number and my shipping insurance number, but it doesn't seem like that even matters. I would very much like my money back if I won't be receiving my knitted cap. Even a partial refund will do. However, it looks as though I will not be getting anything from them.
I wish I had read reviews before ever purchasing anything from this website. This is a mistake I guarantee you all that I will NOT be making again. Lesson learned. I will be making an attempt to report this website considering the fact that so many people have been complaining about the exact same thing. I made a review the other day saying I was worried about my order because I never recieved an email confirmation with an order number but my bank account was charged right away. I was charged 62$ USD and some change, today I recieved a package with three of the items I had ordered and an invoice (that doesn't even have rosegal name on it at all) and each item is listed on the invoice with the price and my total comes to 15.98!?!? But you charged me 62? Also because I was never given an order number I don't remember all the items I ordered but I miss be missing things if this pricing is right. Also the invoice has my phone number on it so they obviously have that on file yet no one has returned my messages.

I ordered a blouse in Jan & it took 6 weeks to arrive & on opening the parcel it had a very strong petroleum smell & many grease spots on the garment. I have contacted them via private msg on Facebook with pics of the marks on the blouse (which was far too small as well!) for them to give me a return address but they seem very reluctant to give it to to me, just offering me a $5 refund & keep asking me to show a pic with a ruler measuring the blouse because I had mentioned that it was too small! I also tried to get a 'ticket' to submit a claim on their website but kept getting system error msg. I'm still waiting for a response from my last private msg sent on 5th March & I know they've read it but not holding my breath for their response - I think I'll be washing the blouse to remove the smell & marks (hopefully they will come out!) & cut it down to a dress for my g/daughter!

If I don't receive my order in an expedited shipping time frame, the quality is bad or the size is wrong... I have ordered from a few online sites similar to Rosegal before, and things have been slow, but the quality is fine, and everything arrives eventually. I bought several items from Rosegal about a month ago, and when they arrived, half of them were missing, and they had shipped me instead some hideous shirt/dress thing. I've been in contact with three different sales reps, and they are just harassing me, demanding pictures of things, insisting that I did in fact receive the items, telling me things are out of stock even when I send them links to the item on their own website. I am in the midst of trying to get this issue resolved, but after a week and a half of talking to them, no headway has been made at all. Unless this issue is swiftly resolved, I will never be recommending this company to anyone. A shame, since the items I did receive were not bad.

I was so disappointed in the quality of the products I received. The maxi dress looked like two different dresses. The top of the dress was a lovely lace knit but the bottom was like material you would use for a cheap flag. Not flowing like the picture. The second item was the crotchet lace top. The model must be 12 years old. To say it ran small would be an understatement. I weigh 106 pounds with a small frame. I couldn't even get it over my shoulders. It was a lovely top, don't get me wrong but I can't imagine any women being able to fit in it. This is my first time and last time purchasing from this site.

I thought the site was wonderful and I purchased 3 things form them and paid the extra money for shipping, I started to notice i didnt recieve any confirmation from them that the items have been shipped and that they even processed my order. I called the number, that didn't work and they did email me back saying my items wouldn't be in until 20 days after i purchased them because they were out of stock. I must admit being a online business owner I thought it was weird that all their pictures were different and that there was no consistency in the site. They have paid to retarget their ads everywhere you go, they have paid for a nice up to date website, but thats all it is a website not a real company. They will respond back to you to give you hope, but just look at how many people on this review says they are awful. If I knew how to get them shut down I would. They are robbing people.and on top of that they have all your information. Thats not cool!

I saw this dress on facebook and knew that I just HAD to have it. I went on the website and looked at all of the reviews, but it seemed like all of the reviews said the same thing which was "this dress looks nothing like it did online". I shrugged this off because some people are more picky than others and need it to be perfect. I am not a picky person. With that being said, I received my dress today and to my suprise, it looks nothing like it did online. It has a costume like quality to it (including the smell) it's just like that cheap plastic material. Then when I thought well maybe it's not so bad, my sister said I look like raggity anne. On the bright side, I have my Halloween costume! :D moral of the story, I should have listened to those reviews, but I'm stubborn and have to learn for myself. At least we all got a good laugh though!

They took my money in Dec. 2014, and shipped only 1of 3 of my items without any explanation. Ignored all of my attempts to contact them. Finally responded to me demanding more money to ship my missing items that I have already paid for. I declined and demanded a refund. Ignored. Research lead me to finding hundreds of other women they have done this same exact scam to. They now delete my attempts to contact them and continue to ignore me until I report them to consumer protection agencies and begin to publicly warn others of their crimes. The California DA office acknowledged that they are currently under several active investgations internationally for cyber fraud. They operate under many different names and when things get too hot under one name they simply shut down and reopen under another name. They advertise for free internationally on Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest. They now post responses to my public complaints about them as if it's all a simple misunderstanding and I just need to contact them as to appear legitimate. Meanwhile I am blocked from contacting them.
