After reading some of these reviews I was really worries I had made a mistake ordering from this site but my experience was fantastic. I got my order today only 9 days after I ordered (& I'm in Australia not in the U.S.), all three tops were perfect. The colour of one was a little darker then the pic but still a great colour, sizing as ordered, material lovely. Can't complain really, would order again.

I foolishly purchased a sweater from them before I read the reviews. I probably wouldn't have even read them after, but I was a bit concerned because of how cheap it was. Less than 2 hours after I purchased it, I contacted them via their website to request a refund. After reading all the reviews, I was really nervous that I was duped and wouldn't see the sweater or my money. They got back to me in less than 24 hours and I received my refund via PayPal (which was how I originally paid) within 3 days. I was pleasantly surprised that it was taken care of so smoothly.
I placed an order over a couple weeks ago... I still haven't received my order... which are Christmas gifts. Then I get message on the company's website... not an email that I can see right away! That 2 of the products I ordered are no longer available! Are you kidding me! I've tried calling customer service and that number doesn't work... I have done help ticket after help ticket and I get the run around... how do I get a refund?

This company is a scam. They do their very best to distract you from the fact that they are some crappy Chinese sweat shop selling cheap clothes. They hire someone to do the writing on the website, they cut the heads of the models in the product photos, they give you a US phone number (that doesn't work). I have a tracking number that gives me no usable information.
I had to go back and read all the fine print to understand that the expedited "shipping" that I paid for had nothing to do with actual shipping. I assumed I would be getting my order in 5-6 days nope that means it leaves the warehouse in that much time, from CHINA! It may be up to 30 days to get my items. Reading the reviews that might not even happen.
They are advertising "Christmas Special" when the items will never get there before Christmas no matter how much you pay, it's impossible! BTW you are stuck with customs charges if the come up.
They also have some silly paragraph that states that shipping can be delayed to to war, storms, disaster, the type of fabric or stitching used, etc.
I paid through Paypal and I am trying to reverse the charge. I don't think I will be successful but it is worth the effort.
I should have done my homework BEFORE I ordered.
Don't buy from China, bottom line. There are no regulations, accountability, and everything is made from poor quality materials and in sweatshops. I have also found that they create clothing for Chinese bodies not American or European bodies so what you will get after 30 days are clothes that will not fit.
If I had known it was one of these companies I would not have ordered, I was fooled, should have read the fine print, explored the website and not trusted the review on the website.
If you are a Chinese company selling crappy stuff be honest, thanks for crapping on Christmas!

Total scam. The clothes look nothing like the photos and the quality is crap. I wrote a negative review for the first item I received and it's yet to be posted three days later. So far only positive reviews shown. Wow. Feeling bamboozled for sure. Gonna follow the advice of another reviewer and dispute the charges through my credit card company.

Do NOT order from this company. They ignore you after they have taken your money and basically lie. First I got an email from them saying my order was shipped... 3 weeks later I started a service request to find out why my item showed "processing" after waiting 5 days with no reply, despite their promise of response within 24 hours I started a 2nd service request asking "why was my service request was ignored." oddly the original request was responded to. The response claimed my item was out of stock, not sure why I could not have been notified at the time of my purchase, and that I would receive it as soon as possible, and offered me a coupon to make up for the delay. No coupon was ever received... Finally 34 days after my money was taken by the company, my package arrived. I checked my order since the items did not match, just to be sure. They had sent me items in the wrong size and messed up my order. No mistake on my part, I quadruple checked. Their policy claims unconditional returns within 30 days, but do not send items back without a correct address and support ticket. Fine, started another support ticket. After 3 days (not 24 hours) I got a response requesting pictures. I submit pictures immediately within 12 hours of the support requesting these pictures. Then I wait 7 days to have support request pictures... again?
This company is a scam. Their support line phone number doesn't work, their "live chatting" is never available, and their "support team" in general is not interested in making happy customers.
It seems they avoid making things right with customers by delaying the process so that the 30 days runs out... then it is just our own problem, even though they made the mistake to begin with. My biggest mistake would be ordering from this company.

Although it took well over a month to get my order, I did finally receive everything and it is worth the money paid. It is cheaper quality- but you get your pay for. I got a quick response from customer service when questioning where the last part of my order was, and received this last item by express delivery only a week later. I only wish Id have looked at the reviews before I parted with the best part of £120 back in September. Its now December and I have received ONE of my 8 items. Not once did they contact me, I had to contact them to be told the items were out of stock and please wait a few more days for the remaining items to be shipped. They have never been shipped. The one item I sis get was small enough to fit my 7 year old niece. The sizes are all off. I have contacted them daily for my money and they keep saying they refunded it but they haven't. This company has been a nightmare from the start, i ordered several items about 6 weeks ago and still have not recieved any of the items. I tried contacting them and the customer service was shocking. I told them i would never shop through them again and the agent " we have plenty of other customers!" Ive asked for a refund for my items and they refuse to refund but tell me my items either shipped, or are on back order, which is a different story each time. My account got charged but never recieved the items and the "tracking number" they provided me with do not exist with FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Im convinced now that I got scammed!

Hi, I have ordered a few items from Rosegal in August. I have kept one item and sent everything else back as the sizes were way too small. I am trying for weeks now to get my refund but I always get the same answer: We are checking if we received the items, please message us again tomorrow if we got it. Then I reply and I get the same answer again. I am starting to doubt that I will ever receive a refund. Stay away from that site! Very disappointing especially as they market on their website that they have easy returns etc.

I received one piece and it was too small, and I ordered a large, and I'm not a big girl! My boyfriend told me to just order another instead of going through the hassle of returning it, so I did. Stupid me, I still haven't received the three other pieces of clothing I originally ordered! Now I am waiting for them, and the new jacket! I've tried calling, phone is disconnected, I tried placing a complaint through "customer service" and no answer. I placed an order on November 15 and received an email on November 17 saying it had been shipped. Had I known previously that the order could take up to 25 days to receive I would not have ordered from this company. It has been more than 25 days and I contacted customer service and have not received a response back as the web site promised. This is a Christmas present for my special needs granddaughter who may not understand if her present does not arrive on time. Horrible! I should have read reviews about this company before buying. I was so happy to find coats in my size and relatively cheap (around $50 each), that I bought 2 in 3X and 4X. They came promptly, but the sizes are completely off! Sleeves are short and tight, even my mom (size L) was not able to wear them. And customer service is ridiculous, It took me a week to get an answer from them. My options are: shipping it back to China (paying the shipping fee) or getting a partial refund if I take pictures of the garments with measuring tape. What the hell is this?
