My husband ordered me 2 shirts from this site on 11/22/14 for my birthday... which is in 2 days... and they still aren't here! He is unable to get any form of response from customer service because the number is out of order. He is super pissed, and now I am because a really thoughtful gift idea has turned sour.

Customer service... if you read this... PLEASE send his order! Last he heard it was in Amsterdam, and nothing else. I am so sad for him right now.

Horrible! I think they just take your money and never do the refund or if they do it is partial. I ordered something online, never got it. Complaint about it my emails were marked as " can not be deliver to rosegal.com" (i guess they blocked me o something)... they sent me HALF OF my money, still trying to get the rest of my money back and talk to somebody. Is there a way or a place where we can complaint with an authority? Report them as THIEVES? Thank You

The dress I ordered looked nothing like the picture on the website, the material is so thin you can see straight through it it the quality was very poor. One of the items I ordered was not sent, when I askked for the item to be cancelled and a refund sent they chose not to respond to me until after they has shipped the missing item the suggested that I refuse the package when I received it! I have now asked 3 times how to get a refund on the very poor quality dress without success. Terrible customer service and very poor quality goods.

Ordered a jacket
December 11, 2014

Ordered a jacket. Paid for express shipping and they forgot to ship it so it arrived late. Terrible quality, thread all frayed. Sizing is completely off. Ordered a large considering it may be smaller than a US large but it's so small it doesn't even fit my friend who is a size small. Sure thy use children's size charts! Anyway, a complete waste of $70 since they only give a partial refund and I would have to pay the return shipping.
Other friends who have ordered have had similar experiences.
I wouldn't recommend ordering from Rosegal.

Worse experience ever!

Worse experience ever! I should have known that with the prices it was too good to be true. Like many others, when my products did not come, I tried to get a refund, and they said it had already been shipped. I placed the order on November 7, and still have not received all the items. The items that I did receive was so poorly made, I immediately felt bad and thought that they may be using children to make the clothes. One of the tracking numbers that I received is not working at all (says it doesn't exist) and the other takes me a to a site that still shows it in China, (where it has been sitting since November 19.) I will NEVER order from this site again. I feel completely robbed. I saw it on Facebook and should have known better. I believe that this place is a total SCAM. Oh yeah, the sizes wouldn't fit my niece who is 6. I am 5'5 and weigh 107 lbs. I normally wear a 0. So if they are too small for me, they are not made for any adult.

After waiting months for a product to arrive it came and was so poorly made that I will never wear it! I asked to return it - and after being required to photograph it, They told me I had to pay shipping to China!

Obviously this is more than I paid, so Salvation Army here it comes.

I placed an order on November 14 2014 it said it shipped and sent a tracking number. I never received a tracking # or my order. I sent 2 complaints to their customer service on December 2 2014 and December 7 2014 and i have yet to get a response from them. I do not recommend this site to anyone. I feel like i was robbed.

This is a horrible website. I ordered clothes on cyber Monday during their 80% I clicked the shipping to be here in 4-6 days so I could get it sent to my college before I left for break, I just got it today and I am beyond furious! The clothes do not fit me what so ever, they are poorly made I have string and yarn and fabric coming out of the clothing, and on top of that, they smell like mold! So I have tried to call the number that they supply on their website anfd they are out of service needless to say I am beyond upset!

I purchased 2 dresses and 2 shirts on or about 11/11/14 with a note I needed by 11/20. Long story short one of the dresses was b/o and to date I've not received my refund on my order. I also paid for expedite on my shipping and it was shipped regular DHL needless to say I did not receive until well after 11/20 - I think beginning of Dec. On 11/20 I was told my refund would be processed that day. Today is Dec 10 and still nothing. I've sent at least 2 or 3 emails requesting refund for dress and expedited shipping costs but have heard nothing.

My daughter sent me a link for a jacket she wanted and I ordered before doing Due Diligence on this company. Order placed Nov 4,2014; after reading the overwhelming volume of negative reviews, I cancelled the order on Nov 5th. I received a message from RoseGal that the order had already been shipped and could not be cancelled. To date, Dec 10th, no product received. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and after providing them copies of the numerous complaints, I have received a full credit back to my card. I advise everyone to do the same.

I wish I would have saw these reviews before placing my order from RoseGal. The customer service is horrible! I am trying to return a jacket I had purchased (it doesn't fit) and after 3 emails to them, I am still stuck with the jacket. How hard is it to give me an address to return this item? And to top it off, they suggested I KEEP the jacket and they will give me a discounted credit. WHY WOULD I KEEP SOMETHING THAT DOES NOT FIT? Having said that, does anyone know how do I return an item? Or are they going to keep avoiding my emails until the 30 day return policy is up and I have no choice but to keep it and I am out money!

What a low life company. I tagged 2 of my friends in a post for some bracelets I saw. Right after I tagged this company somehow got into my friends feeds and trying to steal business.
Scum. And the stuff is poorly made. Falls apart and breaks as soon as you pick up out of box. Cheap JUNK.

DON'T EVEN THINK OF BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP.
The quality of the clothes is so bad that there are no points in the scale to rate it. I just receive the jacket which I order 3 weeks ago and I was just shock. The sewing is extremely poor that when I tried to open the button, it just broke. You can see the threads coming out of the material. I ordered it because I really liked the design and it was a quite good price but it is not worth a penny. The return policy is saying that they are providing only a partial refund. For me it is not even worth it to send it back to China and still I don't even know how much they will refund me (partial refund...)

One star because my items actually came. No more, because I ordered an XL coat--usually I'm a M-L--and my friend size 8 can barely squeeze it on. Just don't do it, unless you have the build of a mosquito. (p.s. Also took about a month to come, "ticket" customer service online is hard to follow, and partial refund only.)

I ordered some items from Rosegal on November 10,2014. As of today, December 9,2014, I have not heard a peep out of them and have not received any of the items that I ordered. I have ordered things from China through eBay and always get them in a reasonable amount of time, considering they are from China. I went through Rosegal's "Submit A Trouble Ticket" and they say "we will answer you back in ONE business day". It has been 3 days and I still have not heard from them. I found their phone number online, so I called and an answering machine comes on and says, "THE MAGIC JACK CUSTOMER YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH IS UNAVAILABLE AT THIS TIME, PLEASE LEAVE A MESSAGE". I did not leave a message because I figured they would not respond to that either.
This is my FIRST purchase from Rosegal and I have this feeling that I am going to be ripped off. Thank God I paid through PayPal. Although they want you to wait 45 days before you submit a problem to their resolution center. I found Rosegal through Facebook. Facebook should knock their ad right off their website, and if I could, I would knock their heads off at Rosegal. Foreigners are such criminals. They are the ones who are always sending those scam emails. Fortunately, I am not stupid or naive' enough to respond to any of them. Rosegal is no different in my eyes. I will NEVER place another order with them again! I am royally PISSED!

If anybody writing a review for these people has anything good to say it's probably because it's a fake profile and they work for the company. Much like 90% of the people on here I've had bad experiences with this company and continue to dispute with them the fact that I received the garment with no tags and in the wrong size. They want to offer me a four dollar coupon or 20% back for what I paid which I think is unacceptable. It's not even about the money anymore, it's about whats right.

Hi there,
I ordered some goods on this website, they were delivered on time, but didn't look anything like what was on the web site, they were of very POOR QUALITY! I've been in touch with Rosegal to find out the RETURN address as I cant seem to find one on the package, they responded by saying " your package has been delayed because of Chinese New Year", now everyone knows that the New Year is held in February. I just want to return the goods and get a refund. Is this not how it works, if your not happy with the goods return them and get refunded?

My husband purchased 3 sweaters for me for Christmas (which it isn't even Christmas yet) the product took 6 weeks to arrive, he opened the package to wrap the gifts and looked at them and the sweaters were big enough to fit a child. He ordered womens XL. He immediately brought them to me and there was extra threads hanging everywhere, stains on the sweaters, no tags on 2 of the sweaters and the 3rd sweater tags were written in Chinese so none of these sweaters we could actually figure out what size they were. The number to call online is someones cell that cant receive messages as mailbox is full. To complain online you have to submit a ticket, they email you back with a number, you have to pay for shipping and then they might sind you partial refund. So they don't even send you a total refund for the amount of money that you purchased for wrong product! Total fraud! Nice Christmas!

I never received my order and had to file a Paypal dispute to get a refund. Luckily, I was weary of this website and only ordered one item. My instincts were right! The company then had the nerve to contact me and ack me to drop the dispute. Absolutely not! This is a shady company.
