I am still waiting for an order I placed OVER A MONTH AGO. Then the company has the nerve to send me an email asking me to write a review of the products I purchased. Hard to write a review about things you haven't even seen! I'm just glad I didn't spend too much on my first order from this site because I will probably never receive it. I definitely won't be ordering from them again.

I was skeptical of this site at first because I came to the site via an internet advertisement. However the fact that they accept paypal put me at ease because at least if something goes wrong I have a trust worthy company to dispute it.
I ordered 2 items from the site, and both arrived as expected and are of better quality than I expected (because their prices were so low). They were shipped from 2 different locations and via different mail services, so one arrived a good week before the other. I was in no rush for the products so I did not mind the month long wait.
I wish there are more reviews for every product so I can better gauge the size of their products (I did my duty and reviewed both of my products, which both fit, but one better than the other). However they do post VERY detailed measurements for each product, which I appreciate very much.
I have messaged them two separate with different questions, and both times they answered in a prompt and respectable fashion.
I have recommended this to several friends, and will continue to do so. I really hope the site does well, and with increased customer base, perhaps bring even more of discounted prices and slightly faster shipping.
I will not hesitate to order from Rosegal.com in the future.

One of the worst companies to deal with. I do purchase many item online from different companies and definitely this is the worst experience ever.
They quickly take the money out of your account but the shipping of the products takes a while, in some cases over a month.
What's even worst, the sizes do run super small. I knew this by reading the reviews so I ordered XL when I normally buy M size. The coats fit my 15 yr old sister! I am 5'7 weight 155 lbs so it is not like I was being unrealistic by trying to fit on something I do not. At least it should fit if these were regular sizes not kids sizes

Also, when I contacted customer service to cancel the order when after 3 weeks I had not received my items they said that the order could not be cancelled because the items had been shipped. BTW tracking shipping info they provide is completely worthless, it does not give you any useful data.

I replied back again to customer service so they provided the status of each shipment, 2 of those that were supposed shipped almost 2 weeks earlier had not even being processed. But then again customer service these cannot be cancelled.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT purchase anything from this merchant. All around the worst service

And do not even get me started with the quality, really cheap materials and yes it is a low cost but not free...

I buy a lot of things online this company is the worst to deal with i spent almost 200.00 of junk. The clothes are cheaply made and customer services stinks try calling them to return the dresses they never call back and never answer your email... stay clear of the business...

Please do not buy anything from Rosegal. Quailty is horrible, holes in the sweaters. Could of made better myself. Zippers do not zip up Sizing is all wrong. I dont even know what to say but people please save your money. Biggest scam comapny around.

Here is a site and youtube review http://salina-siu.com/shop-sammydress-rosewholesale-tips/ that will let you know that you are getting a very cheaply made version of the item you see on the rosegal.com website. Also, they are Asian made and sizing is for smaller Asian bodies. I am not so much mad at the company as I am at my self for being sucked in by "too good to be true" pricing. My budget is tight, I don't know how to design and sew my own clothing, and I really like the style shown on the website as many others do. However, they have to make money somehow, so they probably source imitation stylings from factories that neglect and abuse their workers. I cannot find any information about it, but that is what I assume. I do like the styles they promote. I am committed again to buy one really great piece of clothing I love from a reputable company such as www.stopstaringclothing.com. I also like a lot about modcloth.com, but some of their items are cheaply made as well.

Absolutly so mad they stole my money! I ordered and never recieved anything. Tried to call the number but no answer and was not able to leave a message... also wrote to the website for a complaint and never heard a response within 24 hours like they said... warning don't order from them unless you don't mind getting robbed!

IF I COULD REATE IT A "0" I WOULD. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FOREIGN GARBAGE STORE. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR ITEMS IN A REASONABLE TIME NOR WILL YOU REACH CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR ANY INQUIRIES. I've waited for over one month to receive two pairs of earring I could have bought for the same price at Forever21.com. I am still waiting for a coat I ordered over two months ago. I paid extra to get the merchandise within 3 business days, but the website doesn't tell you your product is being shipped from China directly (instead of some holding warehouse in the states).

The cheap prices and low quality is not worth waiting months for. I rather pay $5 more and get it from a world-wide known retailer that has their distribution sh*t together. I no longer am niave to the dirt-cheap online clothing retailer scams. Lesson learned!

THE FIVE STAR REVIEWS ARE A SCAM! DON'T LISTEN TO THEM! I have never posted a review after ordering online before, but this time it was so notoriously bad that I had to. This company is a scam. The sizes are completely too small (childs fitting), are horrible, cheap, and tacky, orders come with missing items, and they DO NOT care for their customers or any quality in service or product whatsoever. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY FROM SOMEWHERE REPUTABLE. I can bet you that they might post a reply here about how "sorry they are for the misunderstanding," but this is total bull****. Stay away!

Paid around $23 for this very nice looking dress that was originally $50. Come to find out it was made out of very cheap fabric that was so thin you could see through it. The dress wouldn't even suffice as a Halloween costume. Also it was supposed to be one size fits all, I am a size 4 or 6 and I was struggling just to get it over my head. I will never buy anything from this company again. Complete rip off.

Ordered an item never received the item although they took my money. There is no way to get in contact with them. The number is disconnected the on line chat is never up and the way to leave a complaint asks to leave a ticket number and I don't have one. At least they just got $17, just hope they are not spreading my info around. Never order from one of these companies advertising on the side of facebook. Feel very foolish.

I read about the size issue in the reviews so I ordered an ex-large. It was like a size 14 in childrens dept. I ordered a coat like I had seen on line somewhere else. This was a knockoff evidently. It was not a coat. It was like very light sweat shirt material. Will never order from them again

I placed an order but am unable to pull up my order on my account. When I try to place a ticket it asks me for a number but it never have me a number. Try to use the live chat and they are never on, tried to call the number provided but its a magic jack that is not taking messages. They took my money though... all I want to know is if my order went through and if i'm going to get the items I ordered. I don't think thats too much to ask.

I came to their site via Amazon, so I trusted that I am dealing with a legit company/ Amazon verified.
Placed my order and only afterwards saw comments about size issues. Doublechecked and wrote to them. Come to find out all sizes are based on Asian bodies, ie too small for US females.
I emailed them and cancelled my order. Received immediate response and confirmation that order was cancelled. Was advised that refund to show on my CC may take, based on how my CC company handles refund/ returns.
I also called my CC, after they'd sent me an alert that there was a transaction outside of the U. S, which actually started my Inquiring process in the first place.
My CC company now has my concerns on file and promised to assist me should I run into issues re the refund.
Overall, Rosegal was prompt in responding to all my queries every evening (US time).
Now checking daily if my refund is posted to my CC account.

In summary, I don't have bad experience other than the size issue.
I advised Rosegal that they should put that issue prominently on top of their website to avoid complaints.

I have never ever written a review of any product, but this was so incredibly bad. I would give them a zero if I could. I ordered the "slouchy' cowl sweatshirt according to size, and it came miniature. My 5 year old fits into it perfectly. Except the fabric is so thin you an see through it, so it literally serves no purpose. Ridiculous. Also took months to arrive. I guess it was an $11 lesson learned.

I placed an order on the 30th august. Items were dispatched in two separate packages due to some items being ready first, the parcel dispatched second was received after about a month, but I am still waiting on the first parcel which was dispatched, this is now over three months and therefore breaching their policy, I have complained that this was not received and asked for a refund, which I have not received. It is now weeks later and I am still waiting on my money back and they keep fobbing me off and I am getting nowhere, going to report to trading standards, do no use this website they are a joke!
